Is has been 5 months since I have been trying to get a salesperson to attend my carpet warranty needs. We had carpet installed in our home and now Casa Carpet personnel keeps referring me to each other explaining they are to busy and will return my calls soon. I keep calling but to no avail, after 5 months my carpet warranty has not been addressed. It is disappointing to know Casa Carpet only wanted to get my order to make money and now I am to no importance. Buyer beware! if they explain to you that the carpet is under warranty, is not. SCAM

They take their time doing the job and overbook multiple clients at once but expect all money for late and rushed jobs. Chipped materials, unprofessional, they avoid calls daily when they start the job, they give a great pitch and friendly service when they want you to choose them and when you do pick them for the job they ignore you and lie each day about something happening.

Wow!! Rene the manager is just the best!! His professionalism is outstanding. The place needs some revamping but other than that Rene made it worth while. I went to several other places and I guess I just waisted my time by not going to Casa Carpet First!!

Did a decent job of installing flooring (thanks you). COMPLETELY misjudged measurements for the flooring on stairs, then decided NOT to finish the job. Left us high and dry (still unfinished). Will update if they decided to reach out to do the right thing. If not, I hope this loses you business.

This company tried to scam me. They misquoted the price to me and then, after signing the contract and providing the down payment, they tried to get me to pay the difference. This was very bad business. Be wary. I will warn everyone I know about this shady company.

And Louis gave me great installation advice which was completely invaluable . And I got to say something about the delivery team as well... David Colunga and Jorge Mora, They restocked everything so that it would fit in my pod correctly. And finally, they have a great customer service team too. Good selection of floors. Theyre very helpful when youre going to purchase floors but nowhere to be found when theres a problem with floors. No one ever called me back for a resolution and my sales rep ignored my calls when I asked for help.

I went to check out the floor and picked two different ones I wanted to get .Guy goes to take measurements and tells me that Charles will give me a call back with prices .Its been over 2 weeks and they never bothered to give me a call back .👎 👎

I used Casa on 3 occasions primarily bc their selection of flooring products is larger and more diverse than most other retailers.That being said, including the term WHOLESALE, as in Casa wholesale in their name is misleading and disingenious bc in every instance I found an identical product, such as Esmer tile, elsewhere in EP for 10-30% less.Another example was their wood glue pricing, bc after purchasing roughly 8K of Regal wood flooring I was informed the glue would run another $800 bucks.I declined and opted to checked around and was shocked at the markup since I located the SAME glue (MAPEI 980) at Lumber Liquidators for just under $200.00 bucks, a markup approximating 400%!I also discovered, the sales folk are very protective of their own customers which means if YOUR agent is unavaliable, chances are little can or will be done until he or she returns from break, vacation or otherwise.Finally although Trish was great, and was THE REASON I became a repeat customer ---I wont return only to be gouged again.

I went in ready to buy if i found anything that i would like, i am not a tile expert but i was guessing they would help me there, well as soon as i went in an old bald guy approched me with a rude attitude, and worst customer service, he didnt even bother to show me the different styles, amd just kept me in the clearance area because the other area was above 1dollar.... not going back there...
