Hello, I have been shopping at Kroger’s for a number of years.Today is the first time in my life that I have been so disgusted. It was plum filthy in the store. Trash and dirt on the floor near the shelves lots of empty shelves for example( Downy Fabric Softner which I had a coupon for this particular kind) no caffeine free Big K Diet Coke, no small bottles of water for months and the fishy smell over by the fresh fish section to name a few. To top it off the bad fruit in produce section. There were gnats flying all around the shallots plus bad apples. I know there is a supply chain problem but come on Kroger’s you can do better. The store I am talking about is Kroger on Dolphin. If things don’t improve there needs to be a visit from the Health Department.🥲

Every time I’ve used “click list” they fail to give me half of my order. They claim they don’t “have the items” but yet, right after picking my order I can go in and find the exact items I’m looking for. I know they ain’t stocking no shelves at 8pm😂.

Great location. Easy access back to interstate 65.So stop by for those last minute items.Or the ones you forgot about on the way to the lake.

I go to this store often and I love it. They have a pretty good selection. But its pretty disgusting that you have someone sniffling, wiping his snot on his hands and using the same hands to stock produce.

My daughter was at the dolphin hills location today. When she went to the bathroom a male employee followed her in. She didnt notice him until she heard him he was laying on the floor naked from the waist down and masterbating. She ran out of the restroom and told management. They did not call the police or say anything to her after that. She went and made a police report. This is more than unacceptable and managements response was even worse.

This Kroger check out was atrocious, the bagger left for break when we checked out. I understand that, but we had about 300 dollars worth of groceries. So we are trying to clear our cart out as fast as possible so we can get ready to bag our own groceries. The manager finally noticed the pile of groceries at the end of the belt and starts bagging. She then walked away, as the cashier stated I think she went to get another cart, but returned with no cart. When I went down to help her put the bags in my now empty cart, she just walks off and goes to talk to another bagger next to our lane, who was hanging out and talking with his cashier, mind you about how fried his brain is as their lane was empty. Really need to step up your game Kroger! We wont be coming back.

Ashley and the night time self check out folks have been dealing with my toddler twins rage during our late night shopping for the past 3 nights. My girl twin absolutely was putting me through the ringer as I tried to check out quickly, Ashley took notice very quickly and was there to help with handfuls of stickers. I did NOT expect my toddler to calm down and accept said stickers but to my surprise, she did!Last night, same story, I had boy twin. Ashley was there but had to go work on something else, her co workers, a guy and a girl did the same exact miracle for me and distracted my little so I could check out without him leaping from the cart and throwing all my groceries in the floor (Im 9months pregnant and its a struggle!) This is hands down my favorite place to shop. I go to tons and tons of stores and only get looked at like I have 3 heads when my twins act up. These folks know how to run a grocery store! Kudos!

Was called yesterday that due to high volume of orders my small order wouldnt be ready until today between 10am and 9pm. Waited 45 minutes had to call in no answer called mngr she transferred me back to grocery pickup finally answered said it was coming out next. I had waited so long that other people after me were getting their groceries. They never sent an email on items not available either. 2nd time ive had issues with this service at this krogers!

Clean store, well stocked, somewhat competitive prices. The store includes a Starbucks, a pharmacy, a deli section and typical line of groceries.

The employees are not managed very well, closing down earlier than the posted times, with managers behaving as if there is nothing they can do after the fact, reminiscent of McDonalds shake and ice cream machines always seeming to not work when it would not be convenient for them to work.It’s simple laziness. There is no excuse for it. Kroger needs to up their game substantially, or at least this one does. I would be willing to bet their corporate leadership would be quite embarrassed if they were there to see the person they pay to manage the place behaving as if she was helpless to even attempt to do her job.“People behave in a manner they believe is acceptable to their Supervisor.”In this case, they behave in a manner they know for a fact is acceptable, endorsed, encouraged, and reinforced by their management. Shame on you, Kroger.

Sometimes the sales are unbeatable. Love the digital coupon clipping too.Edit: Im a very quick in and out shopper, I think thats another reason I always tend to go to kroger...it has just the right ratio of selection / not being stuck there all day like walmart (if you go around peak times and winter storms!)

This store is a five star option if you want to go in and shop. However they have a lot to learn from others in the area of “pickup.” I waited in line for an hour yesterday. Was expecting to pickup groceries and get back to work.

Very place to shop for fresh vegetables was able to cook a delicious meal for a group of four, for less than 30 dollars. Very helpful workers.

Love this Kroger’s on dolphin drive. I love their Pharmacy. I use their Pharmacy for my entire family and the staff is beyond friendly and respectful. In this store, layout is nice and easy to find things. Little clinic is also very convenient and the nurse practitioners are very informative and helpful.

Everyone just standing around watching you bag your own grocery, rang me up to many times on my items, this place needs some real management

Great meat selection and clean

Stopped shopping at all Kroger stores nationwide because of the HR Manager Josh and cashier Bonnie. Both of them are the rudest and biased individuals I have met in a long time. You need to hire people who do not discriminate against others regardless of gender, religion, age, disability, skin color, and relationship lifestyles, etc. Really sad that corporate does not care. I have not stepped foot in any of your stores in over two years now.

The grocery is great. The pharmacy clerks attitudes need adjustments.

The heavyset manager and the cashier at self checkout are both hateful and rude. I used to walk in here every Friday after cashing my check then buy a pack of cigarettes and some coffee for my husband. Now I will not be going back because the manager said I stole the cigarettes but they have to be purchased behind the counter. Then the cashier said bad words to me under her breathe and he refused to correct her and asked me to leave store without my cigarettes which I indeed paid for with my hard earned money. I had purchased some steaks, green beans, and potatoes as well and had to leave them inside. I want my $35 back immediately! This is not fair at all!

The customer Service lady was a snot! I went to cash a 100.00 lottery ticket and she piped up and said its our store policy that we not cash more than 600.00 per day for a customer. I wonder if the Kentucky Lottery knows this store will sell you tickets all day long but will only cash 600 per day. They should be banned from selling, if they wont cash them!

Ive been working at the Kroger warehouse on and off for 10 years and Ive worked at a Kroger in Louisville and this has to be one of the cleanest Krogers Ive been in. Theres always wide selections to choose from, whether its meats from the deli, meat dpt, milk, cheese, bakery, etc. I got real excited when I found this white BBQ sauce! I only ever get it when I go home to Alabama. Very friendly employees also!

Needed to cash my check tonight, I have been cashing my check here every week for about 3 months now. I got online and doible checked the hours the for the money service center and found it doesnt close until at least 9:45 but should be open until 10pm. I walked in and there was a sign stating they were closed already at 9:35. Stopped a women that works there and she said oh we close at 9:45 some nights walked over and clocked out. As she was telling me sometimes they close at 9:45..... I was looking at my phone and the time then was still 9:38... REALLY

My rating is in regards to the curbside pickup and not the overall store. Worst curbside pick up Ive been encountered and I would urge you not to waste your time with this location. Twice in a row Ive waited 2 hours in my car in line and in the pick up spot for my groceries while TONS of cars got their stuff and left. Its clear that if you order more than a few bags worth of groceries then they put you at the end of the line even when youre projected time is 2 hours earlier. I will never use this locations service again. Such a disappointment. I will go elsewhere.

I have always been so happy with the Clicklist service. But, the last 3 times I have been I have not been given my receipt? Today I gave my coupons to the fellow and he left and never came back with my receipt ???? Also, I was in line for 45 minutes. I’m sure you are short on help. I would like to have my paper receipt though.

This used to be my favorite location until they decided not to allowe employees to enforce masks. Disappointing to see people walking around with masks pulled down to their chins--if they even have one.Masks are required right now. If youre letting customers in your store without one, you are part of the problem.

This Kroger Grocery Store has some of friendliest staff that I have ever seen. They were very helpful in helping me find the items that I was looking for. The store is very clean and well laid out. They have a great bakery and meat department as well. They carry some specialty items that you cant find at other stores.

Not enough checkout open

I love this Kroger but they need to hire more techs at the pharmacy. I waited in line for 27 minutes in the store for them to tell me they didn’t have my perception in stock, which is basic birth control pills. I think if they hired more help it would benefit them greatly. I have seen other reviews for this issue as well. Please listen to your customers.

Horrible treatment to me and my girlfriend. The manager yelled at me and said I stole a pack of cigarettes but they were purchased behind the counter. I walked out without the rest of my cart. I will never come back. I am now shopping at new stores.

The past few months there are never any people to bag your stuff, and so many employees doing the curb side pick up stuff you cant even walk in the isles anymore.

Used online pickup for the first time. Was very simple. The area to pick up is covered and the service was very friendly.

Always treated with respect and kindness. Always, I mean ALWAYS FULLY STOCKED. And believe me when you have worked all day and have to stop at the grocery before going home - you dont want to stop at 2 or 3 different stores to get what you need. I go with 5 stars all the way across. Thank you all.😄

I wish there were more stars! Theres never going to be a store that has everything you need or perfectly timed cashiers. What this store has is wonderful service! Shout out to miss Carol in floral for helping my grandson buy his first Rose for his mommy and to Sir Antonio the cashier for going above and beyond! Hats off to dolphin drive Kroger. Today I was accused of having fake coupons in this store. The coupons that I had were real and they were not fake at all. I was accused of something beyond my character. I make an honest living and I felt very offended today. The manager treated me with so much disrespect and discriminated against me and my father. The cashier at u-scan called me out of my name and used vulgar and abusive words towards me. In front of so many customers they defamed my character and made me look like someone who was a criminal. I have dealt with a lot of people in my life but to be accused of making fake coupons is really ridiculous. Both the cashier and the manager were talking about me like garbage with other customers around. The manager even openly admitted to being racist. I cannot fathom what was going through this cashiers head when she accused me of having fake coupons to begin with. I am an educated woman and I have enough money to buy the items on the coupons. But who does not want to save money? I was banned from the store and told never to come back. I want to know why you all did this to me and my family today? My daughter was still in the store when you kicked me out. God knows I am honest and you made me look like a bad person. I am a peaceful person but you have made me look evil. In all these years I had been a customer at Kroger I never faced such ill treatment. It is sad people like this are allowed to work in public places. My father has high blood pressure and the manager caused him to have issues tonight. I will never forget how you all mistreated us. All because I am a Muslim woman wearing a headdress. To all the customers who laughed at me and called me bad names back when the workers did I hope someday you wake up to the reality that we are all human.

This is the nicest Kroger Ive been in. Well stocked. Lots of premium brands and items that are difficult to find in this area. Plenty of open check out lines and baggers. Recommend!

If I could I would give this Kroger a 1/2 star or no stars, the employees at this particular Kroger are very rude and not helpful at all!! Everyone looks angry and like they don’t want to be there. The employees look at you like they don’t appreciate your business and why are you in this store. I’d rather drive an hour to Louisville and shop at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods Market at least the employees are a lot Friendlier and helpful.

Currently going on 1.5 hours sitting in line to pick up groceries. Never again. At the other end of town where I usually shop I have never waited longer than 15 minutes. Whoever has allowed this to become what it is should be fired.

I love shopping at Kroger on Dolphin Drive. The store is always clean. They have the best produce selection and it’s always affordable. I also shop from the fresh deli quite often.

The remodel is fantastic and the selection is amazing. The employees are always kind and helpful. Love that we can order our groceries for pick up. The prices are still high though - granted thats a corporate issue.

Great place to shop!

Seems like their selection gets slimmer each time I come here. Prices are higher however they are good about sending me coupons on stuff Ive purchased before and I get a coupon for a free item every Friday in my inbox.

I enjoy shopping at Kroger especially on Dolphin Drive, it is clean, there is room to maneuver in the aisles and my favorite is they monitor the checkout lanes and if they are all busy they open another lane!!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is a couple of times the customer service has fallen a little short but overall I would recommend to anyone to shop there.

This Kroger has an amazing cake decorator! I went with an idea that was not in their book and the result was more amazing thank I even pictured!! Give that employee a raise and ensure she stays!!

Always clean. I love the Simple Truth line and have always been happy with the quality of anything purchased here. The ClickList program is a lifesaver as someone with a toddler. Prices are great and the sales are even better. Variety of international foods and a plentiful beer selection

I love Dolphin Drive. Every time I’m there I find everything I’m looking for and the store is so clean. The associates are so friendly and help me with my questions.

There are lots of reasons to love this store more than the other in Etown. It could just be personal preference, but I really like the way the store is laid out, especially around the deli. It is SO appreciated that they preslice and bag some of the nicer lunch meats and cheese so I dont have to wait at the counter. Of course, I have no problem waiting, but the grab and go is so convenient, I just love it. This is one of the main reasons I shop and love this store most.

A great selection at reasonable prices. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Plus the pharmacy is the best anywhere.

By far the best Krogers Ive been in yet. Very clean. Easy to get around and find everything.I was in and out in about 30 min. and shopped for about 3 weeks worth of food.

One stop shopping. Stopped in one late evening while traveling along the highway and was able to get some food when all the nearby restaurants were closed.

Always SUPER packed, but for a good reason. This Kroger is conveniently located, and is very nice.

This Kroger really impressed me! Just as any check line with slightly becoming full...a manager would immediately open a lane! Employees are extremely friendly, and the store itself is very clean!

Some of the items I wanted (that they claimed were available) they do not even carry anymore. I went to great lengths to try to get the right items. Nothing worked out in the end and I was an unhappy customer.

The rebuild was great. Store isnt too crowded any longer, and its always a bonus to have a Starbucks nearby. Staff is always friendly.

Was not impressed by this Kroger’s at all. This place looked cluttered and disorganized. Will not be back.

My favorite Kroger location out of all the places I have lived. Great variety and options in all departments. Very clean at all times and very friendly helpful staff. A few items are seemingly almost always out of stock, this really is the only negative. Have always appreciated the savings that come with my Kroger card, (Dont try to shop here without one, way too expensive.) Downloading the app and being able to access e-coupons and store deals has only added to the savings. Earn fuel points with every purchase and save even more money getting gas!

Exceptionally well stocked shelves aisles were in pristine and immaculate states. This is the best Kroger that I have been inside and I have been in numerous.

Love this location. We use the Clicklist™ service and they are always excellent. Never takes longer than fifteen minutes from the time we push the call button to when we are pulling out of the parking lot.

I love the Dolphin Drive Kroger better than Towne Mall Kroger in Etown KY! Especially the Starbucks Kiosk they added!! Thats the absolute best thing about it!! (You can use Starbucks gift cards at that kiosk, unlike at the Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble!)

I cant give the appropriate score. Both cashiers by the name of bobby are excruciatingly rude. Talked about me infornt of me to their customer. Had to go and find a manager on duty only to have him come out of the back and throw his hands up and yell at me. If you are a customer paying with ebt be prepared to be told you either cant split pay or even check out at self check out which is nonsense cause you can....dont bother calling customer service cause they will only take a statement and never follow up with you that anything was done. This location is only worried about click list. The stockers in there are great however only ones willing to help with anything but its not enough to give them a better rating

At one time I could go to Kroger for every grocery item I needed. Until they remodeled and doubled their floor space. Then they discontinued several items that I had been buying there for over 20 years. Also discontinued the same items at the other Kroger location in town. Now I need to visit three different grocery stores around town to get what I did at one, and I only use kroger for the few items I cant get at other stores.

I loved this grocery store but now I have to bag my own groceries everytime I go there. Customer service is given to the click list ordering side and customers who go in the store fend for themselves.

Closest place from Indiana Ive found that has Ski Cola. Open 24hrs a day for that late night soda run. Nice people.

It has everything you can possibly want. You can get Star Bucks and finish your shopping. The Kroger team are willing to help any way they can. The only thing I would give a 1 star is not keeping the power chairs plugged in and ready.

I love Kroger period! I go there before any other grocery, when i have one near. Luckily we have 2 here. I like this location better than the other. Altho both r now re organizing, i dont like that tho, bc i knew where everything was, now its a guessing game. Kroger has THEE best meat section, hands down. And Kroger has the most off brand stuff that i like, more than any other place!

I absolutely love going to Dolphin Way Kroger. Theres so much variety of everything on my list plus something new to try each visit.

Very poor customer service over the phone. Took me 10 minutes to speak with someone. She was very rude once I did get ahold of someone.

Dolphin drive krogers is great other then the fact that they close early now, Starbucks in it is a plus but they close early as well, but everyone is always ready to assist you if you need it

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked ! I would give it half a star if i could!They do not care for employees unless they’ve worked there for years and years the hours that you work are always up and down they never have enough baggers management doesn’t really care about any problems that you have..I would not recommend working here they do not listen to your needs at all they just want you to work as much as possible for the absolute bare minimum

Employees are very helpful . baggers should not put bread in with heavy items so bread does not get smashed. Its just something you learn when youre older and have to pay for your own bread.

Called for a prescription at 3:30. Pharmacist technician said they would be ready at 4:30. Arrived at 5:30 and they were still not done. Had to wait 15 minutes in line. Which made us late! 😰

I love click list. It only takes me 9 mins to pick up my groceries and with 3 childrens thats amazing!!!

Pharmacy was 2 hours late on a promised time. This is a consistent problem at this location. Had to wait 15 mins in drive thru waiting for them to finish filling them. I drive an hour one way as it is. I think its time to transfer my 7 prescriptions elsewhere

I love this Kroger best compared to the one by the mall. It is by far nicer, cleaner and more easier getting in/out of the parking lot.My only complaint is that 8 out of 10 times I have to bag myself. (In which Ive noticed many others have to as well which holds up the line a bit longer). Its one thing when at the self check out which in that case its to be expected, but when going to the others either there never is a bagger or they walk away so they dont have to bag.The other complaint is (Im not entirely sure if its just me?), but as of late the cashiers specificly has seemed angry and very miserable with their job. At times friendly with customers in front and behind me but unfriendly towards me or at another customer and thats why I only gave three 🌟. Id love to give a perfect score but I wonder if anyone else incounted anything like this? I realize that not all the cashiers are that way, but I only seen a few good onces.Like any other job out there, I realize that there are good days/bad days/busy days and so on, but these cashiers that Im referring to always appear to being angry and not wanting to wait on anyone.

Left the store still in need of velveeta cheese block, they didnt even have the off brand. I also dont have the elbow macaroni in any brand. Several seasonings i needed and wouldnt pay 5-6 $ when Kroger usually has them 3-4$. Awful experience.
