Good enough service. But the calls are brutal. Took me 14 calls in order to finally get someone and see if my part finally came in. Part costed Soo much too. About 7$ item cost near 30$ meaning more than 4X the price. Come at your own risk of knowing that. If you can get it elsewhere. Do it. If dealer is the only option I guess no luck for you then.
No matter what day it is - The Parts Dept. hardly answers the phone - Hey I get it, your busy... But at least put me on hold, so that I know you care about my business. I can just imagine how many hundreds, or thousands of dollars a day this Longo Toyota Parts Dept. loses by not having someone just answer phones.
