My family and I usually pick orange leaf for our treat after dinner. In past experiences with other locations we had a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as smooth and pleasant as it usually is. The young lady working the register, I believe her name is Alexandria, was not in the very least welcoming. Because of covid gloves are required and me bringing my 4 children inside to pick out their treat takes time. She kept rushing me as I was allowing my children one by one to pick out their toppings. The first time she asked while I first was in the process of topping picking and then again a few minutes later. Anyone with 4 kids knows how indecisive they are and it requires patience. Mind you there was no line at all. Anywho, I love Orange Leaf and I really think they should consider hiring people who want to work and who are happy at first sight!!!! Good customer service = more customers and a successful business.

Place looked messy.Several yogurt machines were down.Two girls were there on there phone the entire time (one girl was training another).Place is closer than Menchis to my house but looks like I will make the drive until things get better.

Very disappointed. Used to love coming here but the past two times the have had very few machines working and the coconut topping tastes stale. Very overpriced as well. Going to make the drive all the way to menchies next time

Excellent. They have a mask requirement and provide disposable gloves. Very diverse flavors and toppings. Awesome customer service and great rewards program. Very helpful staff. Will return soon.

Watch out if you order there more than once a week from uber eats, or a app like it, theyll cancel your order. Honestly, theyre the only frozen yogurt place next to me if there was another one I wouldnt order from orange leaf anymore. I also think the employees hate me or something 😥 I want a yogoberry or menchies near me.

My go to:-Fill up 1/3 of original Tart Yogurt-Top it off with those mango balls, real mango and cheesecake cubes-Fill up the top with more tart Yogurt and top it off again with mango balls, real mango and cheesecake cubes..and some almonds.Mmmm yes.

Lots of great flavors and toppings. Pistachio, dark chocolate, and strawberries are a personal fave. Convenient after school treat for the kids and I!

You pay by the size of the cup, not by the ounce here so you can load up all the heavy toppings you want. Flavors are rotated out somewhat frequently. Not a lot of space for large groups unless you sit outside. They have coupons on their site you can print off.

This place was gross. We came in and the restaurant was filthy with garbage everywhere. The topping bar only has things that were either not fresh, empty or melted and they only had a few fro yo flavors to pick from

Nice selection, like the concept of paying per cup size not total weight. Fruit could be fresher (strawberries!). Not much space to sit but theyre also not very busy.

My kids love coming here! The price is good and they offer discounts.

Yogurt is good but they switched back to per ounce and the price isnt posted anywhere had to pay 24 for 2 cups.....

It might look all nice and dandy but really taking a look at it from a employees perspective. This guy is the WORST business owner ever I really dont know how his business is still running. He goes through so many employees, never work for this man. Hes a cheap ass liar, who truly doesnt care about his employees. These poor employees get no breaks what so ever and they work 7 to 8 shifts. Each and everyone of his employees dislikes him. But they need the money to pay bills. I truly feel bad. Please this job isnt worth it. There are better jobs out there.

Yogurt is good, but its sold by weight and easily racks up in price.

We were loyal customers until they changed their pricing, now they are completely overpriced and we will not be going back. We seriously spent less money paying by weight for a family of four than with the fixed price per cup. So sad greed took over, it was the only place we went for froyo.

The flavors are good but i feel like its a little bit pricey

This is hands down our favorite place to get frozen yogurt! You can taste the freshness in all of the flavors, and during our last visit, we were told that they use all real and fresh ingredients to make the favors of the froyo! The banana froyo is made with actual bananas— yum!! One of our favorite parts is that they offer four different sized fixed price cups, so you can fill as much as you want and pay the fixed price! No need to worry about overfilling your cup and driving the cost up. We spend much less with the fixed price system than we ever did when they charged based on weight.

The yogurt was good but too expensive! We will not be back! $18.00 for 2 regular containers.. I thought was ridiculously expensive! Al.ost 10 dollars per person 😒

I had the most wonderful experience at this location when I was in town during the Christmas break. The customer service is phenomenal and they let you sample any flavor you want!

The fro-yo tasted okay, but not worh the price. The employee working there also didnt know the price of fro-yo per ounce... Which was slightly frustrating because its the only thing they sell...
