The place is gorgeous. I did, however, find the same item at half the price on Amazon. I will return the item I bought from The Container Store and keep the item purchased from Amazon. 60 dollars to 35 dollars.

I can imagine that walking into heaven is something like walking into the container store. EVERY single time I have had a question and call beforehand, the staff is helpful, resourceful, and just downright affable. Hate making returns or exchanges? Not here you don’t. It’s so quick and uncomplicated. Shopping here is fun and easy! Keep in mind that if you are looking for specific items check online first or call ahead because many items are flying off the shelves. I blame Marie Kondo & The Home Edit. If it helps, place your order online and the staff will have your items to you in no time at all. Oh! And sign up for their points because it always helps to save a few dollars.

Visited recently for a curbside pick up. after checking in I was pretty surprised how quickly they brought the order out. didnt wait very long after parking. everything was wrapped neatly with smaller items and receipt clearly visible (no second guessing if everything was there or not). definitely wont hesitate to order for pick up again in future.

A disappointing experience. I had to go replace a piece for my closet organizer. They did not have the piece on the floor but someone helped me ordering the piece and would have it delivered to the store for me. When I went to pick up the item, the associate went to retrieve the item. She reappeared 10 minutes later to tell the item was not there and that the item is no longer made. I was justified in asking then why the person ordering it still took the order, charged me and made me come back to pick up to then be told the item is out of production. I was told that my card would be credited, with expectation that I would leave. I told her based on this experience that I was not leaving until the payment was returned. The associate then went into the back - for 15 minutes - before she reappeared to credit my account at the register. I have lots of questions, but absolutely curious why I was left waiting for 15 minutes to just get my refund. Thoroughly frustrating experience, that had everything - incompetence, arrogance disdain. Thoroughly, amateur hour. Please didn’t give such contempt and incompetence any of your money.

This place is awesome. They had a container for your Christmas reef. This store in particular was operating smoothly, even had a price adjustment made at the register with no hassles.

The ones in Virginia are better and b bigger

Arrived 5 mins before closing and was informed by their staff that they were closed, and their online system was down and they needed to get the customers in the store out. One of the staff was just taking an order out to the car for another customer. Extremely disappointing experience.

They have so much neat stuff! It is worth a long browse even if you think you dont need anything. I was delighted by the many colors of hangers that they have in the front of the store. Vivid primary colors. I know I will go back for. Some. .32 cents a piece and they will brighten up any closet! They had a neat chrome under Cabinet stemware holder, my original reason for being there.

Sales stuffs were good deal. Regular priced stuffs werent cheap. You can find anything there but do compare prices w Ikea or Walmart for similar items

Maybe its just me, but I didnt find there to be a large selection of containers. The whole place is just a mess. In general, I think there products are slightly over priced!

Store had exactly what we needed. There was a good amount of people inside the store which made it a bit uncomfortable, but we kept our distance.

I like the closet systems carried by this company, however, the employees at this container store were unhelpful and rude. I tried to ask for information regarding closet systems and how to set up appointments but the employee was brief and rude. I had the sense that I wasnt welcome there due to the fact that she looked at me up and down in a slightly disturbed way and began speaking to me in a slooooow manner, making sure to pronunciate her words as if I didnt understand english because of the color of my skin. I guess Im too brown skinned for this store.

My experience so far has been good. The associates let me shop comfortably and when you ask them to help you with something is always with a great attitude. Great Team! They had 1 out of 2 things I was looking for but its okay. Was looking for specific containers, and specific drawers for a plexi shelving unit I have.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. This place is very cool to walk around and figure out how to organize your home. I cant wait to go back.

My fiance and I walked into the store looking for a couple items for our apartment and the store was a complete mess nobody could help us I asked one girl she kept on walking away as I was talking to her very rude Im in the prices are outrageous Id rather go somewhere else and spend my money knowing I can get help anywhere else compared to here nobody else could be bothered to even help us and we went to the store in El Segundo

Check out line is always slow. Normally just one person. Free parking is main reason I go there and easy to carry purchases to car.

I had one particular product in mind. One of the salesmen helped me find it right away, help me figure out exactly the one to buy and how to install it. The lady who checked me out enrolled me in their Rewards program quickly and efficiently, and they got me in and out of there in 10 minutes. Really nice people, really cool stuff. Highly recommended.

So refreshing to go somewhere that still places a premium on service and being helpful. Appreciate them making it right when they were out of stock on the item I needed. I interacted with three different salespeople and they all were all pleasant to work with. Thank you.

We went into the Container Store to look at the Elfa system for our kitchen pantry. No associates were available, but two were actively helping one couple get things they needed. One of them noticed us and broke away to assist us. We wound up needing a designer, but they were all with customers. We were told wed be next in line and someone would find us (I was wearing a pretty bright shirt :-)). About ten minutes later, Juan came over and started the design process. Juan really helped us visualize what we were getting and had great ideas to help save us some money. All told, we were in and out in an hour, and literally every person we encountered (other customers notwithstanding) had a smile on their face and were incredibly courteous. This was my first shopping experience at The Container Store, but it definitely wont be my last.

Great place to get items you cant find anywhere else.

Very organized and always clean. If you are looking for a very particular shaped or purpose containers, youll find it here. Otherwise TJ Max may offer cheaper choices. I LOVE their small home organization gadgets, such as for bundling cables, hooking up wires, hanging stuff at small place, in this aspect, nobody does better than The Container Store. :)

For years Ive been a huge fan of this store and have enjoyed shopping here. However, there seems to have been a shift in the customer service. The last 5 times Ive visited this store, not one person has offered to help me. The employees are all too busy to help. My visit last week was the final straw. The store was a disaster and not only would no one help, you couldnt even move around the store as items were all over the floor. I love the products so I will just buy them online from now on.

Anything you need storage container organization wise they have it might cost a pretty penny but they have it!

Even with a 30% off coupon I did not find anything to buy, the selection seems less than previous with empty shelves, the Century City and Costa Mesa stores seem a lot better than this one.

This is a bright, open Container Store with super friendly staff who seem to always be there when you need them. The selection is great, and as with other Container stores, they have everything from new hardware to refills. It never seems crowded here (which is nice), and lines for the register are always quick!

Horrible visit. This little creep parked way too close to me, then stood suspiciously behind my vehicle while his girlfriend yelled at him to join her. I started my engine, and he ran to her laughing. Tacky, and the store had nothing close to what Im looking for.

Sadly, I drove to three different Container Stores even though I was told telephonically they had the items. Manager(Sorry, forgot her name.) at El Segundo emphasized and was a great help to me. I needed the item ASAP otherwise I would have ordered online. I like their Bisley products but the service was a little lacking at the other locations. I have to admit, it only happened on this particular day, maybe the planets were not aligned correctly....LOL

I usually love TCS, but this location has Horrible customer service. I saw workers everywhere, but all were too busy to help me locate some products. Oddly enough, for the first time in a long while, i actually felt discriminating stares from employees there.
