Called Jonathan and asked him if he could fit me in last minute for ceramic tint on my car. Although he was booked for the day he was able to squeeze me in. I arrived and was greeted by Marco, this gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. It was great to hear what he had to offer and was on point with his recommendations. You could easily see these guys take pride in their work hence their reputation. I’ve have had many cars and tinted every one of them by far the best service and quality I’ve had so far.

Best place to go for tinting. They installed full ceramic tinting to my new trail boss and made the biggest difference in regards to heat reduction in the cab. You won’t be disappointed if you go with them.

Bottom line up front: take your business elsewhere if you want a quality tint job and decent customer service.I selected this business to tint the front windows of my Toyota Tacoma and my wifes Ford Escape because they are a Veteran Owned business, and I am an active duty service member. I scheduled an appointment for March 26, 2021. Dropped off the Tacoma first, then the Escape. When I went to pick up the vehicles, I inspected the job and noted what appeared to be a crease in the drivers window film on the Tacoma, as well as a 1/4 long hair in the center of the passenger window under the film. On my wifes Escape, I pointed out a crease in the drivers window film, as well as numerous spots of bubbling and contamination on the passengers side. Upon pointing these imperfections and contaminations out to the staff, I was told they would Go away when the film finished curing, which usually takes 3 to 5 days. I waited the full five days before rolling down the windows, and the imperfections and contamination were still there. I called the business on March 31, 2021 to explain my concerns, and was asked to bring the vehicles by to show the owner. I told him I could bring the Tacoma by to show him, but my wife was at work and couldnt bring hers by. When I arrived, I showed the staff the creases on the drivers window and the hair under the passenger window. The owner made the comment Man youre really pulling out the microscope on me here. The creased side needs replaced, and we will do that, but the passenger side will detail out. I was told they were booked for the weekend, but if I was available Friday or Saturday (April 2 or 3), he would call me If he had a cancellation. I waited for a call, and never received it. The following week, I called and asked what availability there was, and was told they were booked full. Since then, I have been unable to get ahold of the business. Their voicemail is full, and I cannot leave a message.The photos show the contamination, bubbling, and creases in the tint film. To capture the images, I held a piece of white paper on the outside of the window, shined a flashlight from the inside out, and took the photo. I am explaining the process simply because the owner told me photos of window tint contamination and creases are next to impossible to capture, yet I was able to.According to the business website, they guarantee their work and it comes with a warranty. While the owner said he would replace the creased drivers window on the Tacoma, he clearly does not stand by his warranty as he has yet to accommodate me with an appointment to fix the job. He took a sarcastic tone in telling me I was pulling out the microscope and in doing so, implied that I was being overly demanding. Poor customer service, and a poor attitude. It has now been three weeks since the original job was completed, and two weeks since I identified the contamination, bubbles, and creases. No repair, no appointment, and a bad attitude about it.

I would definitely do my research and request for a warranty and a refund if you decide to use their wrapping service. I took it first time in late november 2020 and the wrapping (Chrome delete only) was really poor quality and with patches. Started to peel of with in 2 weeks (first 7 pictures and I have more) and the car was in a garage with only 40 miles driven. They clearly do not disassemble the parts and just wrapp and patch. I contact the owner and he refused to refund and I even hung up on him out of frustration. after a few new texts I finally agree to take it back and they wrap ( chrome black delete) again, but this time in matte black which it was the original request the first time but I did let it go the first time, we even showed pictures both times to the person that received the car, also I offer to pay any difference if needed. the car looked really good the second time and i have to say the work looks way better, I can confirm they didnt disassemble the parts and wrap them properly (which is not the first time Ive done it, but in Denver colorado). Again the chrome delete wrapping is peeling off, with less than a month after the second install. I try to contact the owner again by text and this time I have not received any reply being the reason I decided to post this review. sincerely not sure how many options you have in el paso, but I dont really recommend them specially with high end cars, which is what they brag about. My car for a reference is a 2018 mercedes is a black C300 with AMG sport package, nothing fancy but its a good car (just a daily driver.). hope it helps, contact me for any other information it might help making a decision.

I called to ask about getting the tint on my front windows removed and retinted. The girl that answered was very nice and professional, she answered all my questions. I showed up and the guy that came out to look at my car was completely rude. He didnt bother to listen to what I wanted or offer recommendations, instead he wanted to try and lecture me. He went on to tell me he doesnt have time to do the work. Customers beware! They dont have time to listen to what you want or have the time to do the work.

No bubbles, no damage to vehicle, great customer service.Wanted to try the ceramic tinting and end up with my new vehicle paint scratched. Had to take it to dealer. I didnt give you permission to post my new black range rover on your website. Website majority full of fake comments. Im asking you nicely to take off picture. Will continously check website for removal of picture. Your business doesnt earn to have my vehicle listed as part of your lousy business. No stars..

They did an amazing job on tinting my 2017 Ram 1500 crew cab. Absolute great service and really friendly staff. I really enjoyed my interaction and found them completely focused on making the customer happy and really accommodating. I got my tint job done by then about 2 months ago now. And I really wanted to wait to see how well their finale product held up and actually looks after some time. Go with the ceramic tinting, youll really appreciate your vehicle staying an even temperature regardless of the amount of fluctuating sun light. And my truck easily stays 10-15°F cooler generally. Will be taking my other 2 vehicles back to them to get tinted for sure.

Awesome, professional work... I must warn you, I went during COVID19 pandemic. The place was slammed!!! Of course it is summer time and thats the busiest time of year. I called to set up an appointment. $50 deposit to reserve time. I got there and knocked on the door (per company request...must read) and the owner came to show me my options. After everything I decided to go ceramic tinting all the way around the car. My car looks amazing and you feel the difference the moment you get in on a hot summers day. Im extremely glad I went this option. I had a couple finger creases and brought it to their attention. They put everything down to help fix the problem... 20 mins later Im on my way. Good things come to those who wait. Be understanding that it takes time to work those deep areas if you have them like me (VW Passat, F150s, etc). I promise you wont regret coming here. Also, VETERAN OWNED... i try to help them out as much as possible. Im bringing my truck there to get it re-tinted. Thats how much I love and appreciate their work and quality.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at Platinum Tint.They intalled $300 tint on my vehicle 7-21-20 after they were done installing tint, bubbles were left through out my vehicle windows on tint. Johnathan assured me that bubbles would fade away in 5 days and gave me receipt for lifetime warranty, I waited 2 weeks and bubbles did not disapear.I took my vehicle back Platinum so that technician can remove bubbles, using a bubble scraper, he went through all windows attempting remove bubbles and was unable to remove them. Johnathan came out and asked me if I was dissatisfied with the tint, I told him I just wanted him to either remove bubbles or honor warranty of replacing tint. Johnathan was debating with his technician as to how they were gonna fix the issues I was waiting outside in my vehicle for his response..I sat in my vehicle viewing the inside of my tint and i spotted a scratch on one of my back window that was not there at the time I took my vehicle, I told Johnathan that technician was through out my vehicle using scraper to remove bubbles and must of scratched window, to my traumatizing surprise, Johnathan accused me of keying my own tint and told me he was not gonna honor the warranty, spoke to me in a very aggressive way, to my disbelieve, i was been accused and the bubbles in tint were not gonna be fixed nor watranty honored.I walked to my vehicle, as I was getting in my car, Johnathan accusing me and basically telling me to leave his business in a very rude and violent tone, I got nervouse and he frightened me with his tone of voice, I told him I would report this incident to BBB for not honoring my warranty on tint and I drove off. I Was left without warranty, bubbles and a scratch on a $300 tint job..terrible expirience, bad customer service and aggressive behavior plus felt so humiliated, my thoughts are he took advantage of me going on my own and been that Im a female.Report done at BBB.It was not resolved, BBB is to report concerns and complaints so that other customers can see how busineses wrongly dishonorWarranty or mistreat people.Owner Johnathan is a crook and has a very bad temperament, has no shame that he took advantage of me.I viewed a couple of bad reviews on Johnathan, all bad reviews have to do with Jonathans rude, careless attuitude and to add to it, he proved to be non loyal to a cutomer!I advise people that trust this busines on warranty issues to take a witness with you, I went on my own, therefore he made up lies to refuse to fix bubbles on $300 tint.Johnathan has no shame nor heart to care..As God is my witness, we all pay for our wrong doings, maybe not in this life but in the next..You will have to answer to God on this, Im sure I wont be the last person that complains..

Very pleased and happy with the job Platinum tint did on my 2021 Dodge Durango. I had a few things done to it Ceramic window tint and the XPEL XR plus windshield. When I tell you this product cuts down on heat that’s exactly what it does with this Hot El Paso weather. I recommend those items heat reduction is amazing keeps the vehicle from being super hot when jumping into the vehicle after work. I was impressed with the product. Well worth the money on the XR Plus windshield. I also got the paint protection (PPF) bikini hood, bumper, mirrors, A pillars, door handles, door jam foot area. I wanted to try something new to protect my vehicle from rock chip damage and bugs on long trips. What I can tell you is it looks amazing and Marcos did and excellent job on my window tint and paint protection. Marcos is very professional and always kept me update on my vehicle as it takes a couple of days to have the paint protection applied. The work Marcos did on my vehicle I’m very pleased with much appreciated. The owner Johnathan broke everything down to me when I first initially called for pricing and products. Took my lady to her chemo session that was going to last about 6 hrs, due to the Wuhan, I couldnt be by her side. I was looking for things to do to burn time being that we live in Cruces I had forgotten that it would be a good time to tint her car. I called Platinum to see if they could get her car in asap. Jonathan said he could get to it right away and had reasonable prices. He showed different kinds of tint that he installed from ceramic to regular along with different shades, had a rolling cart outside with hand sanitizer and free pens and the place was well organized and spotless. His installer didnt even break for lunch to get our ride done which I was highly appreciative. Upon getting done. He showed me the work, gave me a veterans discount if 10%, put tape on the windows saying not to roll down, for 3 days, gave the lifetime warranty paperwork in a nice envelope for the glove box and some candies to boot. The work looks awesome. Its great to see businesses like this still taking pride in their work showing they care about good customer service. I spoke to the owner of the shop and he gave me the information about regular tint, with installation cost for my vehicle, and told me about ceramic tint as well. He demonstrated how the heat is effected on each of these tints and then showed me each installed on vehicles. Not once did he push me in one direction or another, just informed me and said to call him after I have done my own research, if I wanted to use their business. This great service is few and far between these days! Looking at other shops in town, reading about Global tint, plus seeing how clean and professional Platinum’s shop is, I went with their services. The install only took two hours, the tint was installed perfectly and the waiting room was the most comfortable waiting room that I have been in. High quality work. I took my truck and got 5 windows tinted. High quality material and work was done. Ill be taking it back to get more work done along with my car that needs new tint. As I was waiting I saw some of the work they did as cars were pulling out of the shop everything looked great that came out. Wow! Absolutely enjoyable experience! Walked in for a quote, walked out with beautiful tint. I had been researching a business to tint my new to me car for two weeks. Yelp had wonderful reviews on a different tinting professional. However, Google had about 90+ reviews on PLATINUM TINT ALL WITH 5 STARS! So... Of course I had to check them out! I walked in for a quote and I was educated on the differences of regular verses ceramic tint. After about 2 hours I walked out with beautiful tint! They offer student and military discounts, but that is not the best part. The best and most valuable part to me is the quality and the customer service they provide. The quality of the service shows on the application of the tint and the customer service shows in the luxurious waiting room that they offer their clients! They offer student discounts and military discounts but I wasnt there for the discounts if I wanted discounted work I would have bought film at AutoZone and had my cousin install it. I was there for quality and they have it. I love the tint. Outstanding work! I say check them out! It doesnt hurt to go by and get a quote at least.

Had some discrepancies in my first install. After being contacted by management I was asked to come in. All issues were fixed. Everyone maintained professionalism which I appreciate.

Waited days for a quote/written agreement on deposit terms for residential window tint, gave them a 2nd chance... still no quote by email! Waste of time.

Awesome customer service but make sure you talk to someone. Leaving a message does not cut it. They took me right away but I guess there cutting machine had a problem so they took a little longer than arranged. Tint looks great although it was close to quitting time somehow left the windshield with two lines of liquid that I just cleaned off after realizing it was on the inside of the window.

I had my wifes 2018 Corolla tinted and it came out looking like a new-er car.😆. i definitely recommend them and Jonathan and his wife were nice and prompt on getting me in and out.

This review is not based on their workmanship as I didn’t get that far in the process. The owner reminds me of the soup kitchen guy from Seinfeld. I’m sure this place does great work, based on the many fantastic reviews, however the guy became irritated. I’m guessing he was just having an off day but it was very obvious. I really wanted to use their services but just didn’t appreciate the “take it or leave it attitude.”

This buisness is awesome, they installed tint for all the the windows on my Silverado and did a fantastic job. The ceramic they use has done great with keeping out the heat and keeping my all black car from turning into an oven. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to make their car look cooler or just be cooler in general.

I planned on taking my car here a couple months ago . I ended up taking it somewhere else since I had talked to I believe the owner on what I wanted and then he said he could do it and so on so I took an Uber to the local movies and paid for my tickets and start watching a movie with my wife. 30 minutes into watching my movie and I get a call saying they can’t do it since my car had tint already and it would take longer to do than expected. Ended up taking my business elsewhere and forgot about this until I was asked what tint shop I’d recommend and I remembered that I wanted others to know my experience. This business seems more concerned on getting people scheduled then being thorough and professional . Wasted my time and most importantly my money.

Went to take our new civic to get tinted and from the start the workers made us feel so welcomed and were very friendly. They happily answered all and any questions we had and gave us more info than expected about each tint. We decided on getting the new ceramic tint and they did an excellent job. Very professional and very pleased with the overall experience. They even have a nice waiting room with drinks, tv, and massage chair. They even left complimentary candies in the car after they finished. RECOMMENDING EVERYONE TO GO HERE!!!!

I got my GMC Acadia’s front windows tinted and they not only look amazing, but it was affordable, they were super professional and quick. I dropped it off at 9 am when they opened and after getting some coffee and a snack down the street the car was complete in about 40 mins. I’ll come back to get my other car done and highly recommend them.

I was shopping around yesterday for quotes for an eyebrow tint and thought I settled on platinum Tint for the job. I previously referred a family member for a full ceramic job and they did a decent job so I decided to go with them. Called today and I guess the guy got me confused with another customer saying Ive already called 3 or 4 times and they job could have been done already in the amount of time Ive spent calling. I know you arent hurting for my $30 worth of business but try to conduct yourself a little better on the phone. 👍

Got my tint done last weekend. We went with ceramic tint for our suburban. They were quick and very professional. On Wednesday my husband left his phone on the center console. That day was in the 80s and we went back for it hours later and the phone or interior wasnt hot at all. Thank you platinum tint for the great job!

Called a 2nd time, wanted to get a quote for additional job to be done... guy responds “Bud, you called already” and provided the price again. Informed of additional job requesting, was provided price. I wanted to confirm total amount and guy got frustrated for having to confirm an AMOUNT for a POTENTIAL customer. Would have taken a couple seconds. The courtesy. Very unprofessional. Lost my business, not that it may matter to them.

Hands down the best place in El Paso to get your vehicles tinted. Quality customer service. Been 3 years since I got my Ram 1500 Rebel tinted in ceramic and have had zero issues. Still looks like the day they did it. Would highly recommend Platinum Tint to anyone.

I have to say, when I came here I though the price was high, but the old saying you get what you pay for. The quality of work these guys do is amazing. One of the windows looked good, they took it off and re did it cause he saw dirt and wanted to make sure my car looked amazing. I was impressed on how much pride they take in their work. Once my car was done I paid and I was about to leave I saw a big bubble, I felt bad but walked in and asked about it they checked it out right away and took my car back in and corrected it, thank you for the great detailed work you did, it looks amazing.

We moved here a few months ago. We needed our front doors tinted. The owner of Platinum Tint came out to visit our home to give an estimate. The price was fair so we scheduled an appointment. Called and got my tint done the same day. Jonathan was professional, friendly and answered any and all questions we had. Didnt haggle us at all. Very great small business. Veteran owned. We went in and got the tint done the same day as they did it in between appointments. No problems with the tint and they did a great job of explaining the different packages! Would highly recommend and we will be taking our other vehicles back for future service! 5 Stars!

Great shop. Great options to choose from. The ceramic tent is great for cars with leather seats and it keeps the heat out way better then the other ones. The installation took a little longer then I was told but thats something I can sacrifice for the quality of the product. My driver window did peel at the corner but they took me in the next day with no issues and reapplied a new sheet to it.

Jonathan, the owner, was great. I walked in without an appointment and he still managed to take my car in the same day. He even arranged for my family and I to get to the movie theatre while they worked on our car. The service, attention and professionalism is superb.The ceramic tint I purchased is an awesome product, a bit pricey but well worth it. We even got the front windshield tint which I wasnt even aware was possible. My car is way fresher now and the steering wheel is not burning hot like before. When I started looking around, I knew that I had to get the best product and work done on my BMW. The craftsmanship of his installer(s) is impeccable, tint appears to be factory. I definitely recommend their business and work.

Had a chip in my windshield. Service was fast and cost $50. Was told if the crack runs theyll put $50 toward the cost on new windshield.
