I do not recommend this place... was trying to find a fast auto shop. All the other places were up-front... they mentioned it would take them a while to fix. I chose J&J because they told me max time to diagnose would be one hour. I waited longer and even called and he would not answer. I stopped by and my car had not even been looked at!

I been taking my Cadillac Escalade to the dealership for the past few years, but dealership was getting little expensive over the years until I decide to look for a honest and reliable mechanic shop in the area after talking to family and friends they recommend me to go check this place out, I got directions and I took my vehicle to get a estimate on a air conditioner hose after a couple hours the owner call me saying only need it the evaporator suction hose, evacuated and recharge I agreed to the estimate. I got my Cadillac back now my kids and husband very happy enjoying whats left of the hot weather without suffering anymore . While was there an American white man approached me and talk about the awesome work that they performed on his 2013 Toyota Yaris and how pleased was with the repairs. I recommend this place 100%.. good prices, great service and first come first serve....😇

Never answers the phone or messages. Keeps the car far longer than should and uses customers vehicles for personal use. Found out a previous customer took their car for ac repairs and now their car overheats and the a.c. still doesnt work. Wish I knew this and wish I had found the reviews on here before I took my car in. Paid for parts and labor and found out some of the parts are still the old ones. How is this guy allowed to work on vehicles when he is clearly a poor mechanic, a liar, and a theif? For those that rated good, you are clearly his friends cause there is no way in hell he is trustworthy or good at mechanics other than to steal your money and leave you with a worse car then when you started!!!People, this guy Jorge is no good!!! Shame on you Jorge for ripping people off!!!

Never answers the phone after you leave your car.Uses your vehicle for other than test drive. Breaks things and doesnt replace them, when confronted ignores you. Keeps your vehicle longer than necessary. Poor quality of work.

So this place just screws you over, they broke parts of our car and we paid the whole money for him to replace our pump, he never replaced it we got back the same old pump, he is rude, laugs when we tried talking to him about the problem, and keeps cars longer than he should, left out car on with alarms full blast, his workers cover up for him never answers his phone, drained out power steering liquid and didnt want to give us some, do not go here hes not trustable at all!!!!!

Poor quality work uses the cars for personal use...he never answers the phone avoid him

The very friendly service, super low prices especially for large people who live in the SS all very reasonable, without riddles and without making me spend for something that I did not need, that did take time to wait for a very busy workshop but at that time I left quickly and Happy with my vehicle, I recommend them

I take my car for a vehicle inspection for reasons of a strange noise in one of the tires in front, I thinking it could be something very serious or even brake pads because it turned out to be a mass bearing, something that could cost me much more, the price I liked and the friendly service My decision was to fix it. I am very satisfied with the service and the prices. I recommend them.
