I was a Honda owner and I would always take my vehicle to Honda EP. I recently got a Hyundai.. however I got used to the protocol Honda does when it came to doing services on my previous vehicle/their customer service. They would always explain what was performed and done with my vehicle after pick up and go over paperwork.That wasn’t the case with Hyundai. As a vehicle owner, I personally feel like it’s nice when representatives go over the service. Goes a long way.
My car was due for a service and I tried to see if the service department would make an exception and get us in at a time we were able to get someone to stay with our terminally ill son and no consideration was offered. When we took a chance today and took our car for service, we had someone to stay with our son, explained again our situation and was to it would take 2 hours. We went ahead and said to service it. I realized I left my cell at home and the number given was to my cell. I ask a girl at the information desk if I could give her my husbands cell number and she told me give it to my representative. She made no effort to help. Guess that was not her job. I have taken 4 car, purchased at Hyundai of El Paso and the representative always came to us to tell us our car was ready. Not this time, we waited over an hour and half when I asked about my car and he checked, came back and said it was ready. I rate Hyundai of El Paso zero for customer service, compassion, and courtesy. Additionally, the reminder I received said pick up and delivery option but was told only Genesis was eligible for that. Not what my reminder stated.
I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change. The fact that you need to take a day off of work to get an oil change is ridiculous. They should be charged for wasting my time. They’re getting paid to do a job and can’t even do that. I arrived at 10:45am. The service advisor came and took my information and keys. I was asked if I would be waiting or dropping off. I was told it would be about an hour and a half to two hours, so I decided to wait. I received a notification that my car was left unlocked at 11:02am from my Hyundai app. I received a panic alarm notification at 1:05PM. I assume this was to locate my car and move it into the service area. My car was sitting for two hours. Not one employee felt the need to communicate that my car would take longer than expected. Others who arrived after me were receiving their keys. I text the advisor to the number that I received a text from regarding updates or questions and never received a reply. I looked for an advisor and asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told it was in the air and oil was being poured at 1:45PM and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I received my keys to my vehicle at 2:47pm. The manager was not able to explain to me why the service took so long or why they didn’t notify me of the delay. When I got into my car there was no sticker for the next service and the oil change notification on the car dash had not been reset. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to.
Honest review… paid for a used vehicle on a Saturday and was returning on Monday to pick up and sign for… First issue was I noticed a check engine light on so I asked to get it checked before I picked the car up. Sales man said no problem it probably was the gas cap… They must have cleared the light and when I asked about it he said it was a evap leak because of the gas cap but they tested it and it was fine… but not the case…. It was another issue that I have to deal with which isn’t the problem but transparency is the case. Second problem is having to wait 4 hours to sign a few papers to take the vehicle when I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. The employee that I was waiting for to be able to sign papers seemed to be back from vacation and was having visitors to ask about it and was giving souvenirs while I was waiting almost 4 hours. I have done a lot of business here the last few times I have done business here I have been really unhappy….

He was respectful, clear and concise, listened to my concerns, and was flexible during our negotiation. He was also very accommodating with some unique aspects of my negotiation.

Great service as usual, yes there was a bit of a wait but I went in without an appointment and the staff was honest about the wait time. I was kept informed about the service being performed on my car. What I appreciated the most was that I was treated with a great amount of courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for all your hard work.
Called in two days in advance to make an appointment, arrived on time and the service advisor tells me it’s still a 2hr wait time. Seriously? For a simple oil & filter change only. Decided to leave after waiting for an 1.5hrs only to get a message right when I walked through the front door that the vehicle was ready. Had to drive all the way back and picked up my vehicle. Courtesy wash on exterior looked like they wiped it down with a dry rag. Customer service level definitely needs to improve.
I had never been to this dealership before to get services and the service entrance was confusing, essentially run like a Chick-fil-A line 😅, but once I got through that, everything was seemless. I had an appointment and was told my car would be ready around 3 or 4, but got the notification at 1:30 that I could come pick it up. Being the only dealership in El Paso I expected it to be done late versus earlier. Staff was friendly and answered my questions. All in all it was excellent service.

I was greeted by representative and all needs were discussed. I asked for an early mid-afternoon pickup time and they were right on target. All ready by 2 pm with a car that looked like it had just come from showroom floor. Advised windshield wipers were beginning to fray and replaced. Will be grateful next rainfall.
Very limited on new cars but Robert was the man!!! He literally ran a mile going around the new and used lots getting information for me.Management needs to buy him some fresh nikes. He wasn’t pushy at all and just spoke facts. I will recommend to Hyundai and Robert(sales) to others
Scheduled a service appointment for my Elantra, service was excellent as always. Staff is very friendly and always making sure your vehicle gets done in a timely manner, if it’s going to take longer then expected they are always notifying you and keeping you up to speed with the progress of your vehicle. The Service Department was fairly quick however, the service adviser that I had contact with did not go over ANY paperwork that was requiring my signature. No return via text message so I had to find the advisor and request more work for my vehicle.The Sales Department is excellent especially when you’re sales person is Ms. Janet! I would advise everyone to request her when trying to purchase a new vehicle.

I am very happy that Chuck was there as the Service Adviser. He considered the problem that concerned me about the car thoughtfully and drove it to analyze the noise that I was hearing. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable.He showed me the tire wear that made the noise and discussed the most advantageous solution.He then expedited work for a service campaign that the car needed.I was very happy with the outcome.
I dropped my 2013 sonata off here 2 weeks ago to have the air conditioning looked at and I have not received a call on its status, and I cannot get through to anyone in their service department to get an answer. I work too much to go in person during the work day, however unlike my last visit to this dealership I was told that in the meantime I had to rent a car out of my own pocket while I see my car sitting in the same spot everyday on my way home from work, not getting worked on. Couldnt really see my experience being much worse than this. No longer considering buying another Hyundai if this is how the aftercare is handled. I will make sure to advise my fellow soldiers not to be taken advantage of

36 month maintenance free offer is not what it appears to be. Do your research. There are other companies that will not do a bait and switch tactic with you.
Do not stop at this dealership... sign paper work to run credit, was approved and to tell you that car is no longer at the dealership but there mite be other vehicles we mite like. Stay away from Anthony C., lady called Narri, and sales man called Sebastián B.

The service department at Hyundai of El Paso is fantastic. Service staff was friendly and professional. The required maintenance was completed quickly and even included a free car wash.
The personnel assisting me with the vehicle was exceptional. Provided updates constantly and was very courteous. That being said, to schedule an appointment expect about a week out minimum. Then when you drop off your vehicle expect it not to get seen for another 3-5 days. I am still having the same issue with the vehicle and if I’m able to schedule something soon will be the 3rd time taking it in for the same problem.
This morning was a long morning for a simple oil change (per the warranty package). They noticed a nail in my tire before they took it back and assured me they would take care of it... as also is supposed to be checked during the service.Fast forward nearly 2 hours later, they bring my car back and thankfully I asked about said nail... go out and check it... still there.Another hour later, thankfully the nail didnt puncture and I finally have my car back.So Im curious, do they actually check everything they say on the sheet?I am impressed that they noticed my back wiper was missing the blade (came off in the wash)... so theres that.

Had to wait for more than an hour to get an oil change, and even thou my car had been ready I never received a txt, call or email. I was outside waiting for more than 2 1/2 hours while my car had ready within the 1st hour. Very disappointed. If Rachel would only treat women the same way she treats men then I could say she had great customer services. But unfortunately it was not that way.
I take my car to get one stop light fixed and the steering wheel started to make a noise. And my car is only has 6000 miles. So dont buy from hyndai because their cars are not that good and you have to take them to service and they still want to change you saying that you no longer have warranty. I have to speak to a seller so he helped me to not pay. Now I have to go back to check my car again because the noise and the other stop light is not working ok, the automatic window is not working too and the back door is making a sond like its an old car. My car is a 2020. Tha only thing good in hyndai are the sellers they always be there for you and ready to help you.
First time going here did an oil change did synthetic oil it was busy but I was in and out with in 2 hours. Rachel took care of me services was great. I forgot to look up specials spent total $80.00 but it is worth it to include courtesy wash.
Abniris was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was patient and made sure I understood the answers to all my questions and anything she was unsure of she was quick to get the answers. Even after multiple days of me coming to ask questions. Best car sales person I have had the experience to work with. Tom in finance was incredible as well. I had to step out briefly to return our rental car and my wife(who has a cast on her leg) stayed because how inconvenient it would be for her to come with me, drop the rental and come back. He graciously had her stay in his office with him and told her stories while waiting for the financing to be finalized. All around a wonderful experience. I also have to add we are absolutely in love with our new Hyundai Palisade Limited. The features seem to be endless, especially in the safety department. Thank you for the wonderful new car and the great experience.

Take car for a recall. Drop it at 11. Come back at 430 and they cant find the car. 30 minutes later. They find the car but not the keys. 30 minutes later, they bring me the car and to the surprise that they never even worked on the car nor fixed the recall. Horrible horrible service and its so sad that its the only option for Hyundai that we have here in El Paso.

I went in for a free recall repair. They said they’d check a light in my dashboard and they never did - the light is still on. They asked what kind of oil I used. I asked why. They said it was a complimentary service. I went to pick up my car and they charged me $50 for an oil change. Swindlers!
Sadly I waited a bit over 6 hours for a paint butler. I know it can take several hours, but I never had to wait this long. I am a diabetic and neither had breakfast nor lunch. I know this is my issue, but Im sure the service people had time for both. I will reconsider other measures next time I need to service my vehicle. I know Im not the only customer waiting, but a bit of consideration for peoples time might be thoughtful. Just saying!!!

Took my car for a oil change since 1:30pm. I took off to run some errands 4:30pm and nothing I called in to check if my car was ready and they tell me my service advisor was gone for the day and they didnt know if my car was ready for pick up. I just decided to go in and it was ready hours ago and never received a call...
I received a recall notice in the mail and made appointment at Hyundai of El Paso. Representative Arturo Gonzalez handled my recall with the utmost professional and courteous manner. I am totally satisfied and give a 5 star rating on this visit.

I scheduled an appt. 2 weeks in advance for a recall repair I received on my Santa Fe Hyundai. I waited 2 hours for the repair to be made to the vehicle. After 2 hours I was told the necessary part was not in stock & I would have to return at a later date. I live in NW El Paso so this is a 45 minute drive to the dealership. I don’t have anything negative to say about the service adviser. I just think the service dept could have checked the availability of the part before wasting 2 hours of my time only to be told I would have to return

Had an appointment for service to my car. Dropped off my car at 1:20pm. I was told I would get a call when my car was ready and wasn’t called till 6:15pm. When I got there to pick up my car, I was told it was ready as of 2:59pm. I was helped by Alma in the service department and she never called me. She also sent me a text message notifying me that I can text her if I have any questions, I sent her a message at 4:30pm asking for an update and never got a response. I then proceeded to call the main number and they told me that Alma had already gone home. That’s when Rachel called me to let me know my car was ready.
I appreciate how friendly and easy to work with the associates that helped me were. They are not pushy and did whatever was in their power to make sure I was taken care of. Their employees are part of the reason I prefer to stick to Hyundai whenever Im in the market for a new car.

Came for an oil change and spent 3 hours in the lobby, they weren’t busy at all today and the staff was rude when I asked them about the status of my vehicle. If you come for an oil change, clear your schedule or find a ride. I’m considering this the next time I buy a vehicle.

I used to love this dealership, but it has really gone down the drain. It is so hard to get in contact with someone from service. I have called 4 times, and still no answer. It’s frustrating because it’s the only Hyundai dealership in the area. We really need another Hyundai dealership in the area, because clearly Hyundai of El Paso can’t hack all the work. The sales people are always in a hurry too. Plus they make you wear a mask while at all the other dealerships you are free.
All the staff at Hyundai were amazing. They were very polite, pleasant, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and listened to what we wanted. Every time I go for maintenance its such a drag!!! I made my appointment and no one was there to help!! Waited for over 40min for someone to come!!! That is unacceptable!!! Rachel stated she was on her break!!! Really no one else could take my car!!!!! I asked several times for help and only said said someone will be right with me!! I called around 7pm and no one could give me an update I texted the number and no one replied with an update I go back and my car could not be located it was already 8pm!! I had asked if the additional work on the maintenance sheet had been looked at and no one had a response for me! I finally get my car and they asked if I wanted it washed and said yes!! All they did was where it and not even dry it! I am so mad! And Alma was such a champ! She did everything she could to help, but I know it was not on her! Big thanks to her! She said that there was no mention of the additional work and said I could come back and ask for her, the next day Rachel calls back asking why I had picked up my vehicle, that I was supposed to leave it! I am so frustrated 😠, she stated that she had left for the day and didnt see my message!! Please work on your customer service! Update: took my car back and 2 days after my car is still at the dealership I have called and texted and still no reply as to what is happening!
Why am I being told that if I set an online appointment I need to call to make sure that it actually went through?? I thought the whole point of setting an appointment online was so that it would be done online? Wasted time, gas, and for what? To be told that my appointment “didn’t go through because you did it online and the online system doesn’t work”, and that I would still have to wait 5 hours for the services Im already paying for? Trash.

I was told my car would be there 4 days. It was there almost 2 weeks, and they couldnt replocate/fix the issue. I gave video, and that wasnt enough for them to try to troubleshoot. No one called to update me. No one knew anything about my car while my service rep was off.
I ordered a part for my Hyundai Accent that I had to to go there in person and pay it before. I wasn’t allowed to do a phone payment. Then the parts people do not answer. And you have to physically go there again. To check if it’s even there. Traffic isn’t that swell around that area. So if they could just answer the phone in the parts department, it would be a lot better.

Everything went well, even though it was a long wait, I was warned about that.However, the next week, Im leaking oil.Hopefully, they can find the problem. My Veloster is a 2020 and had never leaked oil until my oil change.Update: Angel, my service contact solved all my problems. He had told me to contact him if I had any problems and so he did his best to get me in, fix the problem, and get me out fast!Thank you Angel. You da man!

Took my car in for the recall and here we are seven days later and my car hasnt even been touched. All week we are sent to voice mails and no call backs in regards to the status of my car. I called on Thursday and did not allow them to send me to a voicemail. I demanded to actually speak to someone. Thats when they told me (after a week) they still havent even looked at my car! They would try to look at it the next day. Tick tock tick tock..
I had a few problems when I first dropped my car off at Hyundai to be repaired. But once I made the service team aware of the problems, they got right on it and made sure my concerns were addressed. Grateful for the customer service I received and my car is running great again!

Took my car in for recalls. Said it was going to be 3-5 days, ended up being longer. There was no communication letting me know status on my vehicle. I wasn’t offered a loaner or anything in the mean time. I live in Anthony texas and had no means of getting around while vehicle in shop. When I asked advisor about my car I was told it wasn’t in shop yet and would be ready soon. When I later told him I didn’t have a car if there was loaners he said none were available.Normally when I go in for oil changes they are efficient and do a great job. This time I was left without a car for a week and the advisor didn’t even care.
The service was good, but I wasn’t happy with the fact that I purchased the service care plan for 30,000 thousand miles and now their saying I only had 5 tickets for service. It doesn’t say that at the time of purchase, very deceiving. Not worth it at all.
Great service, they work with you and answer every question you have. The SUV I got from here is great, would definitely recommend.
I went in for an oil change and maintenance inspection. It took a little longer than the estimate time but it was super busy so I can’t fault them on that. Angel was super cool and helped me out very professionally. All around the service was great and it came with a car wash. I’d definitely recommend Hyundai owners go here!

I called to get a price on a used Palisade. I had been shopping in Colorado for the same type of vehicle, being told I could not get into a brand new vehicle, but a used one for a payment that was out of my budget. When I called Hyundai of El Paso, Ms. Murray immediately jumped on the sale and I drove off in a brand new palisade that was in my budget. She answered all my questions and directed me through the whole process. They were very easy to work with and very professional! I highly recommend them to anybody!

She explained the service schedule settings and reset ours to be in line with mileage which made more sense. Very personable and communicated well. Ive been trying to get assistance on a repair for my vehicle which falls under warranty for two months now. Nobody on the phone knows what theyre doing, and I cant show up without an appointment. I have a short window of time to get my issue replaced under warranty and they cant help me until months later. Luckily my vehicle is drivable, I would hate to be in a situation where the vehicle wasnt working and I needed to rely on them; looks like Id be stuck with a non working car for months with the way they help their customers. From now on I may have to go to Las Cruces for service.
I was greeted by Angel. After asking me a few questions and taking pics of my car, he escorted me to the waiting room. The oil change was fast and so was the check out. Angel, thanks for providing me great customer service.

Alma was very professional, courteous and friendly. She explained what they did in addition to the oil change and what the recommendations were.She answered any questions I had.
My wife’s car gets turned in for an oil change and a recall we were notified of at the time of drop off. Having had to wait there for our previous oil changes, we dropped it off instead of waiting. We expected a call by 5, which is what we were promised, only to hit get notified until 640 that it was ready for pickup. She had to call to get an update around 530. We were told the oil change was done but was just waiting for the recall to be completed. Sure enough the panic alert went off on the keys so they had just pulled the car back in to do the recall. Why the recall wasn’t done at the time of the oil change is beyond me but being the only dealership in the El Paso area, we don’t have a choice but to get our maintenance done here. I wish that one day the wait wouldn’t be so long. She’s even made “appointments” just to have to sit there for 2 hours.

I have never had a good experience at your service department and today was another example of it. As always I plan on leaving my automobile a full day, so that the service department can have time todo a good job. The vehicle was to have a all out inspection of fluids, rotation of tires if needed, and safety check of all systems, oil change and a auto butler (I was told takes a minimum of (4) hours. We went in today to pick up the car and like always the vehicle looked dirtier then went i left it. Even the bug marks were still on the hood and the body dotted from water spots. I showed the Express Service Manager the Auto Butler Work and he was very embarrassed with what he saw. he even offered to take the car through the car wash for us, but no. I travel almost 40 mile s round trip to take our vehicle for service and we always have problems. Like I say your product is great and so are you sales people, but the service after the sale!

I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. They gave me a wait time of an hour and a half. Another customer without an appointment got the same time limit. So its pointless to have appointments. And signs everywhere that say they get you out quickly

I dropped of my car on Saturday to get serviced for an oil change, and to address an issue with the AC blowing warm while the car was idle, the window washer fluid leaking into the back of the car, and the AV outlet not working. I was told 3-5 days to assess the problem and let me know what can be done. No one called me and after multiple times of trying to get a hold of them throughout the week with multiple times of being on hold for over 30 minutes with no status given. I was told that following Saturday, 7 days later, that they would need to keep it longer and that I had two leaking hoses for the AC that would take $668 to replace and needed a circuit fixed. I just wanted my car back at this point and it turned out they hadnt even done the oil change by then - 7 days later! I was told to arrive at 5pm to pick up my car and it would be ready for me. I arrived and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to finish putting oil in the car. Driving away from the dealership my AC was blowing total hot air and I was so upset. I got my car back in worse condition than what I dropped it off in. My husband, who is a mechanic for the Army, told me he would take a look at it. I know he does this work all day long which is why I am willing to pay someone else to do it so he can relax at home. He took a look and put two bottles of Freon in the system and took the back panel off the car finding that the window washer fluid hose had just been accidently disconnected. The AC is working better than ever (obviously it was just low on Freon) with no sign of leaking as indicated by a black light and the rear washer is fixed. The only problem he could not figure out is the AV outlet not working. This is the definition of fraud! I am willing to pay a high price for maintenance on my vehicle but to be told complete lies and not given a status at all in 7 days to the point that I just want my car back is unacceptable. I purchased the lifetime service plan for oil changes and I never expected to be so blown off by the Hyundai service department. Very dissatisfied.
I came in with a flat tire, and they fixed it in no time! The staff was incredibly friendly too. Great place.
I had an overall nice experience. I would say though time is a slight issue in terms of waiting to be attended too and waiting for your car.
