Tony Lama gave me and my friends the utmost respect and care when we visited there store. Great selection of boots at a great price, I just have a big foot n not many to choose from for a size 14 but my brother wears a size 10 and get 2 or 3 pairs everytime we go there. Hope I can find these Shark skin boots 1 day

I all way have to stop at the Tony Lama store tIn El Paso when in town, you never know what you will find, great deals on boots, one time I got a custom lizard tipped pair for 200.00 they where custom made never picked up. I have also called in orders over the phone for gifts for clients. They have all ways done a great job. This is an El Paso institution dont miss it.

The team here is great! Very helpful and will get you taken care of. This is a factory outlet store and many of the boots say defected on them. I couldnt see any obvious defects and the prices here are definitely bargains.

Place has changed over the years I live in NM about two hours away and would go here once a year and stock up on boots for the entire family if they didnt have a size they would order it now the styles are limited too many seconds staff is wonderful place is clean and well maintained but now I order on line from diff merchants when they have sales or closeouts proces the same or better online

There are many assortments, but the size that suits Japanese people is high.However, I was able to purchase wonderful Ostrich and crocodile boots at a reasonable price. I can recommend it.
