When searching for a garage door repair company, the other company, Dyer was first in the results, so I called them. Their technicians came to my house and let themselves in without knocking, startling me. I wanted to give them a second chance, but they told me that my opener is too old and they would not be able to work on it, but of course, they could sell me a $500 new opener on the spot instead. I politely told them to leave and then I called El Paso Garage Door Repair.Joshua got here quickly, and he was professional and he got my door working in 15 minutes and he gave me some advice on future upgrade possibilities. I will keep this company in mind for when I’m ready to upgrade my opener and I’ll tell my friends about them too.

Broken garage door spring. First time this has happened to me, so I didnt know what to expect. Could not get the car out of the garage for an appointment though...Called this company at 1pm on a Friday, they said theyd be at our house at 2pm that day. They were.That was surprisingly good service.The technician, Josh, was very personable and professional. He replaced the spring, corrected a roller I didnt know was off, and lubricated everything.Im really happy I called this company.

I called to get a quote to see how much they would charge to send someone out here and check my garage door that wasn’t opening and closing all the time, and they said they had free estimates so they sent a gentleman by the name of Austin and he was friendly and real helpful and explained that unfortunately we needed another motor, so he suggested several options we had and said that if we decided to purchase elsewhere, we could have them install it for a labor cost. We decided to go that route. We booked appt for the installation and in two days the same guy came and installed it in less than 1hr an a half. He was quick and explained how to use the new garage opener. I was pretty happy and satisfied. First time using their service, would highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service, it took them 4 trips to finally get my $2K garage door installed properly. They installed several different damaged units. Every trip was an excuse as to it being the manufacturer’s fault for the defects. Going above and beyond is not this companies strong suit as a simple visual inspection prior to installation would have solved the issue and wasted much less of our time. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

This company is amazing. My garage doors are old as dirt! They found the right panels, got them ordered and installed them the morning they arrived. I had El Paso Garage door come out and install a new door and motor today 2/26/21. My previous motor wasn’t running and my old door wasn’t aligned properly to the frame of the garage and it was broken. I live near a major street and had a lot of street noise and dust/debris come in constantly. I called EPGDR and I had an estimate the same day. They assessed my door and recommended a door with 2 metal sides and insulation in between. The total install took about 3 hours. They removed and took away all the old parts and to my surprise they also took the boxes where the new motor and door came in. The technician cleaned after himself and left my garage how it was he it got there. The new door fits the frame perfectly without any gaps. The street noise is reduced about 75% of how it was before. The motor controls were adjusted to my preferences, and the wiring install looks very neat. I couldn’t any happier with their service. The reviews speak for themselves.

Called for service on Friday night; appointment was scheduled for the following Monday. Scheduled for 11 A.M., but received call from main office that previous job was taking longer than anticipated. I was fine with that because I want them to do the job correctly. When Josh arrived, he examined the garage door, told me what it would cost and what he was going to do. In my case, replace spring, job took only 20 minutes. I would use them again based on what I experienced.

We had a major malfunction of the torsion spring and our door was stuck closed. Joshua came out on Friday (July 2nd ) gave us the estimate and when we agreed on having it fixed, he had all the parts on the vehicle and it was fixed in a timely and professional manner in under an hour!!

I called their business a few minutes before they opened so when no one answered, I thought, no big deal, I’ll call them back later, but I didn’t have to because a man named Robert called me back as soon as they opened which shows they value customers and their business. I scheduled a tech to come out at 5pm and they were an hour early! Usually you’re kept waiting, but they came and were able to repair my garage door opener on the spot.
