Stay away! Take to another reputable repair place. They kept my Ford Explorer more than 2 months for a job that was suppose to be for three weeks. All I wanted was my AC to be fixed. They stayed it was my water pump. Replaced my water pump. Picked up my car and AC still not working. Then said, that’s a different job. I was taken advantage of since I had no clue I’m not a mechanic!! 4K later and picked up my car to have a clicking sound and speaker blown out. They said, didn’t tighten the hose. Picked it up again and sound still can be heard. Excuse oh we won’t know until vehicle is driven. Another 3 weeks for my vehicle to be ready and that’s after many phone calls. As for my perfect sound system they won’t take ownership even though different phone devices that don’t belong to me where connected to my Bluetooth. Took it elsewhere and found out my front speaker is blown. My sound was perfect before dropping off!! Please don’t use This Ford location for repairs.
Truck was there for a month! Got it back and discovered problems fixed, but new ones took their place, no more headlights staying on, but no more dome light and no more daytime running lights. Greasy stain on driver floor mat. My windshield seal was supposed to get replaced while there, it did not happen. I was offered to have them get it taken care of, I declined. It will be covered by my insurance and done on site at my hotel. I wont be out another $1,000. for a rental.Lots of other shops in El Paso. Will give someone else a chance to impress me.

The overall service department was below average. My service advisor was not very friendly and did not maintain good communication. Nothing really sets this dealership apart from its competitors. Everytime I visit its seems Im bothering the service advisors as theyre all waiting in their booths. It always takes several minutes for someone to approach or even acknowledge. The only reason I visit Shamaley is because its the closest Ford dealership to my home.
Purchased a used car,( a great deal even waiting for parts to come in. {The parts needed for the car were disclosed before purchase}.) EVERYONE I dealt with at Shamaley Ford was consistent and timely on replies, as well as updates. Once the parts arrived, there was no trouble getting it in. And the best part?! They did the work in the amount of time they estimated. (If not a few hours sooner,). On February 26, 2021 many vehicles were marked 5000 off. And I was rather shocked at the non-ford brands. Haha no car judgment there. And a great staff all around. Thank you again !

Had an appointment at 9 am for an oil change and tire plug. 2 hours later and theyre STILL not done. This should have been an hour and a half MAX. When I asked why it was taking so long they said there were people with appointments ahead of me... soo, schedule the appointments with proper time lengths then?? I was told only a half hour was left the FIRST time I had to ask and its been at least 45 minutes. I could have done this myself in under an hour. Dont give me excuses, do your jobs in an efficient amount of time. Yes, I have car maintenance experience. No, Im not being a Karen. Theyre being lazy.
Car dealerships are in it for the money..But at some point, youd think that they are really in the marketing game. No helpful service, no happy clients and potentional clients. This Ford place... has not learned that fact.

I would give zero or negative rating.2012 SEL Ford FusionTook car in for air bag and rack and pinion recall. 1st time car was released they didnt reconnect the exhaust,, they had no reason to disconnect the exhaust for the work they did. Got the car back a day later and now the CEL is on and references to bank 1 sensor 2 which is in the area they worked on. Wasnt on before hand just after. After telling the Service Mnager Jorge it wasnt on prior to me taking the car in for a service call they refused to replace the o2 sensor and I waited 2.5 days before I went in to ask about my car.Now theres noise coming from the right front tire well that was also explained to them it wasnt there before hand as if they didnt tightened something correctly.Not looked at or fixed in anyway.Horrible service department. All repairs now will have to come out my pocket if Im unable to do it myself.Highly recommend to everyone not to go there and take your vehicle to Casa Ford instead.They will make errors and the service manager does not follow up.on the work.performed to ensure it meets customers expectations.
Great quality service and great customer care. Even though I was in the parts department for the majority of the time, the staff there took great care of me with great prices that definitely beats aftermarket replacements. Definitely would recommend to others looking for quality service!
Set an appointment for A/C diagnosis. When I arrived, they said they were too busy and couldnt get to it until following week.
Staff looked confused.Talking to each other. The service attendant was very professional and went out of her way. Every one else didnt even asked if they could help me.
Over 5 hours for a simple oil change and that was with an appointment. Was told that appointments are just drop off times and not really appointments. If you need quick service, dont come here.

Wonderful service! I have been here multiple times to service my 2015 Ford Fusion with almost 95000 miles. Whether it is online or by phone, I have had no issues with getting to someone to schedule a service. They keep me well informed through text messages about what’s going on and any recommended fixes.It has been almost 5 years since I bought this car, I traveled from east coast to west coast with it, and had no major issues that keeps it from going!
Called about a recall notice to make an appointment, they told me to just come in early the next day and would take care of it, showed up and they made me PAY and took TWO days to give my car back to me when I was told it would take HALF A DAY for ONE door latch, tried to get reimbursed since you shouldn’t pay for a recall and it was always a different EXCUSE such as I need to get all 4 doors repaired first. Went for that and they told me they were OUT OF PARTS. Talked to them about coming in when they had parts and they told me to go in the next day in the morning, showed up only for them to tell me THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS (THEY COULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME BEFORE I SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING). Finally they had the parts for me, took it in and was told it would take HALF A DAY (don’t I know that story already) of course they didn’t have it ready till THE END OF DAY. Even then I showed up and they WERE STILL WORKING ON IT. Felt like I was not being taken seriously.Conclusion: terrible service, never on time, still waiting for my reimbursement
Short Review: The majority of appointments I have made here I have had an issue. I either waited to long (5hrs was the longest for an oil change) or had to pay more than was listed.Actual Review:I have been going to this dealership since 2016 on and off. Today was the last time I will be going there. I made an appointment for the 100,000 mile package to be done. When I arrived I let the tech know that I made an appointment and that I came in for the 100,000 mile package. I also added a Detail clean that you can’t add online. I expected to pay up to $400 but when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day since, they asked to hold the car so they can finish, they wanted to charge me $556. They told me they did a Tune Up which was not what I needed. They took off $100 but after Shop fees the total came out to $456. This was still more than what we were expecting. My wife and I both work in the Medical Field. She had to quit her job due to the virus. We have bills that need to be paid and we were not expecting to pay this much.
I went in for a oil change and state inspection. I was prompted by a text messasge that i needed my cabin filter changed and I replied yes to change it. I get a phone call a to pick up my car. They did not change my cabin filter. Myles questions if i replied and i said yes. He looked in the computer and says sorry i am just to busy to check the computer.
The professional work ethic of people like Jesse Bird are what will bring me back time and time again. He and his team were able to see the pride I have for my truck and treated as I would have. He did more than his duties called for, and his pride for his work showed. I will be coming back to Shamaley for all my Ford truck service and buying needs.
Went in to do an oil change and tire alignment. Went out needing $900 worth of service which my local mechanic did for $150. The people who are service advisors are extremely pushy. They wanted me to apply for their credit approval care service. I told the person several times I didnt want it and he kept telling me I needed it. Also, he lost the coupon so I had to pay half of the oil change. They always seem to be overwhelmed with work so from now on Ill be going to Casa Ford.

I would rate no stars. Place is crooked. Will never buy there again. Bought vehicle there had inspection done 2 yrs... this year supposedly the tint that came with vehicle does not pass.asked about the last 2, said it should not have passed, dont know why they did.... But they sold it to me there.

The pity and disrespectful service. My car entered service FOR WARRANTY and it took 23 DAYS to repair it. There were no calls to report the delay. The only time they called was to give us a false delivery date. The manager was justifying that they have too many cars waiting and complaining that he works 12 hours every day. He commented that he does not care that we did not have a car and that if we wanted we would take him to another place (without repairing). He raised his voice and was annoyed and stressed by our complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE OF SHAMALEY FORD GATEWAY EL PASO. And I dont know how they have people so rude and frustrated with their work as the service manager. Youre just losing customers!
