Ordered a subframe (a year ago) and it took 4 months before I received a email asking if I had received the product. Without providing me a tracking number.. (Had not Received it yet at the time)... Ordered one month ago and have yet to receive any email about my order. Ordered 3 weeks ago was sent my chain and front sprocket (but not the rear.) And yet no Email about the Rear sprocket.Can you point me to the big stunt companies?

Bought brake lines, hand brake and padding for tank and a 12 bar for my bike, definitely was a little wait but it’s ok, Nate if I remember right was his name did a good job with telling me what’s up with my parts definitely worth the wait will buy from again 100% patients is key, not many places building parts and with covid I bet they are extremely busy

Sorry Nate but you Earned it 2stars not professional with delivery waited 3 weeks for a stealthstay and after dms not being opened and emails sent one email finally got written back saying they had just barely shipped my item an now have to wait another 3 weeks to get .. horrible service if you ask me we the the stunt community need better service Im sure IM NOT ALONE ON THIS EITHER

Just the middle man. Great if he has it in stock but if not goto the source. Doesn’t keep you updated and not friendly at all. You message on ig or email you’re lucky to get a response. Also a couple products are fakes so just beware!!

Im giving them 3 stars for now, will update when I get my items. I ordered a Subcage and a Crash cage two weeks ago. They said takes around 3 weeks so not too sure if that can be a month + or what. All the research I have done says it takes about half a day or at most a full day to build both from scratch. including sand blasting and power coating. So not sure why it will takes 3 weeks to do so.Customer service has been alright, not rude by any means. But wouldnt say exceptional. I asked for updates, like when the cages are done being built then power coated etc. but have not heard anything and it is day 14. Im assuming like everyone else, I am anxious to get my parts and I like speed and communication.I will update this rating once I get my cages and how long it took and quality of cages so then you guys know wether this is a solid place or not. Cheers!

Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. No communication, and 5 months of waiting. I’m finally getting my cage now after filing a PayPal claim because they wouldn’t respond to my countless calls and emails. Thank goodness for PayPal, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I ordered a crash cage for a motorcycle on June 23rd. It is now Sept 9th and I still do not have confirmation of shipping or have my parts. They no longer respond to my emails or return my phone calls. I have asked for my money back if I cant get my part to which I had no response. Very unprofessional and poor customer service!

This shop has not shipped my order placed over 2 months ago. Nate responded and said they ordered the wrong item. Still waiting for a refund. Terrible customer service. Dont take your chances. Im out over $300.

Bike got damaged before the parts came and they dont accept returns. Good quality parts though.
