The associates were very helpful and got my family everything we needed. The associate tried to sign us up for the rewards program but we were denied because we had a different area code for our phone number. We are a military family, we move around a lot and feel excluded simply because of a phone number. This policy should change, it excludes many military families who are new to this area.

I couldnt find individual long Manila folders, a brush for manual design drafting, and some other things. It seems like theyre going out of business because of how many things theyre lacking, I can find better stock in the office depots at Juárez but Im obviously stuck with whatever I can find here. Very disappointing.

Service sometimes is really good, and sometimes its really bad. It depends on what time of day you go, mornings and early afternoons are typically much better. Some evenings have been pretty bad, too long a message to type.

Awesome selection of school supplies at a great price!

Purchased a pack of pens back when the pandemic began. I was unaware of their no return policy. I am an extremely busy business owner of two companies and I was not going to return 10 days later just for the return. What does returning an item have to deal with COVID-19? I normally have my office staff get all office supplies from an online store but this purchase was somewhat of an urgent matter. When I realize it was the incorrect pens, I walked back into the store (minutes after making the purchase). Little did I know I was going to be unable to return their own item. I left the pack of pens at the cashier. They could keep their dumb pens. I don’t need their pens or my money back. Never will I return to this store. I’ll make sure my office staff from my offices don’t shop at Office Depot period. Not even online.

I have ordered multiple print items from this location. Every time I choose to pickup my prints in the bin as I dont want to wait in the famous 45 minute office depot lines. Every time my prints are always held behind the counter and I end up waiting 15-45 min in line for somethings thats already complete and finished and should be on the bin for contactless pickup. This store sucks.

Bad customer service.. Only 3 reps working taking their time the rest hiding. Waited in line for 10 minutes..then i asked for help to purchase a shelf already picked out, told to wait in back fir rep., another 10 minutes..thanks for nothing.would not recommended this store.

I was in need of printing, packing/shipping and also to purchase cards. I was able to do all of those things here and had the most helpful person, Ashley, helping me at the packing and printing counter. It was excellent. I will be back. Thank you!

I give this particular location two stars. I have visited this particular store five times and every time I have went I had MAKE someone help me. You make eye contact with an associate and all of sudden they seem to busy to help.This last trip, I bought a monitor and a desk. Two associates are standing up front at the register could see me waving to them from the area where the monitors sitting. Finally, walk up to someone and request someone to step over and help me.Next, my wife was looking at desks. She made her decision and paid for the item. While waiting at the cash register for the item to be brought up, a single cashier rung up at three of four before someone walks up to us and asks if we needed help. We find out that the desk was brought up on a cart that was placed out of our view. She offered her apology but 15 minutes was already wasted.I dont expect to have my hand held and I read aisle signs just fine. Plus, I doubt that speaking with a manager on duty would have bought me any satisfaction. Thats my two cents. Make those people do their jobs and make it happy hour.

Poor Laptop selection. Most Laptops on display have 256GB max, w/o solid state drives. These Laptops are too expensive at $500 to $600. Spoke with Operations Manager, young man in early 20s didnt know how to assist. Walmart offers 1TB hard drive with solid state drives for same price range.

Very nice and courteous staff.. I was able to recieve really good service on a project Im working on. Aleah especially went the extra mile to help me, it was very refreshing to go somewhere and not be rushed or mistreated.. Rob was very courteous as well and allowed me to take my time until my photo-project was completed.

Poor customer service . The lady who helped me in the printing department was impolite she seemed to not care. Not sure if she she was having a bad day but went again the next day for pick up and it was the same thing. It’s important that you fix this cause it makes it very uncomfortable for the customer.

They did not let me print something that I made myself on word and had the words power and rangers NOT the logo or the characters! I argued that it was not copyright the associate kept calling her manager to come and the manager never came, after the 5th time once she said through the headphone “can they print the power rangers logo” of course the manager said no but it was NOT the logo.. the manager never had the decency to walk up and see what I was trying to print that was NOT the logo! Next thing we know we won’t be able to print something with the work THE because it is copyrighted in “The Ninja Turtles” Never going back there again to buy or print anything because of the uneducated and bad customer service

I went to office Depot to make copies and needed them at the moment. Spoke to Alejandra and said she couldnt make them for me. Spoke to her manager which I dont recall his name and said they couldnt have them ready until tomorrow. I asked to speak with store manager and refered me to Miguel Chavez. He didnt help me either, he even told me to go to Kinkos! I had to make copies on my own. Which had a very hard time doing with no support. I had to waste extra money on my copies, because I made them wrong!!! I cannot believe that I could not get the support I needed!

All of the workers had a smile on their face despite it being the end of a long work day especially due to it being school supply shopping season. Had the best manners and very quick to help. Forget Walmart especially this school season and come to this Office Depot instead!!!!!

Office Depot at Las Palmas Shopping Center was as good as always. Bought office supplies, sales clerk efficient and helpful. The clerk asked for my discount number, discounts applied. In and out in less than five minutes.

Every time I go in there to get things printed they give me extra copies, charge me for it, and I always get other people’s copies too. Ridiculous!

Print orders are never ready on time. It doesn’t take that long to make copies. Also if you are not Mexican, expect to be serviced last.
