Morning ruined this Friday. π Iβve been having a rough time and decided to get myself a pumpkin cream cold brew as a treat. As you can see from my ticket, I asked for extra cream and for sugar free syrup in my cream rather than regular syrup. This is definitely not extra cream - in fact itβs the least Iβve ever gotten in this drink, even at the regular amount. Rather than substitute the syrup in the cream, they ADDED syrup to the drink, making it double sweet and disgusting. To make it even worse, this was made with regular coffee and NOT cold brew. I basically paid $6 for the worst coffee Iβve ever had, no exaggeration - itβs so gross I canβt even drink it.
Revisited for my youngest daughter to have her first Starbucks experience and the look on her face was beyond priceless. Her eyes have been opened, literally. πIts the small things that many people take for granted as routine that make up most of lifes invaluable joys.
This place is very hit or miss. Itβs 12 in the afternoon and they are closed. Thereβs been a few times Iβve tried to come and theyβve been closed with no explanation as to why. If you catch them open, theyβre great. Donβt get your hopes up though.
I didnt get the name of the person who helped me, but she was the kindest and most genuine person Ive come across in a drive thru in a very long time. My order was misunderstood and they immediately and without hesitation corrected the issue. It made my bad day better. Sincerely, thank you.

I ordered a vanilla latte which upon receiving and tasting I found to be very bland. No vanilla taste at all. Ms. T who was working at the window had someone add additional vanilla making it perfect to my liking. Also, I ordered an almond croissant. At the window I was told they were out. I was not happy. You know when you have that taste for something specific, its sometimes difficult to change up. Ms. T asked well how about a cheese danish. I like those so I agreed. Ms. T then threw in a plain croissant for my inconvenience. Her attitude and willingness to make a disappointed customer a happy customer is what customer service is all about. Thanks a lot Ms T!
I always receive super friendly, helpful service when I come here. They dont mind to explain whats in the drinks and help me figure out what I am wanting. I prefer this location even though its always busy and there is a little bit of a wait. My only real complaint is that my drink never taste the same when I order my usual order.
When I checked the website, it said that the Drive Thru closes at 9:30 PM. When I got there and went through the Drive Thru, it was 9:02 PM, and I was told it closed at 9:00. I was SO disappointed, because I wanted that cookie crumble Frappuccino.
Normally I have wonderful friendly service... however not the case the last few days.. closed or opened really late with the reason we cant get our morning staff here to open... Theres a small note on the door.. but website says they are open for business as usual.. miss these wonderful people and the coffee

The staff is friendly, but theyre slacking on making the green tea matcha frappuccino right. This is what it looked like after they remade the drink. It looks all soupy and it still tastes watered down. The whip cream was just poured back into the cup, instead of spraying fresh one. I wouldve liked some fresh drinks made, but I got the same drinks back instead. Im no longer going to this Starbucks, instead Im going to the other store location in the Etown area.

This is my first time through this Starbucks locationHere is my experienceIm greeted with a warm good morning from the lady on the microphone, we exchanged pleasantries and I placed my order (after asking some questions along the way, because I am not a frequent Starbucks user) She was so helpful and kind. Kind of wanted to stay and chat with everyone because they were so nice and Ive very much an introvert and usually do the grab and go and be on my way.Come here guys and gals this location is great with great people and great coffee

Drive-thru attendant says she cant leave her station when i asked for something to be added on. Very inconsistent when making drinks. Always dont have some components of a drink. I drive one hour to get to this place because of my daughter.... Never seen her so disappointed.
At this location, dixie hwy, the last couple times Ive ordered a pike place, its not been hot enough. As per any Starbucks they will make it right. But having to fix a drink multiple times, as we all know how busy they can be, its a bit frustrating.

The store has gotten to know me and my family and are always so upbeat and friendly. We visit at different hours each time so we have encountered literally everyone at this point. The manager is literally the best and has such a can do and willful attitude. Clean and tidy, well established! Will always be my go to store for goodies and treats!
The ladys at the window are so nice and helpful, which is absolutely wonderful! However, the drinks are not made consistent at this location. Today my chia frappuccino was chunky and not blended properly it tasted flavorless. I thought when I came other times and the drinks werent like the other locations, maybe their just busy and Ill give them another try! This is very disappointing because I was so looking forward to a treat. Maybe Starbucks is not the place for me at this time.
Waited in line for a peppermint white mocha i was having high expectations of not waiting in line, but for a cool refreshing coffee tasted artificial wouldnβt come back here again because of that
Staff is nice. Coffee is usually not that good. They have gotten better since opening but still not very good. Usually very very slow.

Areived at 1320. Door was locked because cafe closed. Switched to Drive thru only. At 1245. Over twenty minutes BEFORE they took my pickup.onside order. I dont use thier drivethru because it is glacial... and has no way.out of the line once in it. You are trapped. Got in line at 1320...got my order, cold, at 1349...Dont let the other reviews fool you... they need alot of work.
This starbucks has a really rude manager. They need to update their information with corporate if they dont have in store pick up.Two stars because the corporate office refunded our drinks and were super friendly

A while back I left a bad/one star review. After coming to this location a few more times I have not had any negative experiences. The employees have been so nice and welcoming. It truly is amazing how much a simple greeting while ordering coffee in the morning can make your day.
This location isnt the greatest. The drive thru always has an outrageous wait every time I go. The mobile order is hit or miss on being available..the last two weeks it hasnt been available at all. And sometimes the cafe is randomly closed so you have no choice but to wait in the drive thru. Also the last 4 times that Ive went in the evening (around 8p ish) they tell you when you get to the speaker that they arent accepting cash only credit/mobile app.--Mind you this is after youve waited a good 30minutes to even get to the speaker. Then, the way the drive thru is set up, you cant leave once you are there. So what do the people who only have cash in the evening do then?....
9/13/2020. This Starbucks location is new and I know will still have growing pains. That said, I have to complain that the overall service and procedure at this location lacks greatly. The staff are rude to customers, the music is soooo loud that placing an order is near impossible. The Manager was wearing pajamas and just didnt care to talk with us about our concerns. An elderly mans order was botched and they laughed at him because he couldnt hear the order representative speaking through her mask. Although we were asked for a name on the order, when it was ready, no name was called. Prepared beverages were lined up on the counter and at least 17 people were inside waiting for orders. One customer finally started handling the beverages to call out names on the labels. Rude. Rude. Rude. The Loop location is not much better, but will have to suffice if I want a Starbucks beverage anytime soon.
I am very excited this has opened! I know they are new and still getting their footing, but everyone is so nice! I am sure within a month they will get into the groove! I will definitely be back!! Thanks Starbucks!! I WILL return!!
Worst place I have ever been to period!! Got in the drive thru line at 9:15. The cashier working the drive thru was not speaking clearly, had and attitude problem and was in a hurry. She claimed she told me they werenβt taking cash anymore and if I was paying by card I could order. However my adult daughter and I heard cash only. I only carry cards so I did not order. At this particular location, once you are in line you are stuck until you get to the window. I was stuck in that line for over 20 mins. When I got to the window, I tried to confirm what the cashier said. She told me that it was card only. I told her sorry I had heard cash only. She said well it doesnβt matter because she wasnβt taking anymore orders anyway. I proceeded to tell her I didnβt want anything from them. All she kept doing was talking over me, giving an attitude and screaming βyou want to speak to a managerβ. I informed her I would take my problem above. Once I leave I decided to call the manager and she was the absolute worst manager Iβve ever spoken to. She was a very loud, angry woman who was extremely rude, arrogant, and doesnβt belong working with the public. When someone doesnβt want to listen to your problem, screams over you saying maβam, maβam maβam every-time you try you speak it just makes the problem escalate. I never got it through the managers head that while yes I was angry about sitting in a car for nearly 20mins for nothing, that her employees hadno right to act the way they did. It all could be simply avoided by posting a sign before you pull into the drive thru. I will never return to this location!!! Iβd rather throw my money in the trash.
I just left this restaurants 2 minutes ago. And I will never be back again because of the one individual working there named Cam. I made a simple inquiry as to why my sons drink was taking so long to be made. While I was remaining in call me some Tire time she was getting worked up and irate with me never once given me an explanation as to why my child drink was taking so long to be made. There are four Starbucks in Elizabethtown and I will never be visiting this one again because of this one employee

One of the most unprofessional Starbucks locations Ive been to yet. Employees have dismissive attitudes, get simple orders wrong constantly, then proceed to talk badly about upset customers. Dont waste your money at this location. Definitely wont be back.
The drinks here were absolutely delicious, very nice. However, it took almost thirty minutes to receive our two Frappuccinos. This wouldnβt be a huge problem, Iβm normally fine with waiting, but they continued to serve out many other drinks from people who ordered after us and didnβt even start on ours till we went up and asked. I love Starbucks but I do not recommend this place if you are in a hurry after 5:00pm.

Thereβs been a few times where the service is quick and easy but thatβs very rarely anymore. For almost the past three months, anytime Iβve gone the drive thru wait time is at least 30 minutesβfrom the time I get in line to the time I get my drink in my hands. I usually just say forget it and drive to barnes n noble and get their βb&n cafeβ drinks. Like Iβve listened to an entire EP, in the time I wait for everything.
I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch. You know how it normally tastes fabulous?!! Nope they messed up today. Only two ppl working and slow slow. Sat in line for 1 hour exactly 6:50pm-7:50pm. Then I get it and itβs 95% whip cream, only a dash of coffee and A tear drop of caramel. It was nasty. Maybe the manager needs to hire more help. Idk . Lol
Received PSL, ordered PS chai latte. Waited for drinks and another 10 minutes before the order behind me received their food, at which time I inquired about my oatmeal. Very passive aggressive response that shes working on it. Once received went to seating outside where we were asked to leave because not sanitized. Sat at curb. Opened bag and no spoon. Requested spoon and barista continued making drinks, asked another and she emptied coffee grounds before retrieving a spoon. I will not return!

I was so excited for this location, but after a few visits I continue to be disappointed. I get that some staff are new, but drinks have came out wrong and when politely asked to fix got major attitude. The last time we came there were over 12 cars in drive through and 3 employees were out the back smoking. Not appropriate when people are waiting 20+minutes for a 6 dollar coffee!! Needless to say I drive across town!
Not really sure why we need another Starbucks, but this one currently under construction shares the same lot with Olive Garden. No projected finish date, it just says, coming soon. If you cant wait, theres one across the street in Barnes and Noble.
Order is wrong in someway every visit. Employees either dont listen or dont care. They seem too preoccupied conversing and gossiping with one another versus doing their job properly. Just because you work minimum wage, doesnt mean you shouldnt have some integrity in your job.

Super slow even when they have only a few customers our orders were incorrect numerous times on prior visits their favorite trick is to fill your hot drink just a little over halfway then use whip cream to fill up almost half of the cup in order to hide the FACT that they just cheated you out of a huge portion of your drink this has happened exactly 5 times to me another negative is that yesterday my wife found a hair over 12 inches long half in and half out of her venti frap with the lid snapped over the hair. The employees have an attitude gossip way too much instead of working to get the customers what paid for

First time I went my order was completely messed up. I ordered the same thing I always order at other locations and they made it taste like watered down milk. Went back Saturday while out shopping and decided to give them another chance, I placed a mobile order of two drinks. It took them THIRTY minutes to give me my 1st drink, I kept waiting and asked about my second one and was told they were working on it. Waiting another 10 mins or so and finally just left. By that time my other drink was getting watery from waiting so long. I wont be back.
On April 17th I went to this location I got in line at 1:31 p.m. And at 1:46 p.m. one of the employees tried telling me that they were not going to serve any more customers because they were closing at 2 and they were already behind. She got an attitude with me and tried to tell me that I could have went to the Starbucks in Kroger and I could have drove to shepherdsville or Shelbyville and I was like I cant because I work here in E-Town. And it wasnt two yet so if they have an issue with shutting down early they should have put a sign up says and if youre not lying in line by 1:30 p.m. we cannot serve you sorry. This was about my second maybe third time at this location and I did not have a good experience at any of the times that I visit this location. So I thought I would never say this but I am banning this location.

I live in Radcliff I absolutely hate being in the vehicle it is boring. At least two times a week I will drive to Elizabethtown just so I can get some Starbucks coffee!!!!Ive never came home afterwards and just felt like it was a waste of a trip.Typically on a grande & a venti I spend $16 .Sunday mornings for sure I wake up before my toddler does I work out and I had to E-Town thats how I start my Sunday by the time I get home my husband and my toddler are just waking up. PERFECT! I have not been inside I always use the drive-thru and I cant complain. Absolutely great coffee! Its a household name for a reason! Its not like you need me to tell you this drive to Elizabethtown and get yourself some Starbucks coffee
I cant even begin to explain my frustration with this location...I came in the afternoon, waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru!! got to the window finally and the lady who Im pretty sure was the manager was nothing but rude to me because i asked for my drink to be remade it tasted HORRIBLE. If im paying 7 dollars for a drink i want it to taste like money well spent... someone needs to do something about that manager. i will gladly drive the extra miles to the location by the highway.
Another Starbucks...(sigh >,>)The community in Elizabethtown didnt need this.We have 4 different starbucks in the area that are all within a 4 mile radius of each other!Would have loved to see more variety of coffee shops in the area, maybe a Hines Brothers Coffee.This particular store seems to be lacking in Management Skills department and you can see it effecting the employees who work there too!Coffee is okay.. but the lines can get long for sure.My opinion is, that youre better off going to the one on the loop instead.

Completely unorganized numerous people waiting for their order because they put the name on the cup but sit the drink on the counter without calling the name. So when people come looking for their drink they have to touch every drink on the counter to find their drinks. WTH.

First time I order drink it was so strong call told them she ask me my name in a book when I went back in couple weeks get my free drink ask me all kind questions about my drink final I got it went back though drive Thur Friday the lady took my order was so loud cut me off before I got all my drink order so when I got to window. This location has been open for ~a month and still doesnt have Wi-Fi! I cant justify $3 for a cup of coffee unless I can get free refills while working on my laptop - which I cant do without WiFi!
This place has friendly, but terrible service, order a customized drink and they dont follow directions, this isnt a one time issue, its almost everytime you go through the drive thru. We ordered 2 iced chai teas with extra chai and they both came out Milkier than the original, and the Danish we got to split was completely frozen in the center (and we specifically asked for it to be warmed up) tipped for benefit of the doubt and sent drink back for adjustment and it still wasnt as requested. Not to mention, when weve ordered chai tea and received iced coffee. Drive to other location #everydollarcounts dont waste it here.
I was excited to see another location, some of the staff is very friendly but others not so much. If you dont want to have to wait long i suggest going early and not going after 2pm which sucks because thats when happy hour is on Thursdays. Ill share my experience from this morning in particular. I had ordered a cheese danish and an iced caramel cloud. Got to the window to pay and the lady starts handing me food item after food item as im saying hey i didnt order all this one of the items falls on the ground. Im thinking ill pick it up and just keep it it was still in package and their just going to throw it out anyway. The manager im assuming comes over and says what did you order and did you take a sandwhich. I said i dont know what fell on the ground which i didnt and she said your going to have to give that back very rudely. she made it seem like i was trying to steal something. Based on every other visit going wrong at this point i dont plan on returning to this location. I suggest training staff better and having better customer service especially when people are paying high dollar for drinks
Only one guy working there making all the frappuccinos for both the drive thru and dine in. The other 5 girls stand around looking bored and dont think about helping coworker. The manager thought it was a compliment when another guest pointed out how hard the man was working and promised to let him know. We waited 30 minutes for our cold brew and frappuccino. Then they let us know they forgot our order and asked what we ordered. No apology for the wait. We are just happy to leave before dying from old age.

I get it. This Starbucks is new, but before you place your staff in place of what their roll is make sure they can handle the craziness of a rush. I gave it thought to give them a second chance from the first visit it donβt work out. I got in completely my order by 5:39pm and just left itβs 6:36pm. I had placed an order for 4 grande Frappuccinos, and waited for almost an hour. Then once I asked what was taking so long I was told that Frappuccinos take a long time to make. But I watched other peopleβs order of Frappuccinos come before mine. So please stop telling me fraps take longer than other drinks. It shouldnβt be that the lady who is making drinks for inside should be also handling the drinks for drive thru. They had cups all over the place even cups that were going to be used for customers drinks turned over on the counter were finished drinks were at. As I spoke to another customer waiting had ordered without whip, the girl who made the drink took the beverage back as we both watched her she opened the lid scrapped the whip off and then re-blended the same drink with remaining whip still on the top. On top of that multiple customers were told that the ingredients of their drinks just ran out. 6pm I got one frapp. I watched how unorganized the system was, they left the labels sticking on the counter without putting it on the cup right when it gets printed, then asked me what drink I had when they should know from the label. I got one drink at a time in a 15-20 min wait for each one. There was a bunch of drinks and food on the pick up counter that has been sitting there watered down with multiple customers touching them to see if that was their drink. There should be a designated area for online orders so other customers are not touching the drinks. I give all respect to the gentleman as he seen me frustrated and offer to reimburse me. I didnβt want him to reimburse for our drinks I just wanted him to know that his TEAM needed to be more organized. Itβs okay to have fun, joke and laugh with fellow co workerβs but when your customers look frustrated on the other side of the counter itβs time to work together and get those orders going. I will give it a little time before I come back to this location. Hopefully then there will be improvement. KEY THING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EACH OTHER SO THINGS CAN RUN SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
