Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in customer service from the owner. She had a solution to our erosion problem and was so friendly and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure buying from her. We will definitely be back!

I have always had excellent service at. Bluegrass Garden Center. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Unfortunately the ladies that work here are extremely rude! I had a bad experience with them last year but gave them another chance this year. I should have known better. Nothing was different. On top of being rude, they have poor customer service. Website and signs say they close at 5, left work early and drove 30 minutes to make sure I was there in time to get a bucket of mulch, I got there at 4:47 and they would not load me because they stop loading at 4:45.

The woman that works register is very rude. I was going to pick up a few flowers, but Ill never go there again!!!!! It was about 10 minutes before they closed and she said were closing Im shutting down the registers if you know what you want you can get it!!! I told her no I wont shop there nor come back ever!!!!!! Neither will my daughter she was there too we both left. So rude!!!!!!!!!

I have been shopping here for 10 years. It’s nice to come to a place where they actually have knowledge about plants and landscaping (the owner has a degree)( you can’t get that at the box stores.) I have never seen their plants withering or drying out like you see in the box stores. If I was interested in getting a certain type of plant they have always tried to get it for me. They are always my first stop when looking for any type of flower, shrub or tree.

Great place to get trees, plants, and anything for your yard and home. Very knowledgeable staff and knowing how to deal with tough soil and yards especially the red clay in kentucky. Will go here again and again.

I love to support the local business scene and this place is top notch. They are more than happy to answer any plant related question or give you advice about what to plant when. Good to know in the days of giant retail stores we still have local businesses helping our community. Don’t hesitate to stop in, they helped me pick out the right grass seed for my lawn and tips on how to keep my yard looking great all summer.

The plants I purchased were way over priced. My bad !! never again. Plus 3 died no fault of mine.... did the same for all of them and the rest lived. Save your money and go to Lowe’s. They guarantee their plants
