I had a really bad experience with the wear sales manager. I bought a jacket on the 07/06/2021 that was a gift for my brother, but it did not fit so I thought on getting him something else or just get my money back since it was a $514.99 jacket that was on sale for $469.79 never removed any tags or anything just was not the right size for him. I read the ticket and there is nothing about 30 day return or exchange, neither about sales items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged, and by the time of the sale I was not told anything related either.The manager just said “I cannot do anything about it man”Here is a copy of my receipt anyone can read the disclosures, and mentioned other things but nothing about the point that I’m pointing out.In my experience this guy was not helpful at all or did not feel any customer service, just to let people know before they buy things here... either you just don’t shop gifts here or you better know that they would look for any excuse to now let you have what you really need! First he said it was a sale item and I pointed out that there is nothing said on disclosures,and the he said either way the 30 days already passed.Well...thanks for nothing Viva powersports wear sales department! Now I have a $469.79 gear that cannot be used!! Just don’t shop here at all!
This review was requested by the sales person Manny. Manny was the salesman who helped my purchase my motorcycle. I was pleased with the parts and service departments but the upper management has some policies in place that really hinder the purchasing process. They don’t have batteries installed in the motorcycles and they don’t allow test rides. If you are prepared to spend a pretty penny on a new motorcycle without ever riding it then this is the place for you. Manny, Cesar, Popeye, and Krystal were all accommodating with every one of my requests.

Waist of time.....Took my can am x3 for warranty items (bought it 3 weeks ago). They said they had 3 units ahead of mine. Well 1 week later they cant fix it cause they dont know how. Smh... problem is flickering high beam and a door adjustment. What a joke!!!! Jessica was the advisor who made the promises and did not deliver.
Iv called multiple times this month, was told by the sales person he would be getting in touch with me. They have taken my name and number 3 times. I never heard anything back. Was told that they could take a picture of a bike to see the color since it was not on the website, gave my number once again for the 4th time. Nothing. Its a shame.Edit: Received a call back the day they got a R7 in stock. Had very minor crate damage that they ordered the parts to fix. Said they would fix for free. Other then that was able to walk out with the bike. I got there before closing because of traffic and they stayed to help me out. Really appreciate it. Thanks for calling me back, because if not I was going to purchase at a different dealership. Overall satisfied.
There must have been a change in management because when I bought my BMW there about two years ago, the service was subpar. I went in with my buddy just recently and WOW. Night and day different. Sam really took care of us. Viva you have earned my business back. Thank you.

Arrived at Viva to get a tire replaced under warranty and was met by a guy in the parts department who instantly came out and helped unload my superbike into the shop. Very good experience doing a motorcycle purchase. I did my purchase remote also, so Viva helped me arrange shipping through Michael with Truly Blessed Motorcycle. The entire process was up front honest and clear.
Friendly service and great shop staff. Got vcd 2 tires replaced. They had the proper sizes in stock for my motorcycle
Helped me out in a tight spot. Needed a tire fixed right away and they did not say drop it off and pick it up tomorrow like other shops do.
They ordered wrong part and couldn’t exchange since it’s a “special order”…it took two weeks to receive the wrong part. I tried ordering the same part I got from them last time that was correct for bike the first time, but I got wrong part the second time.. couldn’t return or refund even though it was them looking it up…. Motorcycle parts are expensive. I took a hard loss of $400.
This shop has helped me more than any shop ive been to. Not only with great setvice but they went above and beyond bu coming to pick me and the bike up when i had a flat a few miles from the shop. Too bad this shop wont be with me when i move.And the service lady, jess, someone should give her a raise.....she is awesome.

Walked in hoping to check out some of their bikes and walked around the showroom floor for 30 MINUTES. No one greeted me, asked if I had questions. NOTHING. Where were the staff you ask? All at the table laughing and joking around. So I started sitting on the bikes (sign says not to). STILL NOTHING. I legitimately would have made a purchase if a tire asked me what I needed. Shame.
I bought a 2021 Honda Rally 300 and was taken care of in sales by Manny...he took care of all my needs and did a follow up call after the sales about my plate and was thoroughly professional thru the whole sales process...very friendly...highly rated people...
Sales associate Jorge Camarena made our transaction seamless and he was even able to have my new bike prepared and ready to go for me when I showed up in an effort to save me time since I was coming from 2 states over. He even helped me with some unorthodox loading procedures! Overall great experience and would definitely do business with Jorge and Viva again!
I went and gave my info to a salesman and never heard back. I said I was ready to buy a CRF 450RL when they got one in. That was two months ago. Today I went back and they were closing at 5:45. The gates were already shut even though they don’t actually close until 6:00. I guess they don’t want to sell motorcycles.
The people that run this place must have a lot of friends leaving a lot of fake reviews. Or maybe they are only referring to the sales department. The service department is absolutely horrible and this is not just by my account. We are big off road people and have a very large group of friends who off road, and all of us are in complete agreement, do not, under any circumstances use their service department. So here is what happened to us, we have a extended warranty on our rzr, we took it into viva to get the side by side looked at due to a leak, they had us leave our rzr with them. Every few days I would call, and was lied to many times that they were waiting for Polaris to respond, come to find out, three weeks later, the claim had not even been submitted, because they didn’t have time to take the photos and submit the claim, I was so irritated, we store out rzr covered, always, and they do not have a covered area for their repaired vehicles, so it had been sitting outside baking for three weeks and they did not have time to take photos. Photos that would take five minutes. After my very frustrated phone call they said I could pick up the rzr. I said that didn’t make sense, in the middle of a claim, the woman reassured me that it was okay and then they would call me when they got a response. Two weeks later no calls no contact I called again. New woman answered with what I thought was hope. Said no we were NOT allowed to take THE RZR, go figure, and asked us to bring it back. Saying they would do the claim that day and have a response in 7-10 days. We are at 3-4 weeks and still, not repaired. I have to call for any update which all I get is an excuse, “we are super busy”. Spoke to the business manager, not just the service manager that I have spoke to many times, he says he will look into it. We will see. We are talking months for a, per the rep, 45 minute job. We thought driving to Santa Teresa to get it fixed was rough, we will never make this mistake again. While everyone is nice, and this I have to give them credit for, it isn’t worth it. We spend over 20K on a Offroad vehicle to off road and to be safe. But for the prime of this year it has been in their shop full of excuses and reasons. We also ride motorcycles and ATVs. Let’s just say they have lost out business foreverOnce we get our rzr back we are never stepping foot into that place again.

Went in needing oil and filters for my Raptor and they didnt have what I needed. Service was great but product wasnt available. Call before to check availability of items to save you a trip.
The best experience I’ve ever had buying a motorcycle! Mario was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me and my difficult situation to help me find a bike that was right for me both based off my riding experience and financial situation. Sergio was also so helpful crunching numbers and helping us leave the same day with a bike despite coming up short on the down payment. I’ll never go anywhere else and will certainly be recommending Viva Motorsports of El Paso to all of my bike friends!

Very bad service. I would much rather have my SxS be fixed somewhere else even if I have to drive it out to another shop two hours from El Paso. Store manager did not even know what was going on with my 2021 can am maverick x3 that I had for two days only. It has been in the shop for a month for a simple seal leak fix. I understand the warranty processes takes time but viva is just all lies. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.
The store was very nice and clean and a pretty good inventory, considering the pandemic. We were greated by several employees and treated very well. Thanks to Corey for taking the time to explain in detail everything we were needing to know, he is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Salesman was friendly but the floor was quite empty the part of the floor with checkered looking to be the show off portion flooring had pieces coming undone and rusty water marks from the ceiling and when i asked why the bikes were 1k over msrp I was told becasue of freight.
Have been dealing with them for over a year now. And the people are super nice! But for maintenance they never pick up the phone. So I end up calling 15 time through out the day letting it ring for 20-30min at a time just to get a update on my bike. When I first moved here over a year ago they said it was due to a phone issue because I had the same issues back then also... I call BS now. They are super nice when you go in and when someone picks up but I do not recommend having service done here cause it’s a shot in the dark if anyone will answer the phone. Of course someone in sales will pick up tho always haha
Going into this as a beginner rider, i feel very confident with the bike that i purchase. I had a lot of questions i needed answers to, and i can defiantly say Jorge Camarena answered them all for me. He answered all of my questions and really help guide me on the type of bike that would work best for me. He was very patient with me, i never felt rushed while working with him. I would say the biggest thing that helped me to decide was being able to sit on the bikes. I mustve sat on all of the sports bikes there and some at least 3 times lol. Again Jorge was very patient with me. I enjoyed my experience with Jorge and the Viva Powersports family and would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a bike. If i could give them 10 stars i would. To anyone looking to purchase a bike i highly recommend Jorge. He is very knowledgable and patient for those of you who are beginner riders.

Bad place took my 2018polaris sportsman to trade it for a rzr and decided not to cause they offered $4500 so they drove it to my trailer in the morning when I try to start it wont start i check the battery noticed it wasnt mine they kept my good sealed polaris battery for a cheap wet battery came to the dealer to talk to the store manager and they said no so be careful when you come they are a bunch thiefs
I have purchased 2 bikes from them. Each time it was a great and simple process. My sales person Vladimir was awesome and patient. Finance was great and no hassle. Finance went way out of their way to get me a great rate and saved me a ton of cash on interest. I try to always buy anything I need for my bikes there. The points reward system is pretty cool and the prices are competitive. My only issue with parts so far is that they have cut down a lot in inventory. They use to have a lot of helmets, but now I can’t find anything. Maintenance items such as chain cleaner, lube, and oil are at least in stock. Service is another story though. My brand new bike had to have the triple tree replaced due to being dented before it was delivered. After I got it home I noticed numerous clips missing and it had a knock in the front end. Found that the triple tree main nut was left loose and was only hand tight. I think I won’t return for service at all. Even if it’s under warranty I think I would rather pay and fix it myself than take it there. They have great people working there, they just need to get that service department running good.

Ive only used the services at Viva Powesports so I cant speak about sales. I will say that I have been using them for my 2010 BMW K1300GT for over three years and the staff is phenomenal. I never have to wait long. If I roll my bike in without an appointment the service crew is always quick to help me out. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I will continue to get all service done here.
Dont ever buy a unit off this place. I had a deal with them and was told to wait for my unit to be put together next day i called just to check up only to be told it had been sold to another person who had given them more down. Idk if this place is like a auction where the higher bidder gets it. I don’t recommend it nor will i ever make a deal with them again beware
I took my bike for a two recalls on my bike I had an appointment at 11 AM they told me that they would have it finished by the end of the day good thing I show up an hour before closing to ask them about my bike since they told me that they only had a chance to work on one of the recalls only living the most important one to the end and they would not be able to finish. They didn’t call me to let me know about it Nor we’re working on my bike when I got there

Great experience buying a motorcycle from this dealer! Salesman Clayton Jones honestly went above and beyond to make sure we got the bike we were after. Excellent experience from him from the first web contact right to the bike in our driveway. Seriously, go see him!! We are originally from the east coast and the type of service and professionalism from Viva outdoes any dealer we have ever dealt with. This place is seriously lacking customer service.... Bought a ATV and was advise to bring it back at 100 miles. If u can’t bring it, it’s ok as long as u buy the oil and filter here, that way the warranty isn’t void if anything happens. So I bought the oil and filter from the parts department and they sold me 4 quarts when it only takes 2.6q That’s one! I get home take the drain plug out and I realized the case was stripped... so I called back and told them about the 4q mistake and the stripped plug they said bring it back. Took it back it sat on the sun and rain for a week called back told them to just fix the my atv don’t worry about the warranty I’ll pay for the work outta pocket. They said will call u back but they never did so I called back a few days later only to find out they never even bother looking at it, they told me we can fix for u but there is no guarantee it’s gonna fix the issue and it’s still gonna take us a while to get to it... so it can keep on sitting outside until we get a chance to talk to Suzuki and see what they say but more than likely it won’t be covered my the warranty so if u want just come pick it up....

My review is two part.Sales.I spent several months coming and going from the dealership. I was interested in several of the bikes. My salesman Marlon was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. He was very patient and never pushy when it came to be taking several months of debating before finally coming to purchase. She. The time came he gave me a great deal and I rode out of the dealership knowing I made the right choice.Service department at my 1K servicing.I was thoroughly pleased with my experience with the service dept. My bike was done exactly when they said it would be and at the price they said it would be. the people were helpful and knowledgable. They even found that one of my bolts had fallen out and another one was walking out. They fixed the one and ordered the other free of charge. Excellent customer service.
Just bought a beautiful bonny t120. Jorge my salesman was Great! Ben made paperwork easy and their GM Scott made it right when a small blemish on gas tank found. Please buy from Jorge and the Viva team so we can keep having access to cool bikes. Everything was straight forward and they will treat you right.
My bike has been in the shop 6 days for a simple chain adjustment. I’ve tried calling the service department over 10 times with no one answering the phone. I will never take another bike to get serviced here.

Walked in. No one was around to help. Looked at the jet skis. Was there walking around for about 15 mins without anyone helping us. They had 3 people sitting at a desk just talking to each other. Then the guy who came and helped us didnt seem to have any idea about them and definently didnt know how to sell them. They said the prices online are off by about 1000$ so people will come in to look at them. The website is also out of date. The sales person made sure to tell us that they dont update it often. I was really interested in buying one but after how much experience was and how little they knew about the products they were selling I will not be getting one from them. They need more training on their inventory, financing options and how to actually sell something. Maybe someone from the car dealership can go over and teach them how to sell.

Gave me a good deal on a new previous-year-model bike. They had the bike ready to go in 2 business days. The bike was assembled & set up perfectly. All the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. A+
The sales team was friendly and professional, but thats it. I bought a new Triumph here and ran into a very dangerous and serious issue. The battery (less than 300 miles on it) randomly died while I was driving leaving my stranded in the desert in an isolated area of New Mexico. There was no phone reception, after a few hours someone eventually passed by. I had to buy a new battery at the nearest Walmart to make it home. It died again a few days later. It turned out to be due to an assembly issue, so it was covered under the warranty, but still very inconvenient. On another occasion, I had a flat tire. I called to see if they could tow, and was told maybe they could, it was the evening before a holiday weekend. They were able to tow it later in the evening, I could not remain in the area. Nobody informed me that they towed it, it was gone when I went back to check on it, leaving me to wonder during the long weekend if it was towed or stolen. I was told they dont patch tires for safety reasons, which I said was fine. I was then told the tire I needed was not in stock and I would have to wait 7-10 days. Several weeks later I was told it still wasnt there. Next time I called, they said theyd just patch it.
Awesome experience! perla was cool and funny and helped me out quick. gave me prices, asked all the right questions and asked for my permission before any action unlike other places i have been that just do what they need to make the sale. she wanted to make sure i got what i wanted and that i was happy with my bike. everyone else there was really helpful, they saw me sitting waiting for the insurance to call me back and they asked if i was doing okay several times. definitely going to buy my next bike there too.

There parts team is amazing. Louie is very knowledgeable on the gear they have in stock and when it comes to parts. Vanessa (Nae Nae) is extremely helpful and is wonderful when it comes to customer service. Their parts manager by far runs a good team and her herself is a wonderful person to have assist you when it comes to any of your needs in that department.
Scott and his team have gone above and beyond in trying to give me the absolute best customer experience. Juan was our salesman we bought a 2017 Polaris Outlaw and he was awesome answered all our questions and no hassle we were approved right away and also the finance dept he was great too !!! they both were very knowledgeable and great Customer Service also since we lived in Dell City they did deliver the Polaris the following day and also the delivery guy was very attentive and answered all my husbands questions. I give you all 5 STARS you all have great customer service and they both are great assets to your Company !!!!!
I was very impressed with the customer service. When I went they had an event that had music, jumping balloons and food to keep my younger kids entertained. Friendly and knowledgeable staff was available to help. The store had a great selection. I recommend this store to anyone looking for their next toy.

Not a whole lot of bike shops in El Paso can work with you the way this place can! Definitely a place to recommend for family and friends.

I can usually find most of my motorcycle essentials here. You are definitely going to pay a little extra and not a place to expect to go in and out. But selection is best I found accessory wise and atv.

Had a customer that was in dire need of a Kawasaki slave cylinder that Viva had in stock per inventory software. Customer was in for the Leesburg Bike Fest and was stranded. He needed to get back on the road asap to catch up with his buddies. I called the parts department to verify part was in stock. It was; which was great news. I then asked to overnight the part to us. Here is when the train wreck started. The gentleman stated that they do not take credit cards over the phone and that I would have to send a check. A check! I reviewed with him that we are a dealer that has been in business for over 46 years and willing to email over a credit card verification form with photo ID and a copy of our tax exemption form. I reviewed the importance of having the part over night to help get our customer get back on 2 wheels. The gentleman said sorry cant be done. I asked for the parts manager. She was also pleasant to speak to however same road block. I asked to speak to the General Manager as i didnt want to give up yet. The GM stated to the parts manager she was out to lunch. I advised the part manager that my experience with their credit card procedure lacked customer service when dealing with another dealer and would post my review on google so her GM can read how their policy failed us and my customer.I ended up finding the part in a California dealership which took my verified card payment and sent my customers part overnight.

She was very helpful and even helped load my new Polaris Sportsman 570 onto my truck. Best buying experience Ive ever had, Ill definitely be doing business with them again and referring everyone I know to them. Id gladly make the trip again for the amazing prices and excellent custome care.
Viva is way better then the first time I went. I was in need of parts for my BMW and new gear. When I went down to the parts department Nae Nae was the one to help me and she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed before looking the parts up. If anyone needs parts ask for Nene, very helpful and friendly.
