Horrible, rude owner. Absolutely horrible phone etiquette after being paid $3000 in cash for a canopy that doesnt even remain upright. Refuses to fix his own poor craftsmanship without additional payment.

Canopies and More Installed my carport canopy. The end result was as expected. Provides cover to keep cool and makes my home’s curbside appeal that much better. Monica was helpful, knowledgeable and made the transaction very smooth. The whole process took four weeks from estimate to install. Very happy with product. Highly recommend!

Ive used them twice. The first time was fine. The second time they made a mistake. We pointed it out and they made an incomplete repair. Thereafter Abel blamed us for not having a proper design (which of course is Abel responsibility) and claimed to have lost money. Now he wont complete the repair unless he is paid more money. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them.

Dont use canopies and more, this company is a rip off. The owner Abel Gonzalez is a liar and doesnt honor is word. He constantly makes excuses for not showing up and demaned to get paid and wont finish the job. When confronted about this his response I have way bigger jobs to worry about than your carport canopie .He then hung up the phone like an immature little kid. Dont use this company a complete waste of your time and money.

WILL ONLY ANSWER THE PHONE TO GET HIS MONEY!!! We are still waiting on Abel or his wife to answer us. With the rainy season in El Paso the canopy has completely flooded in the center, we have to go outside and manually push the water off the canopy. He left holes inside our home from the installation.We should of listen to the negative reviews since they are accurate to his awful work ethic.

Abel and his team did great work! Installed quickly and no mess. Highly recommended.

This company just finished installing our canopy on our driveway. When they came to install my husband was not satisfied with how it was going, so he told Monica about the issue and they right away fixed the issue (no extra money). We are very satisfied with their job. We love our canopy!

DO NOT use Canopies and More!!!!!We contracted CANOPIES AND MORE for a canopy cover in our backyard. The work started on March 6, 2020 and we are already in September and the project still hasn’t been completed. On top of that, they owe us $100 for a curtain that they never installed. We contacted Mr. Abel and his wife Monica (the owners) several times and they would promise to send someone to finish the work and pay us the $100 but no one ever showed up. They eventually blocked our numbers.Mr. Abel is a very good salesmen but that’s about it. The work done wasn’t leveled and they had to come back several times to try and fix it; they left the work undone. We had to come out of pocket to finish the job.We gave Mr. Abel plenty of time to finish the job (6 months).

We are contacting the better business bureau.Abel is not a contractor, a metal worker, he is also not certified in the sombrilla.We started our project in March 2020 a simple outdoor canopy. It is November and he has not finished. Not only was the canopy measured wrong, installed incorrectly, they put holes in our walls from the installation. The sombrilla was also installed incorrect. So now every time is rains the canopy gets full of water & the roof collapses. He ruined our outside walls by leaving cracks.Abel unfortunately is a liar & a con artist.Do not pay this man or his wives any money.He his full of excuses & has horrible work ethic.

My wife and I are very pleased with our driveway canopy and curtain. Rafa was our installer and he was outstanding .

They did an exceptional job, very nice. Highly recommended, although it took some time for the permit process, but they got it. Thank you for your effort in doing things according to the citys rules.

Abel (owner) is a rude little con artist ... canopy was installed twice ... still isn’t right .... He has no phone editquette whatsoever . His behavior is atrocious ! Buyer be wear !!!!!!!

Bought some canopies a couple of years ago, they installed and everything was done right...I’ve been trying to have them head out to check a broken sail but they just give me the run around it’s been a month and they always say they will send someone but no one ever shows up.

They just finished, my husband and I love it.. good job guys.👍👍👍

Do not get your business from these people. We took Mr. Abel Gonzales to court because he lied to us saying we don’t need a permit for the canopy. In case any of you don’t know, he is responsible for getting a city permit BEFORE he puts your canopy up. If not, you will get fined by the city like we did. We won our case and he still has not paid our judgment. Mr. Gonzales had the nerve to send his son to our house without our permission (trespassed) and take down the canopy before even giving us our money back. We have not heard from him again. DON’T GO WITH THIS GUY.

I only gave them 1 star so I could warn other people about this company. about a year ago we had two canopies put up and spent over $4000 not even a year later the canopy tore at the seams we called the owner to see if he could fix it because he told us there was a 10 year guarantee on them he refused to fix it saying that it would cost an additional 200 to fix it. so people beware his work is not actually guaranteed. Very disappointed with this company.

My parents paid $4,000 for a couple of canopies in the back yard and after only a few months of having them, one of them started to tear apart at the seams. After speaking to the owner he said he will only repair it if we pay more money, which I don’t know what for since he promised us 10 year warranty 100% guaranteed. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Do not buy canopies from this company!

They put a canopie in front of my house and me and my husband are in love with it!

First we just wanted a canopy, and ended up making also a wood fence, and awnings for the windows, very professional. Well think of our next project to call them, and help us.
