This place is awesome. The show room is such fun to explore, and David is a very helpful and down to earth salesman. We were able to upgrade our appliances from the ones included in our builder package, and even got a wholesale discount though our builder. Definitely go take a look!

Received three major appliances from this company upon move in after purchasing a brand new, newly built home. To date (2 years exactly from move in) all three of those appliances have lapsed. We have fully replaced our stove for $600. The stove was serviced twice in the first year, and the refrigerator arrived broken and had to be repaired within days of arrival. The microwave makes a funny sound and now the refrigerator makes an obnoxious noise every other hour. When I called, I was told warranty was 1 year and we’d have to go through the manufacture. I am flabbergasted that after two years, all the “brand new“ appliances that came with our brand new home would malfunction so quickly. All appliances are Frigidaire, and far below our expectations. I would give zero stars if I could. Company has not been helpful or accommodating. I would not recommend to anyone unless you plan on spending several thousand to replace all the appliances they provided after one year.

I went to purchase a Range top order was not placed on time so they tried to expedite it through Albuquerque got notice yesterday that range top would not come in till 11/20 too long without a stove asked to cancel and get my refund spoke to Tony/Dan SM who said would issue ck they apparently only issue cks on certain days delaying me with over $4500 had to place order with another website who will issue this coming week and down $4500 because the local office can’t issue ck gotta pay my contractors and this little bluff of theirs might cost me more called Albuquerque but they were of no use asked for the, to issue ck overnight once they get signatures for ck but no reply from their corporate as they promised just had Dan call and reiterate same info frustrated

We bought an LTD Stainless Steel Ref. a very poor quality. It is impossible to clean with; just water, stainless steel products, etc.I used to buy my appliances at Sears, but, as always lets save some money. I am paying for my saving.

Terrible this place !!I brought them their load and it took them 3 hours to give me a dock ... and6.20 hrs to download half a treila !!!! 😠😠😠😠😠And it was the ONLY TROCA THEY HAD TO DOWNLOAD !!!Stupid people who do not respect the times of others!And its terrible facilities ... too small the parking for 18 wheelers and full of cars xk there is a school and other businesses there ...BAD ... SUPER BAD
