I have a gorgeous leather purse that I wanted a closure modification done on, so I took it to Texas Boot & Shoe Repair.The owner could not have been any nicer or more knowledgeable.He spent a good amount of time discussing what I wanted, and made several suggestions I had never even considered.We decided on a plan, and he executed it perfectly.My purse closure is absolutely perfect, and I could not be more pleased.Oh, and then it gets even better because not only did he perform the custom modification to the purse closure in only one day, but the price I paid for the excellent and exceptional service I received was so low that I actually feel guilty.I am a sold customer for life!! I will never take my business anywhere but to Texas Boot & Shoe Repair!!

Took in a pair of boots to be re-heeled ive put through it for 5 years and i got them back super fast looking near brand new.

Brought in a pair of my favorite boots to get polished and cleaned for the holidays. He did a great jobe touching up the scuffs and and overall nice sheen will be definitely bringing my business here

Went to cut my heels from these shoes I am obsessed with but was no longer able to wear since they were too high and frankly I’m getting too old to walk in high heels ! he was only able to cut 1/2 an inch but boy did it make a difference! I am so happy I went to him now I can wear my shoes again the price was reasonable and they were ready in less than a week! Very satisfied with the service provided.

Not at all helpful. I needed a strap replaced and was willing to go choose a different style but they wouldnt give the chance to look at any other options.
