It was very convenient to find the location due to the fact it was down the street from my hotel was able to ship things home thank you FedEx!

Customer service is a joke. Their drivers dont knock, ring door bells, or honk their horns to let your know theyve pulled into the driveway. My recent experience wasnt exactly what you would expect a professional mail service to give their customers. Their driver didnt knock or give me any texts to let me knock they were in the area, the driver just decided to leave a door tag at my door and drive off.

Have been waiting all week for a package that I get text alerts on, yesterday and today the texts said undeliverable, no one home...my husband and kid been home all WEEK and we live on main road and hubby even made sure could get in drive..so I guess the drivers can LIE and get away with whatever they want...and customer service is no help

I was somewhat unsure about what to do since I rarely use FedEx. However, the lady behind the desk was awesome and made the process a lot less confusing and completely stress-free!

Always late and never delivers on the day you were supposed to receive your items! I wish most of these companies use ups, Amazon or standard mail because FedEx is not reliable for delivering your package!

I didnt even know this FedEx Ship Center existed in my town until today so I tried it. I am glad I did. I cannot say enough how very helpful the customer service representative was to me. I wish I had looked at her name tag. I literally walked in showing her how much I had to ship and of course wanting it cheap as possible and she gave me their price and I couldnt believe. It wasnt even a flat rate price box. Walked out of there pretty excited about how much I saved. Bye, bye USPS for my shipments. Thanks to the young lady at FedEx. I REALLY appreciated all she did for me making it an extremely easy transaction while saving me money. Ill be back with the next shipment soon.

I didnt get her name, but I came on Tues around 5 pm to ship a package internationally and the Ms. That helped me was very nice and helpful.

Sat home waiting for delivery. Driver didnt ring bell... Just sent failed delivery message. Went to ship center ...they said driver would come back by in 30 to 45 min. .. 1hr 30 layer im still waiting.

I ordered a package from Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Saw the driver speed past my house, not once but twice, never even looking at mailbox numbers. My address was reported to Amazon as incorrect and was told it couldnt be delivered.After calling Amazon about this and explaining that my address was correct I was connected to someone from FedEx. He also told me my address was incorrect...I do live here after all and know my address is correct! Now, waiting on a second attempt for delivery! We shall see if that happens!

Order a package paid extra for next day air service, no detail was provided on what time my package would arrive. Door tag was left at my door an I was willing to drive to get my package..... however the same DT stated the package will not be available for pick up till 7pm. This location closes at 7pm! I work weekends so I won’t be able to pick it up the following day. So honestly why did I purchase the next day air? If they are just going to screw me in the end!If this is FedEx customer service then they are clearly showing they honestly don’t care. An I will not ship with them in the future.

First of all...a fed ex shipping location is way more difficult to find than UPS or USPS. While traveling through Elizabethtown, KY I found this location using Google. Staff member that greeted me was rude and not very helpful. stick with UPS store...never had a bad experience and they are easy to locate in most towns.

This facility has awful customer service they arent helpful in tracking your packages they just give you some canned answer they tell everyone. They dont even have local number so you have call the 800 number to ask to be be connected to them. Its just faster to drive over there and still get the run around.

Jad to come over here twice recently. Exterior and parking leave a bit to be desired. Last time a huge SUV was parked blocking the travel lanes, when asked... a ho hum response about it being one of their rentals... Wont/Dont come here unless I have too!

I honestly like using Fedex, but this location never opens on time 90% of the time. They blame it on the truck, but are they not able to schedule a person to work soley the front counter? I would think it is crucial for a business to open on time. It wouldn’t be so bad but a lot of times it is 45 minutes to an hour late. Now their system has been down for days and yet again they are not open on time. At this point, I’m not sure if they are opening late because of a truck or if they are opening at all because of their computer systems. Get it together Fedex!

Everytime I order from a company that ships with FedEx, my stuff is delivered to the wrong address. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. But also if the item is any bigger than an envelope it is damaged.

Tried to drop a package off that was accurately quoted on their website for $53 for a 75. -lb package, employee was adament that the price was $218. Even got the manager involved and she just looked at the screen and said the same price without re-entering info. Said it was required to box this large metal nearly indescructable piece ( only another $12 for a cardboard box...). Went to UPS and was charged $64, in and out no problems.

Extremely disappointing experience with the local Fedex team. Shipment was not delivered on time, the driver/delivery man allegedly drove to our location and reported our business as closed which was not the case...The local staff justified itself saying that the delivery man thought our business would be closed and would not lose time to go and check. No phone calls or any other attempts to contact us were made.The customer service afterwards was as catastrophic as the delivery experience itself. Endless phone calls to a multitude of operators, none of them would forward the call in the right direction, and finally nothing happened.Do not waste time and money - find a different shipper.

Terrible! Opening time is 9AM. They did not open until 9:20 and never even apologized to any of the customers waiting outside. Give it one star only because I can’t give zero.

Absolutely horrible delivery service. I pay for my packages to be delivered priority by 10:30 a.m. & every time its a different reason as to why it wasnt delivered on schedule. FedEx has had to credit my account each time now because of this branch.

I ordered a recliner. It arrived today...at the wrong house which was about a block away. Luckily the man living there not only was honest enough to tell me he had received it by mistake but also helped me carry it back to my apartment.
