Friendly staff, well stocked products and fair prices

They were rude. They did not speak English at all. And their signs are inaccurate.

I always have great service from everyone here! They are very friendly and they have good selections of fabric, trims and notions. I always come here before any other fabric store.

I visited this shop today 2-29-2020.I was hesitant because of the bad reviews about the customer service.This store has so much to offer. I was in AWE when I walked in.I am getting married in May so I was shopping for bridal lace and satin for my dress.A beautiful young lady named Alexa approached me and began to assist me. She spoke PERFECT English unlike what the reviews say. With Alexas help I was able to find EVERYTHING I needed for my dress and it was EASY AND VERY ENJOYABLE.I Highly recommend this shop and I will DEFINITELY go back.Thank You Alexa for your assistance today.I also want to add that the other ladys in the shop were also helpful and very polite.

A great place to purchase fabric and any other mask making supplies. The staff is primarily Spanish speaking but they have staff wholl help if you dont speak Spanish

This store is stocked with beautiful fabrics and lace. Most fabrics are 60 wide which means more for your money! A huge variety of both plastic and metal zippers of different lengths. I love this store!

This is a really good place to go if you need chiffon, satin, tulle, or other special occasion fabrics for a really good price. They also have trims, buttons, and appliques as well. The staff is always very helpful as well!

Ive been a loyal customer since 2012. I think they have beautiful fabrics at affordable prices. My issue with this store is that Ive never received good customer service, not even a Thank You from the cashier. I was there on Saturday 10/15/16, and the same thing happened. The employees didnt ask if I needed help, I was helped because I asked for it when they were talking amongst themselves, the cashier didnt say a single word to me besides the amount that I owed. Im sure they wont go out of business because of my review, I hope the owner will read it and make some changes. I wont be back to find out if they do make the changes because Ive decided to take my business elsewhere!

Found some material I needed. Place is very clean and organized.

The prices are excellent but the selection is kind of hit or miss. Staff doesnt really speak English. If youre looking for suiting, though, this is the only place in town to get it. They sell fine Italian imported cashmere suiting here in a variety of colors and patterns.

First, the selection of cotton fabrics was not good. Secondly, I guess having to wait outside while two people shopped in the store disappointed me. Also, my husband wasnt allowed to go in with me, yet another couple walked in behind me and they were told to stay together while they shopped! Im not coming back. I opted to buy some gray fabric so my trip there want wasted.

This store have all you need in fabrics is great but when it comes to customer service is horrible. They treat people like if they are giving out the stuff. I been a customer and spend a lots of money on this store since 2015, But it seems they are force to sale you the item and treat you horrible. The woman at the register she needs some customer service skills and so do her sister. I like their fabrics and shop often. I just dont understand. Why they can,t be nice to people. why they can be so Horribly rude to customers.

Omg I love this place ... this is my go to place for nice fabric for my pictures background... affordable prices, friendly employees and wide variety of fabric and extras...

However it does seem a little cluttered, it does offer a large array of fabrics. I go there everytime i need fabric and they always have the material I need at cheap prices! And the location is nice too! Gives me a chance to see the real El Paso and its historical markers as well as the community and its people hard at work.
