This is a great company. While I did not purchase my rings here they are a sister store of the company I did use. This Kays is friendly, knowledgeable and fair with prices. They offer a large variety of beautiful rings. They take their time with you as well. Check them out if you are planning on purchasing good quality jewelry from a reputable retailer. When Im ready to buy again I will surely check them out!

My husband upgraded my wedding rings in May. I ask lots of questions, especially with high priced purchases. Both Katie and Anja took time to answer them. Very impressive considering it was near closing time and completing the purchase took some time. We feel will get the same service whenever we go back for service and more purchases. Plus, my new set is GORGEOUS! :)

Hours are not currently posted as stated on google. Elizabethtown location is 11:30 to 6 except Sundays. Hopefully this will save somebody else from making a wasted 20 mile trip. 😡

Helped my son purchase engagement ring for his now fiance. Originally, when he got the ring sized, they sent back the wrong ring. So kept the wrong ring because he was planning on proposing on a certain date and considering family was flying in had no other option. So now months later his fiance brought ring in to get redipped and once again came back different color and once again she has to wait! My family has spent thousands of dollars with this company. Get it together Kays! This is getting old!

Never buy there, 75%inflated prices on promoted 50% off, plus an additional 25%off PLUS 10% of price for the Jewelry Protection Plan, you ended paying more than RETAIL. The store target customers are the large majority of the financial ignorants. Go to your local honest JEWELER do not give your money to corporations!

Waited weeks only to get a different color ring all together and after my wife had her rings sized they came in, only to not fit right and have to be sent back out. Then I had to drive back up to Kays because they wasnt sure what ring I wore for sure. They said they had an order that was canceled and then re ordered with 2 different sizes. Spent over 3 grand. Dont shop here, go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble

Every experiance is different, I have great service and terrible service here. Guess it is all in who you get that day. However when trying to call the store for information they never answer the phone.

Been coming to kays for about 10yrs and i believe this one is my fav location ive been to.Went in to resize my ring and instead got whole new set and its gorgeous,staff was great and poliet and took thier time with me. I wish i could remember the womans name but shes wonderful.

Horrible customer service! Not willing to help and made me feel like trash. Spent over $5000 on ring set and they will not honour or standby their product. My wife left in tears.

Layaway cant be payed over phone so we have to make a trip to etown just to make a payment
