I have been here five times and Ive tried to give it the benefit of that out every time. The ice cream always has ice chunks in it meaning that its old. I wanted strawberry and they barely had one scoop and it was the bottom of the barrel and they should have just told me that it was out. Probably not going to go here ever again.

Horrible* experience at N Dixie location. We found a hair in the icecream and when we brought it back, drive through worker told us he could refund us and remake all the ice creams we paid for. He refunded the one with the hair(as he said he would) but refused to remake it when he originally told us he would. That was the point of the refund. We didn’t pay for a hairy icecream. Confused as to why Baskin Robins can’t meet customer service and public health requirements. During a pandemic.

Went to pick up my cake I ordered online for my little brother’s birthday. Only to get there and them not have my cake, that the order didn’t go through. The employees tell me I can pick a different cake. So I find one I can settle for even though it’s not anything like what I ordered. It’s round not square, it’s white cake not chocolate and totally different ice cream. Only for them to tell me that their boss Amy said I still have to pay full price! I would of paid full price for the cake I ordered but not having to settle for. I wouldn’t of custom ordered a cake if I wanted to walk-in and pick one. I left and went to Walmart. They definitely lost a customer that day!Its not my fault their system messed up! Didn’t even care to try to make it right.

Great selection and terrific service

I went today at about 12pm I ordered a banana royal I only got 1 kid size scoop (its suppose to be 2 regular scoops of your choice of ice cream)that look runny mind you i paid $6 for this garbage Ive never had a bad experience like this before and Ive been coming to this location for years me and my family wont be back😡also I went thru the drive thru I guess they thought I wouldnt notice

The ice cream was so soft as it was handed to us. Just like the freezers werent working well. I got two scoops, I ate the first one. The second scoop fell off into the floor of the car and broke into a million pieces. Sure was craving the sugar cone the most . So for almost $5 only ate one small scoop of ice cream only and the rest was in the floor. Very bad experience. Will not be going back. We did not go for soft serve ice cream.

I just went to drive thru and ordered a hand packed quart of ice cream. Brought it home to find that it wasnt even close to being a full quart. After packing the ice cream a little, it came to 1/2 a quart. What a rip off!

They NEVER had anything. I have been here around 10 times and every single time they dont have what we ask for. Last time I came they didnt have any of it so I had to get vanilla ice cream.I dont understand how an ice cream place never has any ice cream.

Fast service friendly people waiting on you. Loved my ice cream praline and cream. My nephew also enjoyed his 2 scoops in a cup,rainbow sherbet. They also have ice cream cakes all occasion. Drive thru for those who dont want or cant get out of car. Nice eating parlor for those who want to relax and enjoy the air conditioning.

Sometimes they can be a little slow in the drive thru, but I usually get good service. Some of the workers are better and more personable than the others. They gave my dog a pup cup once, which was awesome and he loved!

No matter where you are, if there is a BR in the area you cant go wrong . I love their banana split. Excellent. The service and staff are wonderful.

Lots of sugar loaded yummy ice cream and cakes!

I had my service dog there and felt right at home. I asked for a large cone and a single scoop of vanilla in a bowl. The waitress gave me the one in the bowl as a free scoop to try. If course we all knew it was for my dog. But just the thoughtfulness and welcome feeling there was enough that I will be back.

Been coming here for almost a year now, every time the staff is helpful. Any type of order made, is well prepared. The staff has changed a few times now, but they are still good.

Had desert on mother’s day, @ 630 with a party of 4. Three stars.Detractors:*The store is in desperate need for a remodel and upgrade.*The store is old and falling apart. The front of the display case is falling off. There is duct tape holding the face on, and the tape is failing.*There is no logic to the line. When we walked in to the store, there was a large group of people just huddled. It was hard to find out who was already served and waiting to receive their order, who was waiting to get served, who was waiting to pay.Positives:*The employees. All were very positive, smiles, and greeted each customer.*The product was enjoyable.*This location has a drive through.

Staff was great. ONLY place I will get an Ice cream cake. They are amazing.

The ice cream was good however employing young kids with NO ADULT SUPERVISION was and is bad for business. The lobby was filthy with trash overflowing so much so that customers was trying to push trash down to make room for their trash. I will take my business to a local small business, Dewsters Ice Cream EXCEEDS Basking Robins (This location)

Worse Baskin Roobibs experience Ive had!! U advertise 51 flavors but I had to pick 5 different ones before I chose one that they had in the store🙄

I came in for a quart of the jamoca ice cream and I immediately asked for the quart of ice cream and the lady list said she would be with me in a moment. I didnt take offense to it though because I work at McDonalds and understand that after youve been working its a struggle to be friendly. However, after waiting 5 minutes to be asked what I wanted eventhough there was nobody in the store and I had already mentioned what I wanted, I patiently told the lady what I wanted.After I had told her that she took forever to make the quart of ice cream. She was truly moving like a sloth and I had stuff I had to get done later.She finally got finished with the ice cream and came over to ring me in, she didnt say anything to me but what my total was so I gave her a $20 bill. When she went to hand me my change she was very sloppy about it and almost threw the change into my hand and tossed the receipt to me and then without saying anything else to me, left to help the next customer.I do not think that I will be returning to this Baskin Robins due to the treatment that I was given.Like if this was helpful.

Usually very good, stays busy with limited seating options. The only bad mark is that they some times run out of staple items, chocolate and vanilla ice cream etc...

I would like to report that on 6/16/18. I was not very happy with my service and will not be visiting this store again. I was standing line for quite a while waiting to be served, while 3 workers were standing at the drive thru having conversation, while I waited. I then asked if anyone could help & they all replied with, I am working the drive thru. One of them were actually working the drive thru and the other two Halley & Paige were rudely ignoring me while conversating with each other; about 2 minutes later I am still waiting. Another lady then walks up to the register and they automatically help her while I am still waiting in line . I finally got served after repeatedly having to ask. The ice cream was great, but the service was horrible.
