No more lobby or over-the-counter parts sales and orders. Everything now via phone. My rep answered in NJ. I had model and part #, and call was fast and efficient. Not thrilled w extra shipping fee, but Fedex next day satisfied my need. Not clear why theres local presence though, if we cant buy there. Sure wish theyd reopen counter. Still, phone order faster than usual wait in line.

After calling repeatedly and getting only the automated phone menu I drove to their location in an attempt to buy a part for my stove.When I asked if they were aware that the phone goes straight to the automatic messenger the over weight manager with the shaved head explained that it can do anything we can do.Wow...what a poor way to run a business !Thank your lucky stars you have a woman working the counter that actually knows how to make a sale... .

I am an average Joe not an appliance maintenance person or anything like that. I disagree with the previous bad reviews, every time I have gone you can Count on whoever is helping you is knowledgeable. At times I imagine they get busy enough where impatient people who do not get help quick enough anger easily, but the four times Ive been there they are helpful and efficient.

I needed a dryer front panel clip for my Kenmore 70 series dryer. Online these cost about $14 including shipping.Paid $6.68 here in person today.They are the only place to have one in stock too. Even Sears parts had none in stock.

Its horrible to think their are not more options for appliance parts in El Paso. A part that cost $34.25 from Sears costs $40.40 here. On top of that inflation, the part is China made aftermarket. Please someone open a store we El Paso citizens can buy reasonable parts as non company accounts that are fair. Its because they know you are in a hurry to fix your appliance and if you want the part right now, you are going pay out the nose for these parts. Oh yeah, their customer service is horrible as well.

Nice people, very knowledgeable staff, they add insurance to the repair part without telling the customer first so be sure to say no to this added warranty it will save you money. It is expensive, Sears parts online was cheaper.

Purchased part and was told only that I could return unopened package. Then when I went to return unopened package, they said it was 30 days old and I couldnt return it as I was not told that it had 30 days. Big thumbs down in this store.

I am not agree with the charge fee the store apply when you buy a part from them. This charge is for the warranty, but the customer does not even have the option to no acept the charge, because, it is already included in total amount. I suggest to ask the customer if he wants to buy warranty like any other businesses.
