The product is of great quality. I purchased a yard blower. It was supposed to be filled and ready to go. Only about 1 oz. Of fuel was in the tank. The store attendances were polite and helpful. Stil makes great products. So far I only used it for 3 minutes. This unit has a 2 year manufacturers warranty. I hope it last longer than that. I take care of tools because, I need it to perform well.

Customer service good until you need a warranty honored. Bought a 700 dollar water pump that lasted 2 days. They told me manager is on vacation, assistant manager Sandra states shes not able to do anything and only gives me a 1-800 number. First and last purchase at this store and I still want my money back.

Cashier was very rude girl with glasses and tattoos. Like if it bugged her I was making a purchase and she had to work and ring up my order.

I order a fuel exchange pump, got an e mail stating my order was cancelled and I would get a call to discuss my options on the item. Well here I am 13 houts later still waiting for the call.

Had to stop in to buy a few items, one of which was not in stock, Jesse was kind enough to help me over the phone so when I arrived the helpful cashier and Jesse were super quick to take care of my order. Really bad customer service. I went to purchase batteries for my Milwaukee tools but I also needed assistance, and there were employees around but either they were too busy talking to each other or it seemed they didnt want to be bothered. I might as well gone to home depot, but I thought Northern tool would be different, what a disappointment.

She asked the assistant manager, the assistant manager told me to hold on. She was more concerned about checking in delivery truck. I left to harbor freight spent 2600 on power washers. That why business fail

The service was great. But the shipping on $600 worth of shelving was over $480. I dont mind paying for a quality product, but for that much in shipping, I can ships a Z06 Corvette 400 miles.The staff did show me another quality product that will fill my needs. The staff even loaded it for me.

Bought a Stihl MS261 with what seemed to be a MFG defect. Northern Tool and their staff went out of their way to make it right. After some weeks of them having the saw and diagnosing it, they gave me a brand new chain saw, at their expense. Customer Service was excellent also!

It showed inventory on hand at this store, but not available when I got there. I had to order on line and pay delivery charges for the item.

Always has what I need immediately in store, I send my online orders to the store as an excuse to visit. Great customer service and inventory. Its my personal toy store.

Take a sack lunch and just take your time looking at all the nice tools write all your wants and desires very nice place.

This store has good quality tools, but very limitec selection. Most of their tools need to be ordered online . . . Then you have to wait for your items to be shipped. Most customers need tools immediately, not in 2-3 days! :-(

Im from out of state and usually order out of there catalog.. For some reason or another I pictured this place alot bigger, with most that is offered in their catalog on site.. Anyway a bit disappointed but all in all I picked up the new catalog and look forward to my next purchase.

If they do not have it in stock do not waste your time and order it. Was told 7 to 10 days has been a month and they have no idea when.
