After i made an appointment, i came at about 9am. 3 guys n a lady were just sitting, look mournful. I said good morning, the response was abrupt, What do you want. I said I need to have my car checked, theres noise underhood. The response was again abrupt, Leave your car well check it. I said i got no ride ill wait for it. The guy said, no u have to leave it for a day. I said goodbye, u r no good. Very uncourteous.

Ive been going here for almost 4 years. Tai, the owner is honest, the prices are reasonable and the work excellent. I feel very fortunate to have such a great mechanic in my neighborhood that I trust.Just yesterday for example I got an oil change and told him about a noise I was hearing. He took it for a test drive and said the cost to fix wasnt worth it for the current value of the car.

Its always SOMETHING when your car breaks down. Thank goodness Tai and T&D are our neighborhood service shop. Towed my car in from Sacto before closing and Tai had the air filter sensor fixed on my Outback and ready to go by 1pm the next day. Knowledgeable, efficient, and fair pricing.
