Had a great experience! The store looks and feels very clean. Mario was very friendly and helpful, and didn’t try to oversell anything I didn’t need, which was a relief. Had my mattress delivered, and my old mattress was taken out and the new one was placed in less than five minutes. Highly recommend!

Overpriced and very unprofessional associate when attempted to pick up items purchased. I was made feel it was my fault they did not had items I purchased a couple days before. Definitely disappointed could not cancel the purchase even before picking up items. Company should change their return, cancellation policies. Wont be returning to this company, nor refer to anybody.

Particularly, Nita was very helpful with me when it came to all the differences you should know when purchasing a mattress. For the most part good experience. Sales man worked with me to get me free delivery. He was charging me 150 for delivery. Then I asked for military discount so he reduced the the delivery fee too 100. Then I did ask for $0 deluvery, he agreed but then told me that we still have to tax. I was under the impression the amount we were talking about included taxes, because I asked him to give me the total cost. Anyway the 150 I thought I saved, changed to about 60 saved. Good salesman, was patient when I was questioning the whole financing process. Oh the 50% off floor models only pertains to the I comfort mattreses. Which some run up too 3-4 thousand dollars. I asked about the models, but no dice, I believe there was only like 3 models and they were all over $2000.

I ran in late yesterday to purchase a mattress and box spring as a gift for my parents and Nita was brilliant! She tentatively listened to the long story about my father’s back surgery. We walked through the store again with a focus and purpose. She was, courteous, funny and efficient. They have very good customer service! However i bought a mattress here along with a mattress protector. I washed the protector and then put it in the dryer in low per instructions on the tag. The thing burned and got a hole on it i paid about $90 for it we called the store and let them know what happened because it was not a very cheap protector and we need so we can keep the mattress warranty and they said they would call us back when they heard from their boss. That was a day ago. This morning we get a call saying they still havent heard from their boss. I believe his name is John. So Mr. John please call the store and let them know whats gonna happen with this situation i got going on with this mattress protector that your store sold me. Dont let me have a bad experience with your store.

Horrible service!! Rude and will also yell and hang up on you. The owner will speak to you but will be very condescending when talking to you. To the owner response, you are saying that Covid 19 is to blame for the customer service issues? Yelling at customers and hanging up? As with the phone call i had with the owner, you seem to care less about my issues with the customer service and want to blame the entire issue on a delay.
