Be careful with the mangers and sales people because they do not know what they are doing when it comes to ordering. I purchased a new table and what was suppose to be 8 chairs in July in plenty of time for the holidays and when they were delivered in late Sept we come to find out the chairs order in July was only 4 not the 8 we thought we had purchased when we walked out of the store . The chairs were sold in pairs and they all assumed the order of 4 was for 4 pairs (8) chairs which is not the case It was not until the order got to delivered was this discovered So we will be paying another $1200-$1500 for the rest of the chairs with no guarantee we will have the chairs before the holidays . They are willing to lend us chairs until the order comes in but the $$ hit before the holidays is not helpful

My wife and I worked with Ellen to buy a bedroom set and it was an excellent experience. She priced out several different sets, went above and beyond to help with options and was patient and informative. All in all, a pleasure to work with. The store itself was clean and bright.

I highly recommend working with Sharlene. She is a very talented designer and is great at understanding personal style. She was very flexible to our needs and we never felt pressured or rushed. There are a lot of customizable options. Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality and elegant furniture.

It was all Fred the window guy. He was the only person working the entirety of my visit. The sales person was nice as expected. We are still shopping and will keep Bassett in mind. Just a genuine, friendly attitude towards customers makes you wanna shop here again.

This place is amazing! Awesome costumer service. Beate is a amazing worker there she does so much for the costumer. Including letting you see stuff digitally on the computer before your purchase it. I love this place.
