Long review ahead.We started the process in May 2021, signed the agreement for patio, retaining wall and French drain with an 8 week estimate wait. The end of August is when the work was started and the nightmare began. The crew that came started on the patio and the wall. The patio wasn’t measured correctly and we had to reach out for them to come back out and fix based on the measurements. There was numerous days when the crew wouldn’t be out working and the weather was clear. The patio and wall look nice for the time we waited and issues during.The drain part still isn’t done. During the process we showed the part of the yard that holds water and thought that during the project planning they would run the drain through that but they did not, they ran it around the spot. Our drain was supposed to connect with our neighbors and then go into 1 long pipe towards the road. They did not have that and had to re-do completing messing up our neighbors yard. Both yards are still not leveled and after numerous attempts we ended up having to pay more for them to come back out and add more pipes. This is thousands of dollars we are losing for lack of oversight and planning. Our yard has been worse, no grass is growing and there are holes everywhere holding more water. After each ran it’s a mud pit and we cannot enjoy our patio because our yard is a nightmare.We have another agreement for more drains to be added and we are now in November in a worse yard than prior to working with them. By far the worst experience I’ve gone through, almost 10k spent and each day we go outside in our backyard we become angry as its unusable. Ours dogs get muddy and its truly a nightmare.Patio or wall yes they do a good job. Drainage work I’d highly recommend to shop around. Make sure you get specific details if you do in writing. From May to November and still not done. Frustrating each day and as a homeowner we have to live with this. It feels like we are a burden to them now when we call or talk with them, all around disheartening when you see the reviews and get less then the standard others have.

We just went to get some ideas and do some price comparisons. We were treated so wonderfully, we went ahead and made our purchases! The customer service here is outstanding! Thank you for caring about your customers! We will be back soon!

Hadnt been here before. It was very enjoyable looking around inside had all sorts of decorations for inside and outside the home.

I love Dixie Yard Works! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Any questions I had from flowers to landscaping to painting concrete statues for my yard they were happy to answer and didn’t just leave me standing. If you are looking for a great place to purchase things for your yard I highly recommend Dixie Yard Works!

They had a sale on their trees and shrubs today. I brought a Wisconsin Willow tree. Very nice 6-7 foot tree. Not breaking the bank either.

The quality of work was great, we will see how it holds up over time. The price was outrageous and it took forever to get the project done. The workers that were on the job were super friendly and extremely helpful, but the project manager was just so-so. I would probably use them again, but would definitely do more comparison shopping first.

I had already compared some prices before I came here everyone was very helpful very polite and very professional the young lady even came outside to see if she could help us with something she was very sweet however the prices were a lot more than Lowes or home Depot or other yard places I guess if you look at the difference between the prices you have to decide do you want to go there to E-Town to get the stuff is it worth it

I like the improvements they made but the prices on some things are marked too high and some just right.

My new drain - cup and bucket! Every time it rains, I have to remove the trapped water with the cup and bucket. I fill this bucket many, many times to get rid of the trapped water. I just finished scooping out 10 of the 5 gallon buckets of water. The water is supposed to run out the drain tube that runs to a ditch.Dixie Yard Works came out, found the problem and have a plan to fix it.Thank you!

Better customer service is needed. In the store I asked about some stones. After returning inside the store, she was planting some flowers in a display. I had decided on what I wanted to purchase. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance.she looked up at me (like I was interrupting her, added with the body language!!!) and asked do I need anything else? I told her of my decision. Upon ringing up my bill, she never cleaned the potting soil fromher hands when I gave her my card. But, the young man that filled my order outside was very friendly. I believe in good custome service, and this being my first visit, I didnt like that particular service. But Ill go back, very good products, next time Ill address any issues.

Went to their store a few weeks ago and was met by an employee that after hearing about our project plans, agreed to come to our home, give us an estimate and order the materials. He sent me an estimate, which we agreed upon and stopped by the store the next day to pay. He met my husband when he pulled up. We made the check to him-he explained that he’d get us a good deal on our materials if it went through his account with the store. Their trucks made drop offs of rock and the employee began his work. However, he showed up infrequently and was weeks past his original date of completion. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tracy, she seemed dumbfounded that all this was going on around her and she didn’t know as she stated to me that this employee was not allowed to take jobs and did not pay them for our materials. She told me straight up that she would be out the next day and they would make this right with us. By the next day, she said they would NOT be out to fix anything. I wrote this incident up as a rant on my Facebook page. Evidently, Tracy read my rant against the company and informed me that they would not bring the rest of the materials owed to us as a direct response to my Facebook posting! We are currently looking into legal options. We will NEVER frequent this business again!

Terribly disappointed with what we spent hard earned money on. Doubly disappointed in the terrible customer service. Do not spend your money on their conditioned dirt. They confidently tell customers this dirt has no rocks, roots, grass, etc. Ours is full of grass, weeds, and rock. Go elsewhere and spend less $. Oh yeah, their delivery driver was terrible as well. In a wide open yard he missed the dump site by over 20.

This is the second time we have requested their services and they have outdone themselves once again! Brandon, Efrain and their crew are amazing. They added Jessie to the mix and she is definitely an asset to the team. She designed our layout which was just beautiful. The end result was perfection! The patio that was created by Brandon, Efrain and their crew was so so so perfect and exactly what we wanted. They also replaced our mulch with slate rocks, they planted trees and other adorable plants to make our yard just beautiful. They made and installed a bubbling boulder which exceeded our expectations!!! Couldnt have even imagined we would get that kind of service. Thank you all so much, and dont worry...we are not done yet!!!

Love this place! All kinds of different rock, stones,etc. And for decent prices. They will deliver, though Ive never had them so unsure of cost for that. They do landscaping and from what Ive seen it looks like a great job, again dont know cost. My favorite thing though is being able to go around and pick for yourself.

My mom loves this place she wanted the big chicken but they didnt,deliver to Michigan 😆
