The most spectacular customer service interactions Ive had in very long time. Im visiting from out of state and found myself in need of a little extra cash. This place pays very generously and with a smile. Everyone Ive encountered were courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. The business is very clean and organized. They even have extra added security measures. Will definitely come back and refer this business!

They have been helping me for years. From needing a computer for my business to even needing to get a little extra money to figure things out thanks to coronavirus times. I don’t know any other pawnshop as friendly as them. They have even given me more money for items than I expected

A lot of the times I have been there, the merchandise I ask to take a look at is overpriced or was not operational. When I asked for them to drop the price on it substantially on the stuff that was non operational, they were unrealistic with their price as it wouldve costed me a lot more to possibly fix the thing than me just buying retail.

Larry and Dave were great to deal with, so friendly and helpful. Made the pawnshop experience fun and made me want to come back.

Just came in the other day with the old lady to look at jewelry and escape the heat but it was so hot in there (some employees were even seating profusely). I get it, times are tough but turn on the AC once and awhile.

Today for the very first time, I went to a Pawnshop. Cant deny I was a bit nervous and dont know what to do. But Josh, the one that assisted me was very helpful in explaining to me what to do and the costs and prices of what my items will be and when I come to pick it up.Was a bit sad because I thought the 2 items i was going to sell will sufice what amount of mkney I really need but unfortunately it didnt( but on the second thought, i realized that those were kind of used and have some scratches already) Since I still need more than what those 2 items costs, Even if I didnt want to, I decided to pawn/loan the guitar I love the most. Josh was nice enough to increase the price He told me at the beginning to help me out... He was so compassionate even though He didnt know me at all and what I need the money for. Thanks alotJosh! You really helped me alot and give me somewhat of a relief knowing that I have something to pay my bills with. I will definitely come back for my guitar and I will look for you for sure hehe.

I have been using this place for some time lately. Josh and Dave and all the other employees are great. After the county went into lockdown I was worried they would be closed. I called them to check and luckily they said they are staying open. They are also doing online payments so I didnt even need to leave my house. I highly recommend this pawn shop.

This was my first experience pawning. I was feeling uncomfortable walking in the shop I didnt know what to expect. Immediatly I was greeted by Liz and she made me feel at ease she is very informative and sweet natured.i went home and grabbed all the things that I dont use and went back. It is actually a fun experience . They also have brand name purses for affordable prices. I was able to get rid of a guitar and trade for a purse.

I had to edit my 5 star review from 3 years ago. Thats how much this place has changed.I used to love this place. The prices were fair and they made reasonable offers on gold and silver. I understand that they are in business to make money, however, when 14k gold is $32+ per gram and out the gate your offer me $19 per gram and then get rude when I question you about it, thats wrong. Especially since I have been a customer for many many years. I have pawned and sold a ton of stuff here and the fact that you low ball people like that makes me sick. The average pawn shop or gold buyer usually takes 20% or so off the spot price. Ive never encountered a place that tried to take 40+%. Greedy and grimey. The other issue I have is when you utilize a pawn shop and you get your stuff out and items have been in there repeatability, you should be basically building your credit for higher loans. Nope not here. Not to mention why wouldnt you pay more to someone who is selling an item VS pawning an item? There is no incentive to want to sell anything here.Again, you guys used to be my favorite pawn shop and now I dread even going in here if youre my last option. Im not sure if its due to newer employees, poor training or more profibility but the last several times I have been in there it has been very disheartening. So much so that not only I have decided to move my business to the other EC pawn shops, the business of my boyfriend, our mothers and 3 of my friends will be moving their business as well.I have never felt that I was being ripped off by you guys before but that is exactly 💯 how I felt. I even took my items and let the woman know I was going to take my business else where and no one even attempted to stop me. So I guess my business wasnt that important to you in the first place.
