Picked up prescription and as a left pickup window, unbeknownst to me I dropped cash out of my wallet. Pharmacy aide yelled at me to tell me what had happened. I thanked her for her honesty and afterwards called her supervisor to let them know of her good deed. Thanks!

Terrible location. Empty shelves but pallets of freight sitting in aisles at 2 in the afternoon. As usual hardly any registers open so the funnel everyone to uscan which has a line down the main aisle. Stick of deodorant doesnt have a barcode so I had to wait my turn to ask for help since there were 2 associates have a personal conversation and only to be told not sure why, want to go get another?. I said forget it so they went back to talking. Its hard to point all the blame at them when Im sure the managers dont put service anywhere near important.

For a fairly new store the location was awful empty of other consumers, which felt eerie. Staff seemed to all be busy doing typical Walmart assignments. There was nothing much special about the location but perhaps because it is new we notice a few items throughout the store that we had not seen in other stores. Not unique or new items just seemed to be a bit more variety in many areas like more clothing choices.

It seems like everytime Im at this Walmart its hard to get around. Theres always pallets of items the employees are stocking in the way. Also I work 12hour shift,s so if I need to run and get something that makes it a little difficult and you know longer open 24hrs. So that hard to b in and out. It would be really nice if yall opened back up 24hrs.

I got paint for my deck, cushions/pillows for my chairs, a rug that I painted to match my colors. Walmart handy and cheaper than most places. Paint makes everything look new.

Always polite staff. Really impressed with one lady in particular. I ask in what isle is an item in. And she states the exact isle. Very very helpful when you in a rush. Always Thank You Wal-Mart. God Bless

Store runs out of too many items too frequently. This store has the potential to increase their sales considerably if they would keep merchandise stocked. They run out of soda, juice, feminine products and more products regularly.

Love coming to this Walmart super center! Its always clean inside and stocked with items. Stopped inside of the McDonalds thats located inside and it was also clean. I got my prescription eye glasses at the vision center which was very reasonable for someone with no health insurance.

I wen last night to get night crawlers and green worms. Theyre was so many containers with all dead worms in them and they smelled rotten. They need to check it better

The cashier over charged me and when I tried to tell her she argued with me. Needless to say I checked my receipt and I was right. I didnt go back because it wasnt worth the argument. Never again... ill use self check out from now on

I would give it less then a star if I could. This pertains to the grocery delivery service. The problem is not the delivery driver it is who is working in the store. My driver was sent out with completely the wrong orders.This was not her fault. She was told to return to the store and pack everything that she had in her car back inside the store.What! Again it wasnt her fault. The people working in the store are the ones that screwed up not her. They should have been waiting for her to return and they should have packed all of those groceries back in the store.Right now I am listening to my phone ring the store. No one wants to answer the phone and discuss this with me.

Kinda sad but OK its gotten worse less people walking around up front since the most of registers got removed and replaced with self check got wait 10-15 minutes before having to go find someone to help someone to help upfront

Standard Wal-Mart.. empty shelves, dirty parking lot...still not back to 24 hrs. Ive had nothing good to say about any Wal-Mart since way before the pandemic.

Mixed reviews really. It is a Walmart, like any other. Mid priced items, value items and so on. The real issue is since the store revamp, their new product assortment seems more like an easter egg hunt than anything. The product placement within the store now is set up to make you go from one end to the other for similar items. My opinion, some new marketing design to get you to see as many products as possible as you search for your original shopping list that you came in with. What do you think end caps are for? Impulse buys.I miss the old arrangement of my local Walmart. Back then, I was giving directions to customers for their needs. Now, even the employees have to reach for an electronic device to find product locations to assist you.My advice, if you care to heed it:Download the Walmart app, if you already havent. Look up what you want. It gives the location on the product page. Also handy to see if they have any current stock of your must-have items.

Went here to get a new phone. The girl in the electronics department was amazing suggested a phone & a case. When the phone she recommended wasnt in shock there she helped me pick out another phone & case for it. Kinda loving my new phone.

Walmart had everything I needed and was a lot busier than the one near my apartment (which is back in Texas). Cashiers were helpful, and they offered masks at the entrance.

Its basically just another Walmart to me. Theyve all became so impersonal.However, I do love the pharmacy at this one. They are always so friendly and helpful.

Most of the workers make sure you get what you need, even if its a different department than they are working in. Checkout lanes are usually busy, and the u-scan is usually the best bet for quickness (no matter how much you have.) Could be better parking lot wise, product availability, and not being forced to show a receipt once youve paid and leave the store. Otherwise its a decent Wal-Mart to go to. Just try to avoid rush hour, people are more crazy.

I always find what I need at Walmart and I give 5 stars when I use the curbside pickup. 4 stars is because I think they should be strict about the use of motorized carts. If you can’t park in Handicapped parking you can’t use a motorized cart.

This Walmart is bigger then my home Walmart. It’s got a lot more products though the amount of them with locks, locked up, security tags, etc are a bit disturbing compared to what I’m used too. I’m guessing they got a theft issue. I don’t really have much of a complaint about the facility.My only complaint was the people. People need to find some respect for one another. People just walk in front of one another and then get mad at the other person when they are the one who walked in front of them and are rude. What happened to pardon me, excuse me, etc or they walk up on top of you or hit you with their carts. I was getting a loaf of bread not even 2 feet from the rack and a woman walks right in front of me to get what she wants nearly forcing me to brush her inappropriately but I’m sure that would’ve been my fault? Come on, we don’t need to be in that big of a hurry. Stay in your bubbles guys and have some self respect for yourself much less for others.Anyways, I’ll stop ranting that’s not what this is for, Walmart can’t control human behavior nor should they. I’ll be back and it’s certainly not a reason I’d stay away. It’s the way we live, I just think if we took a breath and stopped being in such a rush we might be a little more respectful to ourselves and others.

Today, I went to buy Ford MotorCraft 5w20 synthetic blend motor oil 5 quart jug & they were out. I made the trip to walmart specifically for this oil. I was disappointed when they didnt have it & began to leave. Just before I got to the check out line, I noticed a lot of full pallets in the isles. So I turn around & go back to the motor oil isle. I checked the loaded pallet, but no luck. So I ask a man working nearby, named DOUG. DOUG checked the scan bar for the specific oil I asked for & said Ill be right back. Within minutes DOUG had my oil, but not only my single 5 quart jug, but a whole box to restock the shelf. Thats excellent customer service that I received from DOUG today. I appreciate hard workers like DOUG. DOUG is definitely a valuable asset that Walmart is fortunate enough to have. Good job DOUG. Thanks for making my walmart experience memorable

Better selection that other Walmarts. My husband found these golfing pants that he was over the moon about. He said theyre normally $55 in Lexington but this Walmart has them for $20. Definitely will shop here again.

A very poorly managed store. Long lines and wait time, when theres is always several closed lanes. Dont bother to call because you will take for ever to get in contact with someone. One experience we actually was on the phone for over 30 min. Finally somebody picked the phone up, and we told them what we were asking about. Replied Hatefully: I told you already, puase. We had to ask her again to get the answer we wanted.

What can I say.... its Walmart, always packed with people and always a fun place to hang out.This Walmart in particular though seems to have a problem staffing their money area. So you have to stand in line at the service desk where theres always a line and only one cashier. But you always see at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing.

The Elizabethtown Walmart is one of the best. One of few to still have a parents room, really helps with a hungry infant or overwhelmed toddler. That room is the main reason I choose this store over target.

2nd time Ive been profiled and accused of stealing. Their self checkout flashes and sounds an alarm if you check out too fast to make sure your not stealing. ALL the self checkouts are debit card only. 😑

This store has poor customer service and management. I had tried for days to get a simple refund. They never return calls and dont care about customers. Never going to come back to this place ever again. Will shop on other cities and other stores.

Noce selection of summer items. A large variety of instock plants and seeds for flowers and garden greats. Loved the things that make spring time fun and exciting. Great low prices on lawn furniture and patio equipment.
