Great place if u r looking for handcraft equipment or materials. Painting, cricut, knitting, gift wrapping, home decor, wreath, t shirt....

Store has been reorganized. Lots of cool new items, but if you are looking for paint its important to note that the paints are split up in two sections in two different areas of the store. One is more like craft paint, and the other is more for art paint. Smaller bead and jewelry inventory than before, but overall still some good supplies available.

Large selection of craft items, but not much variety in choices between types. Good store for crafts, but not for sewing since they are very limited on sewing items. Although you may find lower prices on the web, you can at least see what you are getting before purchasing. Good place to get seasonal decorations.

Very helpful staff! I know this is out of Michaels control, but I wish the customers would treat the staff there better. Every time I have gone here, I always witness rude customers treating staff members horribly. These staff members work very hard - they are always willing to help me out and I appreciate that so much, especially during these times.

Variety is limited for being a specialty craft and project supply store. And some prices are nearly outrageous. But its still great to come in and get some awesome craft ideas. The sales and coupons are great perks. The gentlemen in custom framing are awesome!!

I believe this to be the best Michael’s in town. They are always well stocked with popular supplies. I drive from the NE to purchase my paints at this location because the other locations around EP are always out.

Sometimes they run low on inventory but honestly who doesnt in these crazy times. Great place for all of your crafting needs and we always leave with more than we needed!

I love this store because they usually have everything I need and what its fairly priced, especially when it comes to comparing their prices with online prices. On this particular visit today they seemed a bit understaffed or busier than usual and I noticed because for the line of 13 people that I was standing in, they only had 2 cashiers.

Spent about 40 minutes with Aaron setting up a framing project.He had good suggestions looking forward to following up this review with a report on the results.23 December. Picked up the project today.Looks really good. The camera / computer simulation of color and mattes with frame combination was right close to finished product.We were impressed that it was ready before the promised date. Plz note this will not happen every time. They do try to do their best.

If you need any sort of craft item anywhere from a paper cutter, mug customizer, to an exacto knife or necklace extenders; Michaels has it. Although it can sometimes be a little pricey compared to Hobby Lobby or other craft stores, they truly have anything you could possibly need. The staff are not as attentive to ask if you need help, but are more than happy to show you where a particular product is.

I love coming here, always find what I need. Only issue, most items DO NOT have a price on them. Wish they would fix that. The other issue, super long lines and only one checkout open.

Halloween items were a little disappointing 😕 this year. The only item I really wanted was very expensive; $199!!! Customer service was not very knowledgeable nor helpful.

The store is very clean. Things are not always easy to find, but the staff is helpful. I get the sense that the store is set up in a way that makes you find things that you dont necessarily need, which is their right and good for them. But sometimes I just want to get in and get out specially since the parking lot at that shipping center is a nightmare.

The store is pretty disorganized and the location isnt great. Not a huge selection of most things and the prices are high on a lot of stuff.

They get 5 starts cuz they got all da right paint markers and acrylic that i need to complete my graffiti rein of terror on this city...

I ordered something online, and they were quick to fulfill the order which I appreciate. However, when you go to the store there is NO signage or direction on where to go to pick up online orders. So I get in line for the registers. The registers took forever and the line built up bad, fast. Then I get to the front only to find out I was supposed to wait by Aisle 1. Apparently the lady behind me did the exact same thing as she also did not know where to go. Theres nothing that indicates to go to Aisle 1. Theres no associate anywhere around Aisle 1. So you either magically know that is where youre supposed to go and hope an employee even notices you, or you wait in the long line. Bad customer service for online orders.

Wow. Went as soon as they opened on a Sunday and their Halloween section was depleted( this was Oct. 3rd). They hardly had any ribbon and the simple one I chose was 10 bucks. I also needed a greeting card and it turns out they dont have any. Ill just go to hobby lobby next time.

Went to Michaels to check out what they had left over as far as Halloween decor. Not much was left. They are stocking it with Christmas. They had some really cute Christmas villages. We went around 4:00 on a Friday. And it wasnt very full.

Great after Christmas sales with plenty of new arrivals as well...and there is always a coupon available on their website.

Unfortunately, Michaels does not have a 40% off coupon on regular price items. On regular price items its only 20%. Time to shop at hobby lobby more often as they still do have a 40% off all regular price items. So sad because I enjoyed shopping at Michaels but I not anymore unless an item or items are on a good sale. ☹️👎

They got great decorations but its real pricey. Make sure u love it b4 u buy it. I fell in love w/the wreath 4 Dia de Los Muertos & the dancing skeletons. It was the perfect size 4 my small apartment.

Way over priced.

I always get bad customer service when I go. You can tell by the employees that they hate being there or helping out customers by the tone of voice or the look on their face. Once I used the curb side pick up and they never went outside so I got off instead and made me wait 30 minutes out by a little office and the cashier never told anyone that I was waiting until the person in charge of that office finally acknowledged me. A second time I used the curb side I had called and the lady that picked up the phone sounded rude and very rushed however she took all my information including my order number, later to see 3 more cars park next to me and they all get their orders and left for the exception of me and the representative didn’t even acknowledge me she just walked past my vehicle and I was parked in the designated area for curb side. I had to call again and talk to a manager to express how frustrating it is every time I order something with that specific location. She has responded that the employee was in a rush. If that’s the case they need to hire more people if they’re understaffed and have a pep talk about their attitudes towards customers. If they don’t like providing good customer service they shouldn’t be working there. Also, on their website they should list where they have the items by isle so we don’t have to bother the reps looking for something since it’s such hard work for them the way target has it would make a lot of the customers lives easier knowing that the website has the number isle of where you can find the item.

Now my first impression was NOT a good one because the sales associate deliberately avoided assisting me. I waited along as I could and decided to move just out of her sight to see what shed do. Sure nuff! She came across the very place where I stood to simply ask her to point me in the right direction. She looked me in my face and turned beet red because she knew she had been busted. I knew that I would be emotional and upset with her if I spoke to her because I was in a terrible rush. So I did us both a favor and walked away.Another associate approached me and provided guidance on where to go and wait for a different associate to assist me. Lemme tell yall how awesome Fernando in custom frames was to me! He asked me all of the right questions and listened to me very carefully. He didnt rush me and took his time to take excellent care of me and gave me the best old fashioned customer service experience! If yall are interested in the real thang when it comes to customer service, go see Fernando! Period! If it werent for him I wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Give that young man a raise! 😇💰💵⬆️✅🇺🇲

This is a great place to shop for hobby supplies and art with a nice selection. But the lines for the cashiers are ridiculous and always with only one cashier. The waiting for 10 minutes just to pay can be tedious

They wouldn’t allow us to drop off our UPS items for return. The manager first stated we needed individual labels for each tire we were returning. Then when we told her UPS only gave us one for a shipment of 5 she changed the excuse. She then said that we needed to contact UPS. We called UPS while in the store and we’re told it only needed one label on speaker so the manager could hear. She change the excuse the weight and then said we needed to box the tires, etc. Very poor service for someone who is a third party vendor for UPS.
