This gentleman just fixed my oven. Come to find out, he is the same guy who fixed my washer 8+ years ago, and it still runs good. Seems a little high priced, but I will definitely do business with again if the appliance will work for 8+ years.

Alex the owner is not reliable, my oven igniter stem was not functioning for one burner. Alex over the phone was adamant that it could be more than just the ignitor. Once he arrived he told me he was correct and that the whole wiring system would need to be replaced. It would be costly. He persuaded me that it would not be worth it. Then he wanted $40.00 for his visit. No receipt as he stated he does not give receipts for just visits. I called a real repair place and they came out fixed the stem and a loose stem for less than 100 DOLLARS total. Hercules and Diana Appliance is not reliable in my opinion. I suggest you look else where.

This guy is a thief. Dont buy anything from him. He sold me a washer and dryer and the dryer never worked and he blamed me when he could not fix it. He is also very rude. Avoid doing any business with this thief.

Called for repair of my Samsung Dryer. Tech was knowledgeable on Samsung. Said he needed to order a part. Called the shop the next day to confirm time for repair. Owner said the part and labor would be $169.00. Sixty for labor and $109.00 for the part. Price seemed a bit high for the part so I googled the part. Turned out the part was $ 19.48. Called the shop the next day to ask why the part was so expensive. Owner started yelling at me! He told me I didnt know what I was talking about and that I couldnt tell him what to charge for his parts. I fired him on the spot. He told me I needed to come to the store and finalize the bill. I replied by saying I had already paid the initial $45.00 for the call. He thought my dryer was at the store and that he had to charge me a service charge for transporting my dryer to his shop.(my dryer is in parts at my home) I told him he had my initial $45.00 and that he would not at another cent. This guy is extremely rude and will yell at you if you question him and his store practices. He is a thief for trying to charge his prices for parts. If you like being yelled at by the owner, hes your man. I will not ever do business with him again.
