WORK WEAR BOOTS IS GREAT!! I went in with a voucher for boots that I received at work. They have the best selection of work boots and shoes for both men and women. Steel toe and composite toe. Was greeted well by Minerva as soon as I walked in. She was awesome!! She was helpful and attentive. As was the other lady there. They were very helpful but not pushy like the other shoe places. Prices were great as well. I was very surprised at how low they were. They sell various brands for every type of budget. Would definitely recommend work wear boots to every one looking for work boots. I chose the Ariat Rebar boots. They fit very comfortable and secured my ankles. Felt good wearing these boots due my flat feet and tarsal tunnel that I have.

They always have a great selection of work shoes/boots. The store is well organized and the staff are very helpful.

I like coming to this store for my work boots. The service is excellent and with their large amount of selection of foot ware is incredible. The staff welcomes you when you enter the building and checks up on you if you have any questions.

The selection is decent. Store is always well organized and clean. Even in this semi small store it was hard to get assistance. The employee working the floor would disappear anytime I tried to get their attention to ask about some boots. I basically had to just walk him down to finally get some service.

I normally get boots every year and they have a good selection! This year the selection was a bit limited.

Called 10-15 min prior to closing to let them know I was on my way and the specific boots I wanted with serial number and no answer . I showed up they closed 2 min before 5 pm. I understand 2 minutes but I’ve worked in industry’s like this and I would wait till 5 pm to make sure even that one sale can happen and plus with the schedule my boyfriend has with getting out everyday late we were determined to try and make it on time especially living 40 min away. I appreciate that the email I sent And got a response but I hope the managers take action towards they’re employees.

Came here today for the first time. I was looking for shoes for work and school, and couldnt find many options in my size. There was another nice lady in the store having the same problem, and the male associate was more than happy to look at the inventory of your other store.Why was I treated differently? I had the same problem, but was just told no instead of being offered any help. Once I make a point to ask him if he had another store, now he tells me.The whole experience makes me never want to set foot in this store again. I dont understand why I was treated differently. Is it that Im a younger woman and hes not taking me as seriously as the older lady whos been in her career longer? Was it because Im in a dress(since its my day off) looking for work boots/shoes? I dont know but it doesnt make me feel good. If he was checking for her before I overheard their conversation, why couldnt he check for me?

Extremely rude and poor customer service ! Specifically the cashier! I was ordering a pair of shoes and the cashier was not helpful at all and even snapped at me for asking her to charge me for a pair of soles after I had placed an order for the shoes ! Will not be coming back !
