Let me start by saying they have an insane amount of beautiful dresses and that is amazing. However, the owner is rude. I heard first hand how she treats her employees and it was not nice at all. Then she was rude to me because I did not have cash on hand. I had a debit card. I was more than willing to pay the extra fee for using it to pay for the dress my daughter needed for a quince. I was unable to go in person for the fitting and one of the other moms was nice enough to leave a payment to hold the dress till I could go on Saturday. I was told I had to pay cash to buy the dress because it was on lay away. I tried yo explain to her that I did not need the dress on layaway and would like to pay the full amount for the dress then and there but she was not having it. She made me walk a couple of blocks to an ATM which I did. I returned to a long line and noticed that people where paying with credit/ debit cards with an extra fee. I felt singled out and told her that it was unbelievable that she singled me out. She had the audacity to say your daughter can try the dress on here but if it doesnt fit there are no returns or exchanges. What is the point of her even trying the dress on now when Ive already paid for it and if it doesnt fit it didnt matter. I will not be returning ever. This was my first and last time at this store.

Never seen a more unprofessional place in my life. In these moments is when I wish the 0 star button would exist. The people here need to get their stuff together. First to start off, the lady emphasizes do not call me, Ill call you yet we waited for almost a whole month for a call that never arrived. When you call the shop after a whole month the lady gets mad for calling. Second, the first time we payed for the dress they perfectly took our card. The second time we arrived to finish paying for it they stated we do not take cards at all it is strictly cash. Third, the lady said we needed a page number for us to pick up the dress yet we where only provided with a receipt of purchase. The owner of this place needs to make up their mind on what is going on with this establishment and I seriously advise to stay away. Shopping for bridesmaids and dresses SHOULDNT be like this. 100% get better customer service at McDonalds than this place. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I would never go there again and would never refer this ugly place to anyone. The owner is very disrespectful and she also disrespects her employees in front of customers. So unprofessional.

Great place to get ripped off! Knockoff, Korean products at name- brand prices!All sales final, no returns because if they accepted returns they would have no money :)Dont waste your hard earned dollars, go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service! All they care about is making a sale and do not take care of their customers! We went there looking for an item and the owner was arguing with us saying that the size should be a large, when we need an extra large. We told her the item would not fit but she kept on insisting that it was a large it made us feel really dumb. We went there the next day to tell her it didn’t fit, and that she gave us the wrong advice saying that it would fit, but she said no refunds and then lied saying that she had never told us that she recommended that size. I told her that is not the way to treat customers. She then ignored us and didn’t acknowledge us in the store.I learned as a business owner if you treat your customers with kindness, honesty and that they are always valued, then you will have many customers and a successful business. But if you lie to customers, treat them badly, and make them feel unwelcomed, then your business is short lived.With business practices like M&M Fashions, I don’t see them remaining in business very long.

Wow worst store ever!!! The manager was extremely rude n had her Lil clan of workers following her. When I asked to speak to the owner she didnt let me and just gave the business card . Stated good luck n they laughed

Too many scanky outfits

Very bad experience not recommended at all ; the women that work there are uncivilized peasants, uneducated miscreants that lack common respect. Obviously they do not value their jobs and know nothing about customer service. They seriously need to get their priorities straight; If they are unhappy about their private life, if theyre not getting it in bed, they should not take it out on the customers. Seriously. Who hired them??

Extremely rude showed us a dress that was 100$ so we asked to try it on and they said no unti were sure we can afford it

Bad service and the shop is paws up, looks like a trailer crashed with dresses inside the desacomo they have.

Terrible service and other thieves ... I gave a deposit and they did not have the dress and they did not return my money ...
