Literally my favourite store in London β€οΈπthe decor is divine and the multi storey is gorgeous. Last time I went he lower ground was closed Iβm hoping itβs just temporary!
Lovely clothes but a little on the expensive side for me. The jewellery on the other hand, is worth it π good quality and very flattering π
Beautiful designs, great homeward, on the pricy side. Now that they are moving from Sales time to full price, the sales areas are a bit muddled and can confuse you
A fantastic experience ... Clothes taken to changing room... Wonderful staff.....just need to add in a glass of prosecco and we wouldnt have left π
Great products good price
Love this shop, staff a little moody today.
Always worth a wander if you want to indulge your bohemian side π.
Really like this branch for its convenient location. Sad thing is that every single time I visit there are new Sales Advidors, so it seems its not a good place for people working there and you cant expect good customer service either. However, as a customer I often go just browse around, see whats new on offer, and aleays find some quirky, unusual homeware items, usually made in India. Quality is good, range interesting and always changing (lots of great ceramics made in Portugal!, fantastic door knobs and handles), so its always worth visiting if you love all things home and looking for some presents or additions.
What a delightful store. Full of interesting and on trend personal and house items. Having never been in one before Im glad we did and will defo be back as its such unusual but on trend items.
Great! Loved the new spring collection, very colourful!
BEST SHOP! They have a marvellous selection of beautiful clothes and designs for home items. I am totally addicted to Anthropology! LOVE this shop. Beautiful prints, cuts, colours and quality. Anthropology makes up 75% of my favourite wardrobe. High quality. Friendly and very helpful staff in this shop. This branch had a great layout. However the other branch was easy to miss, the one off Parsons Green. Their refunds policy is also very good. Scoring them 5 stars for an amazing experience..... Iβve always received in this branch x
Chic, not cheap, a bit of colour
The idea is better than the execution . Very overpriced and they household stuff is not that well made . Also a little bit snooty .
Excellent shopX xxx X
Wonderful shop! Clothes can be hit and miss but always something nice to be found. Homewares are great and more out of the ordinary than a lot of big shops.
Not enough staff onboard so didnt get any help. Highly disorganised queuing. I was only there because they had failed to deliver some presents, so didnt do well with online presence either. Sales are good tho!
I love this shop, I would get everything if I could
Expensive but great experience
Terrible customer service, avoid buying on line. My parcel was sent back to sender as the address was incomplete due to a glitch in their system and they did not want o to give me a refund. They want first to receive the parcel back (3weeks) and to be checked and only after all this is done they will potentially issuing a refund. Unbelievable all other retailers have always been more helpful.
Incredible shop design and very interesting homewear products. Worth a visit
Nice home accessories
Really cool temperature which is nice at first but can be a little to much if you keep wandering around. It could be a little more tidy especially at the entrance. But overall its a nice big store.
The place looks stunning although products are (notoriously) overpriced. I just wonder if they train the staff to look down on their casually dressed customers or if they just hire natural-born snobs.
I am absolutely obsessed and in love with this brand and, in particular, this store. From all the endless beautiful products to the interior design of the shop. I now need a living garden feature wall in my future house that will be filled top to bottom with anthropology mugs, rugs, cool books, stationary and trendy clothes!
This is my favourite shop, but this is not my favourite branch. Prefer the Kings Road outlet, which is more unique. Still, the staff are always very helpful here, and I have never failed to find the perfect gift for family and friends.
This is one of my favorite places in the world! On wheelchair accessibility - the location is very accessible (step free entrance, elevators to all main floors and sufficient space between displays). The only part that is not accessible is the display on the stair landing up the staircase. The store itself is gorgeous and clearly Anthro puts a lot of time and talent into the design. From the green wall up the stair shaft to the oft upstairs - this place makes my heart happy :)
A veritable feast for the eyes! So much to peruse. However, its all very expensive!Wonderful living wall up the staircase. The mind boggles as to how they maintain and water it!You would think that a shop as big as this would provide toilets. But they do not!In close proximity to Golden Square, Hamleys, Liberty, The London Palladium, The Piccadilly Theatre, Oxford Street, Cavendish Square etc.Nearest stations are Bond Street, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus.
Went with my wife. Only womens clothing but lots of household & books. My wife loved the clothes and I personally loved the open space shop and very friendly staff.
Always full of lovely things.
A beautiful shop in the heart of London. Spectacular decor and beautiful clothes. I find the prices a little steep generally, but they often have offers. Staff friendly but also discreet, allowing the customer to browse at their pace.I like that they also email you copies of receipts. Nice packaging of clothes and friendly staff at the tills. If an item is not in the store they are very helpful in trying to source it for you.
I usually love this shop! First visit to this branch though. Sale items need to be tidied up and re priced. I tried on a number of sale garments which were slightly reduced, (most of which were still over Β£100), they were crumpled and badly presented. Quite disappointing.
A beautiful shop with wonderful itetms. I made a trip here a few months ago and brought a number of fifty style head bands which are simply stunning to look at. Since my little trip I havw ordered a number of items from the shop online including a pair of ankle green boots which are normally the style i stay away from but I just couldnt help myself. There stuff is different and unique and often has a great vintage twist which I adore.
Interesting eclectic shop, good sale reductions. Good feel to the whole place.
Beautiful ambience, but overpriced products.
Ethnic, sustainable garments, accessories and home furnishing. Just amazing !!!
I love this shop. Ive only ever shopped online here before but it was fab to visit the store. I cant really speak for the clothes as I only go for the home section but they have some fabulous things.
The first thing you notice once you get inside is that the shops design is outstanding, keeping in line with New Yorks flagship store. I think its even nicer than the NY one :).The range is incredible, going from clothing, with a slightly vintage look, to furniture, beauty products and homely things.A must in your visit to Regent Street.
Quick and helpful. To the point
Awesome place. Creative ideas. Special gifts.
Such a lovely store! Great selection and even better for window shopping. Usually you can get a little something on sale, definitely worth a visit only to see the store itself!
Ive long been a fan of the stores but online customer service is absolutely awful. They just dont respond. My order is lost and I doubt Ill see my money back. Order online at your own risk.
Ridiculously overpriced both clothing and homeware. Appalling service. Told to ask a till staff about the dishwasher proof of a glass. No one seemed to know their wares and staff indifferent in the homeware section. Appalling. Staff training needed NOW!Ground floor clothing staff better.
This is a great company. This particular shop has poor infrastructure. Not only no loo, and staff member rolled her eyes when I asked, but also no contactless payment over Β£30. Not everyone carries cards. And they offered to charge Β£30 multiple times, which would have set off fraud alerts for my card.... This location could use some investment.
One of Londons most beautiful shops, Anthropologies a haven for those with feminine taste. Although the store only opened a year ago, the living wall and lovely decor make it feel like its been here forever. Its full of beautiful things at improbable price points - the kind of place that makes me want to make my millions so I can spend them all here.
What a glorious palace of gorgeousness! You could spend almost a whole day exploring the merchandise.
Enter into the world of everything that is a little bit vintage, quirky and retro. Transform yourself and lets go on a journey to discover beautiful things for your home too. A touch on the expensive side but well worth a visit, just for the sheer array of merchandise of times gone by.
Really lovely things here obviously a lot of money but wow
Amazing store, beautiful products and superb customer service from all of the staff that i encountered, but especially Saul ! Thanks for your help.
Great selection of clothes and interior design stuffs. Love Anthropologie, and its a must stop for me when Im in London because you wouldnt find other stores in Europe. The store in Regent Street is big and offer great choice of products.
This is one of my favourite stores as the clothes are well made and its a great place to stop for last minute gifts for people.Be careful - your cash will disappear if you shop in here too long. There are three floors with clothing on 1&2 and homeware in the basement. Their candles are absolutely gorgeous.Their sales are really good too so keep an eye out.
Only been here once. Food is really good quality, service is leaves a little to be desired - got a couple of orders slightly wrong and forgot one dish. A little on the expensive side. Would go back.
The shop itself is very special. Its the type of place you could spend a good deal of time roaming and rummaging - whilst being tremendously careful not to smash anything, because it could cost you. So why was I disappointed? Well, because I gasped more at the ridiculous prices than I did at the prettiness of the stuff on sale. And thats never good. The clothes and accessories in particular really took the biscuit. In short, you dont get what you pay for. If you pay Β£258 for a dressing gown (yes, thats what they were charging) youd expect it to be silk, not polyester. And thats another thing about Anthropologie - their pricing just doesnt make sense. A perfectly lovely cup and saucer set was priced at Β£10, whilst a Christmas tree decoration was creeping into triple digits. I just dont get it.Anthropologie is certainly worth a visit if youre really into your homewares and are prepared to do some digging. Arts and crafts types will also love it - itll give them plenty of ideas for making stuff rather than paying frankly stupid prices.
Terrible over email customer service they take a week to reply and fob you off constantly, my wife has given up. Products are nice though. Id never buy online again.
As I stand in Anthropologie regularly, my other half in her element while the baby and I play a long game of wait. It would be lovely for some sofas to sit on.. π
Very different. Really like their household items. The clothes are far too expensive for the level of quality however still very different
Really nice staff and good visual merchandising but I just dont like that lots of things dont have the price on and that theres no unified sizing. Amazing for gifts though.
AMAZING store! I love all of the items offered here. They can be quite expensive but are great quality. Also a good place for gift buying.
Love the quirky clothes and the sense of calm here. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Loads of variety and style. 3 floors full of awesome products. Loved it! Queue was long though.
Loved the houseware section of this store so much. I would literally buy everything if I could.
I love this shop! Yes it is pricey, but the stuff is beautiful. It is an absolute pleasure to walk around; if you dont have much money, enjoy the window shopping experience; otherwise they do have very good sales and you can pick up a good bargain. There are pretty and interesting items for the home. But if you are a man, you might find it a bit more girly - but you could pick up an excellent present for your mum/wife/girlfriend/chum.
Love this place. The branch at Brents Cross is probably the nicest store interior Ive ever experienced. Not cheap though..
Beautiful clothes and delightful accessories. Well worth a visit.
Changing stock missing the great plates Tey used to have.
We visited the store at pre Chistmas shopping. There were a lot of nice gift ideas for almost everyone. Our visit was mostly focused on the home department. There was a large collection at discount prices with unique items. The few clothes that were at the entrance did not thrill us.
Lovely homeware and clothes. Enjoyed the stores calming atmosphere!
I waffled forever on how many stars to give this shop.On one hand most of the staff were friendly and nice and helpful. On the other hand some staff were rude and the layout was less than ideal with having to squeeze past racks of clothes to get to the fun stuff at the back.It is a great store though and if you can avoid the rude staff member, its a fantastic shopping expereince!
Nice shop.
For me, its all about the home wear so many beautiful patterns and shades of plates, cutlery and accessories! They also have the most beautiful visual merchandising and shop windows, a must visit for Regent Street tourists!
Designs worthy of the creator
Beautiful shop, beautiful merchandise β€οΈ
Have to give this 5 stars as its one of my wifes favourite stores. Not to bad for guys, a few seats dotted around!
I love this shop especially at Christmas, some great gifts
Very nice, lots of things to buy, especially for ladies
Great quirky store. I loved the noisy stair case and live wall.. always pop by when out shopping.
Store is lovely and interesting to look at. Staff lacked competence
Open airy shop on Regent street. Lots of different cloths and interesting ideas. Women love it.
This is an amazing shop, the clothes may be expensive but they are really beautiful, high quality. Youll also find crockery, decoration, towel ... But you should at least visit it to admire the wall made of plants and grass !
Found a great jacket And scarf for my lady. Friendly and helpful staff.
This is easily one of my favourite places for clothes. Its a lovely calming and spacious shop with a lovely in-store design. Its really nice and takes you away from the madness of Oxford Circus - one of the walls is covered in live fauna and there props are always thinga I keep trying to pick up and buy. It also helps that all the clothes are beautiful. Whilst there are a few good value pieces, you can typically expect to pay through the nose for everything. Which, is a problem because everything is great, a little bit quirky without shouting about it, and typically fits a bit too effortlessly. Which is both brilliant and horrific for bank accounts. Stand back when theres a sale.
Amazing shop with very special things
Very nice products. There was only one till open downstairs and had to wait for a while....
Almost unbearable for me in sale time but my wife swears by this stylish high street offering. Homeware to evening ware seems to tick all the right boxes.
I go here just to get inspiration but I can never leave without buying something. From the unusual styling, to the vertical garden and the giant polar bear Im hooked. The homeware is usually my first stop, where the smell of the candles adds to the sensory shopping experience.Sign up to the mailing list for invites to occasional in store events like book launches. Pop across to Tibits for lunch after to fondle your purchases over good food.
Really nice products .
Great shop love it. Dangerous to visit as I want to buy almost everything in the shop.
Didnt have the item I need so staff member Marinka went out of her way to help me get it. Great homeware items inside. The stores are incredibly well presented.
I popped into the Regents branch tonight to get some more of something that I had reciently bought from the Kings Road store. I was looking around for the items but soon realised that a dumpy sales assistant was following me around the store, like a under cover security person.I said something about it to another sales assistant, who said she she was just getting ready to close. (Not a reason to follow a man around the store). This is not the first time this has happened to me in this store, far from it, In fact I stopped going here as it became a regular occurrence. Strangely it never happens if Im with a friend.I have nearly a 100 items in my apartment that I have have bought from Anthropology, but being a man in a predominantly womens store is not a reason to intimidate. I understand that security in the West End is essential but middle aged men with a sense of style shouldnt be the type of customer that requires being kept an eye on and subjected to such ridicule, when all they want to do is shop in peace. Its disrespectful and rude. I will continue to shop at Kings Road store, where the staff are always charming and leave me free to shop without extra unwanted attention.
Great selection, Sergi was great helping me pick out jeans. All staff were super friendly!
These guys are always so careful wrapping your fragile purchases and double bagging heavy items. Such great service! Thank you!!
