Horrible! First time they came air conditioner stoped working next day. They came back and charged me full amount. When it was obvious they did not fixed right. Now I give them another opportunity and after 1:30pm they cancelled on me with 2 kids, and elderly and 100 degrees outside. Knowing how difficult is to find another repair service for same day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

B & G team to come to do a cleaning of mu ducts. The guys were great and cleaned all 16 of my ducts. 5 minutes after they left I realised I hadnt asked where the filter was ( I wanted to know so I could change it myself in the future) and they came back to show me! Great support and services.

Awesome company. Came out to diagnose a burnt smell in my air conditioning. Tech was professional and on time. Did not find any problem and didnt make any up. Spent a good 15-20 mins trying to figure out what it was (my husband says he cant smell it, Highly recommendable.

I scheduled the service and they came back a few weeks later and installed a brand new furnace as well as clean all my air ducts. All are honest, super friendly and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints.

Decided to get the a/c tuned up before the heat comes. Unit had issues starting. I priced it out based on several quotes. Called one hour and B & G. not only got the unit running Very nicely done B & G, much appreciated.

Called on a Thursday for an estimate on an evaporative cooler. Luis came out and quoted me a price of 1400 for the entire job and scheduled for Monday at 8:30 AM. Monday morning he calls me and says he did not realize the price of materials had gone up. He now said the new price was 1600 and he would go out on Tuesday. I said ok to the price but to please come out on Monday. After a call back he said Tuesday was the earliest and he wouldnt go down at least a 100 dollars. He said he wasnt getting rich off of evaporative coolers. This job was for my elderly father who has no air during 100 degree weather, is on a fixed income, and is a proud US veteran. So you decide if you want to do business with Luis and his company.

The end product looks super professional. In addition to updating all of ducting, they had to cut two new vents/boots into our bathrooms which did not have any heating previously. The looks very professional. thanks B & G!!

I just had a great experience with B & G Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating. TECH came out to help me with my furnace that had inconveniently stopped working. He was friendly and professional and resolved the issue in about 2 hours (which included the time to run out and get a small part). This was my first experience with an HVAC team and I am very satisfied and I can feel my toes again!

We asked this company to come back to adjust the dampers they installed to force the cold air towards the back of the house, where the hot afternoon sun hits. So now its not arctic cold in the front of the house when were watching TV and Im more comfortable.

He came out to do our hbac evaluation. He was awesome! We look forward to seeing him again in the spring.

Very good pricing for conversion to refrigerated air. I was initially going to choose this company as my first choice but I couldnt choose them because I didnt have the cash or credit at the time I got approved elsewhere. Called them and they had a repairman on site with in two hours. The service was great, honest and explained every step of the repair process. I would recommend them anytime you need repairs or service on your HVAC system.

I had a mini split system installed in my garage a year and a half ago. The guys that did the work did not know how to install this system properly, they were not knowledgeable at all on mini-splits. The work they did was messy leaving the copper tubing exposed. I had them come back to add refrigerant because it was not cooling properly, they came back another time for the same reason. The guy said there was a leak on one of the lines, and said he fixed it. Well two months later, my unit is no longer under warranty and my unit is low on refrigerant again. I had another company come in and add the refrigerant because I do not want B&G to make another cent off of me.

My heater stop working, oren send his technician within couple hours .the man reset the heater and showed me how to do it in case it would happen again .he did not want to charge me, saying he hardly spent any time .this company is the best in my book
