This is by far the best UPS store I’ve been in, ever! Always great fast and friendly service, there’s a guy there that’s been there for a few years- best ever!

These guys are always late to open. I’ve waited 20 minutes after 8:30 before I left

Generally great service at this location but laughable that passport.photo services are not being offered because of Covid. This decision by management defies common sense.

On 11-14 Employees open box and stole half of my merchandise. Just lousy and distasteful. Screen your employee ASAP

Great customer service! I had a very large painting to ship from someone in El Segundo. I was able to arrange for the painting to be dropped off at the store, and they packaged it and held it for UPS Freight to pick up. I was very nervous about it being damaged during shipping, but when it arrived, I was very impressed with the great job they did on the packing.

This store no longer is open in this location.

The gentlemen working at this UPS are a very professional, prompt, helpful and courteous. The customer service is excellent! If you have a P.O. Box here, or you are a frequent visitor, you are sure to be spoiled!

Ive been with this particular store for 8 years, and theyre fantastic. They know me, and since Ive now moved out of the country I still have a box there and they forward my mail. Totally trustworthy people here.

Aaron and Chris are liars and thieves!!! They steal from your package and put ups express envelopes in your package to makeup the weight!! Then when you call they lie and say your receipts say different things from the website!! I have never had a problem with UPS till I ran into these thieves!!
