As my wife and I were driving into town towards work the 2018 Odyssey Van was making a weird sound. I called the dealership, service, Amy, whom I explained my concern. My experience with Billy Wood was one of the worst I have had as far as dealing with sales managers.My husband and I traveled from Bryant AR to purchase what we thought was the perfect vehicle. Within 3 days we found problems that werent covered with warranty. Called one sala manager Brian he told me her didnt deal with those issues and sent me to maintainence dept. Maintainence tried to help on many occasions with a problem that could have been fixed with them purchasing a $200 part that wasnt approved for purchase. The other sales manager Daric attempted to act as if I didnt just purchase a vehicle that had problems when we purchased it.If it wasnt for the sales rep. and the gentlemen in maintainence dept I would have been stuck with fixing what should have been fixed before they sold the vehicle. Extremely disappointed in customer service ethic. Was told that I could not get my tire pressure checked due to establishment closing in 15 minutes. From past relationships with car dealerships this would NOT have happened. It seems that they show appreciation until you buy & then they are done with you. Rather continue business at the Shreveport, La location since this is how Im treated.

This dealership sold me a used 2012 Camaro SS that had more dents and dings then any vehicle I’ve ever bought for $24k. And learned my first lesson to never take delivery of a vehicle at night. When I contacted them about the previous vehicle accident I found out about the next day the Buyer wanted to sell the slogan it was a clean vehicle when he traded for it. Instead of allowing me to bring it back he told me I was stuck with it 12 hrs after buying it. I will never do business with them again. I drove 2 and half hours to buy a dented up SS. Be careful of a quick salesman.....

Many reasons why this business is getting a 1 star review. When This business first came to eldorado. They did a promotion sending out little tickets with prizes. One of my relatives won $5. He went to the business to claim his prize. They did not honor the $5. Yes it is small but there is a reason why im starting with this. . They will tell you that you cant get a better deal anywhere else. In reality. You can get a better deal at any other surrounding dealerships. Dont listen to their selling tactics. They will make you seem like you are family until after you do the paperwork and drive off in the vehicle. But this is pretty common for dealearships. If you are looking for employment. Here are some perks to the job. No matter what you do you are always in the wrong and never do a good job. They complain about having to pay you on your very veryy low salary. And commission. As a salesman you will get paid off of the front end gross. Thats all fine and dandy but not when the finance manager cuts front gross to make room for warranties and other add-ons availiable. So pretty much gets you a mini on every sold vehicle. Upon employment You will be cussed at, Called stupid, belittled every single day, get told you are not allowed to take lunch breaks, and get 3 days off a month. Side effects of this job may include: depression, anxiety, loss of motivation, and lack of will to live or wanting to do anything in your life. And i end my review with this. If the business will not honor a small 5$ promotion prize. How do you think they will treat employees and customers? If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I suggest going to cargurus. Terrible dealership. I was in contact with the internet sales manager, Kio, for 3 days. On a Thursday afternoon, I informed her that I would be in when they opened on Friday morning. We had already discussed price and that I was visiting the dealership from out of town. I arrived about 5 minutes before the dealership opened, a young sales guy greeted me and asked what I was interested in. I informed him that I had scheduled to look at a specific vehicle, he said the vehicle was not on the lot and that he thinks a customer borrowed it. 10 minutes later he said that the vehicle was on the lot, he went to get it when he pulled up it had leaves and dirt all over it. I test drove it, there were over 33k miles on it, but it was advertised as CPO with only 22k miles. I was ready to purchase. As I was waiting on a finance manager to become available, the internet sales person, that I had spoken with in the days prior, showed up, shook my hand, and disappeared. The young sales guy kept coming over saying that the finance manager was in a meeting and acting like he didnt know what a pre-approval from Capital One Auto Finance was. A few minutes after tbat someone (I believe it was the owners son), called me into his office and said that the vehicle sold the day before and then started mumbling something about $500 off a new vehicle. I wasnt there to buy a new vehicle and would have certainly talked them out of more that $500 off, if I actually did want a new vehicle. I left went to a different dealership and purchased the same model vehicle with less miles and more features. I was even able to get the price down based on what Billy Wood was supposed to sell me their vehicle for. All I can say is stay away from Billy Wood Honda, they are shady. Oh and as of yesterday they still had the vehicle that I was interested in advertised, it still shows as having fewer miles than it actually has.
