This is the ownership in response to diana vasquez for your information you asked two questions, you wanted me to go outside and give an opinion on damage to your car, i responded with im not a body shop, i dont have the expertise to give a valid opinion, We are not a body shop, thats when diana chose to become a drama queen, of course i answered the phone its my job as im the only one working at the moment,your second question even though you claim you didnt get to ask not even one question was that you only wanted touch up paint which is why i referred you to the dealership, they carry touch up paint which is when you stormed out with all your attitude. This is in response to 63imp, you were warned thoroughly on the paint,it is no ones fault but yours that you refused to spend money on the paint, you chose the cheap route and that is all your fault and not mine, you tried to brainwash me and hustle me to charge forty dollars for a quart of paint, you should be ashamed of yourself as old as you are!!!, on your receipt it states that their are absolutely zero returns on the paint, you and the person that was with you are highly disrespectful and had no right whatsoever to verbally insult me, you are banned from the store and so is the person that was with you, dont ever come back, we have the right reserved to refuse service to anyone !!!!

Never had a problem with the paint or clear, always buy it here but the older man and really tall dark skin guy are always rude and make a bunch of smart remarks, sadly they are the only ones who you have to deal with.
