They never told my grandmother when she was done paying for her unit. Not a call or letter sent letting her know that she was done. They just kept accepting her payments & they blamed it on her. I wonder how many elderly people they have taken advantage of. On their lease agreements they dont have a set date to finish paying off the unit. Please beware when leasing from these people.

Weve been renting both our wash and dryer machine from this company and they have always given us the best service. If we need something to be done soon, they respond super quick. Plus, we highly recommend Alberto as highly skilled and nice person to help you moving your machines or thing care of any technical issue. Thank you guys!

My washer and dryer started acting up so I called for service. Alberto is the repair man that came out. He fixed both and reinstalled them by the next day. Hes very polite, positive and seems to take a lot of pride in his work. I would totally recommend him to my family and friends.

I have been renting from Washer Leasing for the past 15 years. I have never had an issue that they could not fox. Great place if you cannot afford to purchase.

WARNING!!! Do not lease from this company, I rented from them for 8mths and everything seemed to be fine at first. But that came to a screeching halt until I had to have an in home repair. They sent out an employee by the name of Miguel to fix my washer, I was unable to be present as I normally do because of work. I had my 18 year old daughter stay home while they came to repair my washer. My daughter was explaining to Miguel what the problem was, she said he seemed distracted as she continued to explain. Low and behold he was staring at her like a piece of meat, he even mustard up the nerve to tell her she had a nice body. She quickly went inside and locked the door and contacted me at work. She explained the situation to me, I immediately contacted there office to report there wrong doing. They explained that they would contact the owner and get back with me. Mind you I have been up to date on all payments and have nothing to gain from this incident. When I finally spoke with the owner he stated that he has never had a complaint about Miguel in the past and he is an upstanding citizen. Now this is the kicker, he explained that his employee has daughters and there is no way this could have happened. I immediately canceled my lease and had them remove there appliances, I refuse to rent from a company that allows there employees to be border line pedophiles. So in closing, if you want to rent from this company hide your kids hide your wife.

Ive used the Laundromat there, and rented a washer from Washer Leasing Service. Both the Laundromat I used was clean, the people there helpful. I rented a washer and it was in very good condition, they helped me service the item when I needed it. I was very happy with the washer and the Laundromat.

Rented a washer and dryer for months and gave me no trouble when I decided to finish the contract. Just a little hard to get in contact with them. Other than that great service

I am very disappointed in this company. I have always paid my bill on time, and failed to do so, this month, because of finals that I am drowning in at UTEP. They just came to my home and demanded I give them the washer and dryer back or $70.00. The payment, per month, is less than half that. I completely forgot about the payment, and told them that I was sorry and would pay them the payment for the month. They would not accept that answer, were very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with me. They took the machines, immediately. I would avoid this company because they take advantage of people knowing that they are the only provider of this type of service in El Paso. I called a national washer/leasing service, minutes after Washer Leasing Service of El Paso took the washer and dryer and they were much more professional and offered even better rates. I asked them about their policy if I were to make the payment late and they said they would never take the machines after one missed payment. They said they try and do everything to keep in contact with their clients and to remind them of payments. I am very happy to be trying out a new company, and will recommend them to all of my financially struggling nursing student friends. Please, please dont use this service. They dont care about their customers. They only care about the money. DONT use this service. Lets give the money to people who value their paying customers.

Best washer leasing service I ever had.

I have rented from them on and off 20 yrs..the service has always been excellent...and the rates WOW.. added benifit they come and fix it or replace it if there is a problem...but in 20 yrs on and off i have never had a problem with washer or dryer

Well we have years washing in this place and yes, it is not very clean and sometimes the machines fail! But we only go once or twice a year to wash big bedding. When we started going my children were babies and the place seems to stand still in time! Maybe it would be nice to make improvements
