I got chocolate frosting and strawberries. I wanted to share a picture on my cinnamon roll, but I had to taste it before I wrote a review and I couldnt stop eating it. Yall this is no joke, this place is sooo goooooooood. Im traveling through and I will definitely be back.

This is a delicious spot for some bomb cinnamon rolls. I had the cookie cinnamon roll and was absolutely blown away. The location is small but its very scenic and sitting outside was pleasant. Cant wait to come back!

Stopped by this morning to a full house! Despite the line, they were prompt and professional. I bought a 1/2 dozen and they happily honored my request to package them separately.We had the original...with no toppings. Delish!The grand opening was yesterday....they are busy but had plenty of help.

Ordered the Old Skool classic roll to-go along with a side of the regular icing. More than 24 hours later, I reheated it by wrapping in foil and warming it in my toaster oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. It was absolutely delicious, moist and perfectly not-too-sweet! None of the wet, slimy-ness that you get with the big chain competitor, Cxxxxbon. The day-old icing was also excellent. For 30+ years Ive gone to the competitor, but never again! Cinnaholics taste and quality is well worth the higher cost.

IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!! I love that its vegan friendly and super delicious!! I had the cream cheese icing and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and they asked if I was first timers, when I said yes they explained how everything worked and even gave me samples of frostings . Overall I was super satisfied not only with the delicious cinnamon rolls but with the wonderful staff and the super great customer service.

The best cinnamon roll place hands down. Felt like I was in a diabetic coma after I finish, Ill visit again for sure.

I really wanted to like this place, but on my FIRST and only visit i got a very bad experience. i ordered two cinnamon buns to go and didnt notice not 1 but 2 hairs on my bun after i had already gotten home, i can assure thats not even my hair because i dont have hair like that. i regret not saving my receipt, but Im definitely not going back.

The food was quite nice and from what I understand its vegan too. But I gave them a 3 because they did nothing to manage the crowd making the experience of going there uncomfortable and rushed. It was hot inside with the ovens plus 40 people crammed into a walk in closet sized space forming q circular line instead of the management asking people to form the line outside. I couldnt even get to the counter to put cream in my iced coffee without someone elses hair in my cup 😤I tried to sit at the counter to eat while my friend waited for her daughter and friends rolls (they sat on the lawn outside waiting) but got bumped so much i gathered my things and went outside and stood to eat it. But the roll was tasty just the atmosphere sucks.

I love them! They are soft and chewy and very flavorful. I really like the cream cheese frosting.

This review is long overdue. After a previous horrible experience at another Cinnaholic, I was reluctant to visit this establishment. Im glad that I reconsidered as the service was good and they had a wide variety of cinnamon roll concoctions, I was pleased with my experience.

It was really good. I like the cookie dough but after a few bites it is a bit too much. I had the chocolate frosting with cookie dough on top. Good combo but I found myself pushing the cookie dough to the side and just eating the cinnamon roll and the frosting. Overall good though.

When I need a sugar fix I go here and treat myself! Everything is vegan which is amazing and make me happy and proud. I bought a birthday cake from here and it was different than any birthday Ive ever had. I decked the cake out with a variety of frosting and even fruit.

I’m addicted! My goal is to try everything on the menu 😂🤤

Stopped in to give this place a try. Grabbed a few of their day old options to take home. Reasonable price with a side of frosting of your choice. Grabbed a few different flavors to sample. Cinnamon rolls were OK, a little bit weird texture kind of spongy but not a bad option. Frostings werent my favorite. For a vegan place it was decent.

Sweet but not too sweet. Excellent pastries. They need better coffee condiments. Real cream and cane sugar. Good spot otherwise. Good service.

It was pricey I’m not going to lie but not without reason. It’s worth it. Omg the guy working there was nice and helpful and our desserts were so awesome ! They made the toppings from scratch there even their “Reese’s”! So delicious. Their cookie dough was perfect. Drove an hour just to try it and it was so worth it 🤤

My first time going to cinnaholics Saturday night and it was awesome. Food was great and Andrea assisted me in choosing the best roll. For people looking for vegan treat look no further than cinnaholics.

Whoa! I’ve never heard of this place from the TV, but luckily I have a friend that is into stuff like this. She gave me a call and said, let’s go! Now, I waited in line for about 2 hours on opening day, and thought the quality and the bun would be mediocre, by the time I got there. No. It was excellent! I ordered three buns, my favorite being the El Paso special bun called the “sun city,” I believe. I recommend going if you have a hankering for something sweet and delicious. Staff is friendly and they get it made to you fresh, never frozen, made right in the shop,within 5 or 6 minutes, even at their busiest time. Good job, everyone!

Been here twice. Delectable cinnabons friendly service but both times had to wait long time because only one person working.Tried again somehow got worse and slower.

Me and my family went here a couple of months ago. This place makes, in my opinion, the best cinnamon rolls in el paso. One issue is that it takes a while for your rolls to be ready. This place is perfect for after school or after work.

$11 for 2 cinnamon rolls is pretty crazy. They were decent with regard to taste, but the texture left something to be desired.

I recently heard about cinnaholic by a friend, super excited to go walked in nice service and nice place. Ordered my cinnaholic just plane with vanilla icing . Once I opened it what a disappointment it looked like they poured the whole bucket of icing on it completely ruined my appetite and was very disgusting. At last I finally took off the icing definitely way to much, as I was hoping that the bun itself what be better tasting than how it looked but boy I was wrong the bun was poorly cooked and not moist and didn’t have that cinnamon taste we all love more plastic and chemically flavored. Definitely not coming back.

We had to try these out. I felt this product was extremely overpriced. These cinnamon rolls are mass produced; nothing proprietary about this product at all. We were disappointed to say the least. A reminder to the management, youre not going to please everybody.

The owners are very polite and adress any concerns you might have in a timely manner I am highly satisfied with their customer service. Also this is the best place for dessert.

This place is disgusting. It is not as good as it looks. My cinnabon had way too much frosting on it I dont know why they have to put so much frosting on it. Not only that, but it tasted gross. And I could see yellow parts still on it (from the butter I guess). My appetite was ruined. And the worst part is that IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE!
