For shipping they have only person. So if that’s what you’re after plan to wait. I was 3rd in line when I got there.If you’re after Amazon returns this is your place. They walked 14 people by us to make returns while we waited. The other 4 people there handle Amazon returns.

Shipped a package around 7:30pm (standard ground) last night to my daughter in Georgetown. It’s 11:18am the next day, and she already received it earlier this morning! Thank you! Great service! The employees were very helpful.

We travel a lot and use the UPS store to send and receive mail in various locations. This is one of the best locations weve ever used. The staff members are friendly, professional, considerate, and super helpful (even during a pandemic).

UPS Store webpage for Elizabethtown KY, Dixie Hwy location showed they would be OPEN on Sat. 12/26, 9am-2pm. They were closed ALL DAY, and no sign was left on the windows or doors to indicate why.

I use the store in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I love everything about it-I love the location, I love the staff, I love the fact that unlike FedEx, when you take your loose items in there to be packaged and sent they can do that for you. Even now during the COVID-19 scare, and with lines of people waiting outside, they still get to you quickly. I always use UPS now, especially when shipping to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, because it’s the only way my family gets the shipment. United States Postal Service tends to lose the boxes/packages I send there 🤔. Thanks UPS!!

Hoping to get fingerprints done today for my job. Instead I was told the the manager was the person that does them all the time. Even though it seemed like there was 2 ppl there that could do it. He wasnt in, and they didnt know when he was coming in. I even called a head of time to make sure the service was avaliable and what was needed. There was no mention of the manager being the only person. They took my info down and I still havent gotten a call 6 hrs later. Such a waste of time smh

I showed up with 15 large moving boxes, and quickly realized that they would not make the cross country trip. The sales associates went over and above helping me repackage everything into true shipping boxes and even stayed late to ensure my packages went out on time and in better shape. Thanks for all your great work! We will definitely chose this store again.

Walked in the door and was greeted immediately by two employees. She asked me how she could help me and then I told her. She immediately knew what was up and said I was good to go. Bet service I’ve ever experienced honestly. Two females to be specific, so maybe they’ll get there credit!

Jeff is one of the most professional UPS Store owners I know. He has always gone above and beyond to assist me with shipping, printing, notary, etc. If there is a problem with one of his employees, I suggest bringing it up to Jeff and I am confident he would handle it.

I am very disappointed and upset because of a delivery experience that I encountered today. The UPS Delivery Truck put a package worth $300 next to my mailbox on the street. I have a driveway that is 200 meters long. They could have at least driven half way up the driveway and place the package there.This was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I do not expect for anyone from UPS to respond to my complaint but it would really restore my faith in this company if someone did.

Ive shipped stuff here multiple times but just today I was shipping out an old broken iPhone to a seller, the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The man giving me service continuously questioned me about are you sure the person knows the phone is broken and well if its broke its about to be even more broke after shipping. I mean that is no way to treat a customer and obviously talk about the company you work for. He was rude and I walked out shipping somewhere else. Wouldnt ever recommend going here ever again.

Store was not open at posted hours waited 13 minutes past posted opening time. There was no note posted on new opening time. I watched four other customers walk away frustrated. I had to go to a FEDEX location for a time senstive package.
