8 years, various HD dealerships and three shops could not find or replicate the issue my bike had. First time at Performance Choppers they found and fixed the problem. It took them a few test drives and lots of hours but I didnt have to refinance my house for all the work they did. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend, honest, fair and down to earth, no BS.

For some reason or another, that I still dont fully comprehend... I paid twice what I was quoted. Im sure it was a good reason? Either way: the work was done right, dude was at least courteous. Im still annoyed about not finding out I was paying double the quote, until it was time to pick up the bike. Although it was relatively small potatoes $400 to $800... Seems like something the customer should know well before that point.

Incredibly knowledgeable tuner in Mikey and company. I have been using and tuning on dynos for over 30yrs...on race bikes exclusively. Vetted these guys out for the Harley street use tune...Real Deal. They installed a Fueling 465 cam in my 2018 RK 107 motored bike. Makes more power and runs way cooler than a Screamin Eagle 114 Stage II.... Its all about the dyno tuning. No canned programs here. Only way to go in SoCal or maybe all of southwest. Very rare talent.

Got my 2015 FXDL tuned by Mikey. Had PCV (junk) on it. After Mikey tuned it, my bike, stage 1, made 108 tq and over 90 hp! Absolutely love the way my bike rides. They also replaced a front motor mount which went bad. Do not hesitate to get your bike tuned by Mikey, hes the best around. HIGHLY recommend this shop, and they now have a customer for life.

Have them give my girl a 10,000 mile service. Just put 5000 miles on her riding from San Diego to Sturgis and back. She ran great and didn’t complain one bit

Took my bike in for a dyno tune, I experienced nothing but great attitudes and professionalism from Joe, Mikey, and the rest of the staff. Mikey dropped a TON of info in my ear and even invited me to come in and watch during the dyno. Mikey pulled awesome numbers on my FXDLS, but more importantly, it is smooth, useable power with a tune that is safer on the engine.

Brought my 2015 HD Dyna Lowrider (FXDL) in to have it dyno tuned. The guys did an awesome job! This was my first time having this kind of work done and they walked me through the entire process and even explained the results. My bike turned out awesome! I will definitely bring my next bike to them as well.

Awesome shop! Reasonable shop pricing, great antique motor knowledge, and they are honest.Even had a situation where I couldnt ride my bike in. They came and picked it up and dropped it back at the house for $40. Cant beat that! They can order pretty much anything you need and it arrives in a decent time line. If you have any year bike, seek the help of these guys to either get it done or steer you in the right direction.

They rebuilt my motor on my Softail Heritage about 4 years ago. Theirservice was awesome. I was in a tight situation and that got my motor rebuilt in a fair amount of time. Thousands of later my motorcycle still runs great! I couldnt be happier. I recommend them highly!

I made an appointment, took my chopper in to be tuned, these guys in this shop are the greatest bunch of people I have ever had work on my bike. They are passionate about the equipment running right and the customer being completely satisfied with the work done more than how much money they are going to make. I will be taking my bike here for all the work I cannot do in my garage from now on.Oh, and my S&S 113 runs smoother, faster and has better throttle response than it has ever had. and they charged me less than what we agreed to before the work was started. I got my pipes changed by this place and had a oil leak after the fact and I was told by these guys that I have to change my oil pump to a high performance oil pump!!! LoL I took my bike to CYCLE VISIONS and all it was some ring that this PERFORMANCE CHOPPERS put it wrong or did not put at all!! they even told me to put some silicon to these screws!!! I would never go to this place again and never recommend!!!

I would take my Harley to Joe at Performance Choppers over HD dealer any day of the week! They have not only serviced my custom Big Dog K-9 which BTW HD wont touch but have also serviced my two custom Baggers. White glove service is all theyve ever gave me. Always on time on delivery and never more than the original quote. The three mechanics are knowledgeable in every aspect of an American made engine and unmatched in the Industry! I have no hesitation recommending them to someone who takes riding seriously.

Great customer service! I just went there for a some hardware that I needed. The guy that helped me out was pretty friendly and did his best to get me what I was asking for but you didnt have exactly what I needed. Anyways he referred me to Ababa Bolt and they were able to pretty much get me what I wanted. I also asked about a Dyno Tune and I he gave me all the information that I needed about that too. Thanks...Went again for a part. July 2020. Great staff and awesome service. They guided me to the right part number and were informative about shipping delays based on COVID19 b-s delays. I needed a part for a run and I couldn’t wait that long but they still helped me out.Thanks again.

UPDATE: I had surgery and had not driven my FLSTF. Again, that damn CA fuel had fouled the carb. Bike would start with full choke and you could never add throttle. Itd just kill it.So I had it towed in, getting it there about noon. 4PM they said it was done. Runs great again!Thanks Joe and staff!!!!PAST: Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended. they fixed a carb issue on my Harley even Harley couldnt fix!

Dont go here unless you want them to drop a metal cylinder block in your gas tank, in hopes to rust it out. So you have to have them put a new one on for you. Or worse do some internal damage to engine. And to think, they wouldnt expect someone to here the metal shifting inside the has tank???? Wow, Cowards

Honoring warranty, or at least making an effort to figure out what they did wrong on a top end rebuild, doesnt seem important here.
