If I could give zero stars, I would. Their product is not what they advertise AT ALL. The owner is dishonest, untrustworthy and downright shady. The employees are given false information and taught to lie. Do not buy anything from this company! I bought a Vivenso almost 2 years ago, after owning and using it for less than 6 months it quit working. The motor needed to be replaced, due to over use. Their sales pitch says you can leave in on the low setting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We didnt actually use it that much, but there were days we left it on all day on low (during dust storms). It was also not used at all for a minimum of 6 weeks during that first 6 months. (We were away from home, during which time it was properly stored). When the motor died, the owner, Ernie, said we used it too much and that it should only be used a maximum of 45 minutes a day on high, 1 hour at most on low. When he was confronted about the discrepancy, he blamed his sales people for giving incorrect information and saying he has no idea why they would say that. I have confirmed that this misinformation was the same information that my friends received when I gave them as a referral(before I knew the people and product arent what they advertise). They also outright lied to us about their financing fees, which I triple checked with the sales associate before she left, only to find out that the 2.5% interest ANNUALLY was actually 2.5% MONTHLY making the actual APR 18%. Again do not buy anything from this company!

Be careful with this company they will sell you good and please pay attention to what you are signing. I bought a machine with this people and never was I once told about the cancellation . You have 3 days to cancel it and all the attachments they promise you is a lie too. They are a scam they brought me a machine that was for carpet and I have an all tile home and when I brought it up to their attention they told me I had to earn it. How come they didnt tell me that when they were tryint to sell me the product. When I tried to cancel it they told me I had 3 days even though they brought it to me 10 days later. Oh and they never go over with you on the finance contract too on whos financing it and interest rate you will paying for. Im still in a battle with them so I can return this machine back to Ernie the owner and get this off my credit. Oh another thing if they bring you the machine with out a box its because they do it so you wont return it in case you decide to cancel. One of the sales reps that use to work there told me thats why they do it. So dont buy anything from Hydro Industries because they dont care about what you need is all about selling it since the finance company pays them the money directly and dont want to deal with you afterwards. So please be careful with that Ernie at Hydro Industries!!!!!!!!
