I had a great experience with Sophie and Yasser!I had large electric shades installed indoors on high clerestory windows. They were able to connect to the household current so there is no battery box or visible motor. They had to cut a couple of holes in the ceiling and wall to route the wiring, but they have great folks working with them and there is no sign of the work after they patched and painted it (you need to supply your own paint to make sure it matches). They even cleaned the windows for me which was an unexpected bonus. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and moved the furniture back.Well done y’all! Thank you!

Gotcha Covered has the best customer service. They answer their phone or respond to messages promptly - even on weekends. They are patient and are willing to make multiple visits to your home in order to make sure you are happy with your final decision before ordering. They did an incredible job installing our shades. They have so many products to choose from.We ordered most of our shades through Gotcha Covered and four shades through Home Depot. Our experience through Home Depot has not been positive.
