We bought a car from here and at first I was kind of worried. Where we first went I wasn’t sure we were making a wise choice BUT...we are super glad we did. Andres was great to work with and even took care of us when several days after we bought it something happened. It’s not a perfect car but my husband loves it and Andres was up front about issues. I would recommend.

Customer service is way better compared to what I have received from the custom sounds stores and the audio express from Lee Trevino. The aftermarket radio installation that they made for my 2007 Mazda 6 was of good quality and better price compared to what I was being offered at custom sounds and audio express. Will definitely come back and wished that it was the first place that I shouldve visited instead.

Had my system installed about 3 months ago one speaker went out and i went to 3 different audio stores and they all said it was just a bad speaker. So i took it to the owner at ktz and up to the day they cant do anything to help me terribly regret getting expensive speakers that were not worth it!

Great customer service, solid audio work. The only downside is their items are WAY overpriced. I got trash left in my vehicle after their work as well. Do your research before you go in and have to give your first born for a decent audio system.
