In n Out is amazing!! The line here is unreal though. After sitting in line for 20 minutes, thinking you are almost to the actual drive thru, they hit you with the three lane system and you are literally in line for more than an hour more.

Not much to say except its In-N-Out Burger. They have a very consistent quality on all their restaurants. Their food is very consistent in taste, professionalism and courtesy. This place is no exception. Recommended.

Generally, I believe In-N-Out is overrated based purely on their products. Theres nothing that special about it for people to make special trips or a big deal about one opening up. However, their service is always consistently good and when there is a rare failure they see to it that is resolved without clapping back at clients. Furthermore, its my understanding that they compensate their employees quite fairly and they are not ashamed of their Christian faith. To me, these 2 things are to be highly applauded and when combined overall merit a top rating.

This is the new In N Out in El Cajon, they moved it down a few blocks. They have a new 3 lane set up to pack more cars in, but surprisingly it works great and its quick. The parking lot is always clean as well as the inside. The staff is always smiling and friendly. In N Outs burgers are still always fresh, never frozen and the never get the order wrong. Will always go to In N Out and definitely recommend!!!

We went to In -N-Out-Burger and we ordered the combos double Burger one with onions one with out onions. You get your Burger drink and French fries. I love the French fries and the burger. The drive thru was long so we walked in. They were very quick for service and always friendly.

Great service. Food is always fresh and hot. Line moves fast. I am always greeted with smiles from the beginning of the experience to the end.

In-n-out is pretty good but I have to be in the mood for it. The lines are outrageously long and for me it usually isnt worth the wait. Usually this location easily has a wait time of 20-30 minutes + . This location has a complicated entry and drive in line. In fact in the dark I couldnt tell I had to turn into where the hotel is otherwise, you miss the turn and cant get into the line without doing a turn around or a u-turn somewhere near the mall. Its pretty frustrating. The animal fries are my favorite. They also have good shakes. The prices are about the same as other competitors although the food is much improved from lets say jack in the box or McDonalds.

We did the drive through. The food was good and the prices are great, especially compared to other fast-food burger places. The employees are awesome and pleasant so that means they must be trained well and they must pick some good employees. Ive never had a bad experience at any In and Out Burgers Ive ever eaten at. I wish there was one closer to where I live like within walking distance, hahaha.

What can I say about this burger joint that hasnt been said before? In-N-Out has been a huge staple of California living, and I dont see that ending any time soon. The burgers are excellent and have an amazing flavor, but I have to say, their fries put just about every other fast food place to shame! Definitely a delicious treat to be savored! Now, I bet you wonder, why 4 out of 5 when you just raved about it? Simple. The lines are almost always incredibly long! Ive seen them wrap out to the street and anyone whos ever been can tell you about it. Its only worth 1 star off, because at the end of the night, if you managed to walk away with that delicious double double and fries, it will be guarenteed a good night indeed.

My whole family loves this place! I personally think its nothing to write home about! The fries are so skinny and I prefer a thicker fry. McDonalds fries are thicker! The burgers are extremely messy and lack flavor! This place is always busy, but I think its because their prices are reasonable. Im not saying dont try it! To each their own! Try it and share your thoughts.

I’ve had in n out many times in Arizona, but have always been told it was better in Cali! They were not wrong. I ordered a protein style grilled cheese, and somehow they made a pile of vegetables taste absolutely delicious!! Super fresh food and excellent, friendly service!

Great burgers. Recommend you try the burger animal style, its a secret menu option. Animal style adds grilled onions, extra spread, mustard, and pickles to your burger. The flavors all blend very well and its an amazing flavor.

Its In n Out, a Southern California icon. And for good reason! Their food is awesome, best burgers in town, and consistent no matter what store you purchase at. Highly recommend!

Despite all the hype, the burger was thin, overly salted, and too well done. Thats not to say that it was worse than a usual In-N-Out burger, thats just how they are. I understand that many people really enjoy that, but I dont care for that experience. Also, the chocolate shake had very little chocolate flavor in it. It mostly just tasted sweet. I do have to say that the service is impeccable and totally lives up to its reputation.

In-N-Out is what a hamburger is all about. This one is fairly new but very very popular. I went after the lunch rush but there was still a long line. It was well worth it. The burger was delicious and the fries were awesome. I dont eat fast food all that often but when I do this is one of my favorites.

When we pulled into driveway the cars were backed up all the way to the street. I thought we were gonna be there for forever. But it is what my Dad wanted to eat. We moved thru the line very quickly. We had a rather large order and everything was in the bags and it was so yummy. I was happy we stayed because the service and food was well worth a small wait in line

Always good, they should change there name to waiten-before-u get out. Because that what you will be doing if you want to enjoy a good tasty burger.

With the easing of in door dining being relaxed, it was a good place to meet the wife for lunch. It was open seating but social distancing in place. Every other table was clearly marked temporarily closed . There were ample seating options,booth and 2 person tables. Everything was clean and bright. The lettuce was crisp and sandwich was fesh and quite warm. I noted staff in the lobby were wiping down surfaces and sanitizing, while offering diners to take their trash and provide refills. We had a fairly pleasant and upbeat servers with masks. Most of all, it was nice to actually see people and their faces, not having to talk to a mask. Who knows, they maybe sticking out their tongue out at you, and you dont even know it. 😛

My go to spot everytime I visit the states, best burgers and fries compared to a lot of other fast food chain restaurants.The service is always quick, food is fresh and hands down one of the best milkshakes.

This place has amazing team workLine plan is very fast and they really are fast on giving you the order. Dont let the long line discouraged you, took less then 15min to get my drive thru order.

It looks like it was going to be a long wait because of the long line but it did not take long to get our food. The gentleman outside taking orders was very pleasant and walked along with my car we had a couple of good laughs he put in my order and we were off. My experience today was very delightful. Good food and outstanding service. Really enjoyed family time here. There were 7 of us and the seating was a little hard because of Covid-19 distancing but still a good time.

This location is easily the best location when it comes to the east county. I usually drive out of my way from Spring Valley to go through here vs the Massachusetts location. The parking lot and line for the drive thru is really accommodating and doesnt leave you parked in the street or intersection. The staff is always super friendly and helpful as well. I feel like the quality of the product is always 2 steps ahead of any location in San Diego. The buns are actually toasted which is a huge plus.

When you actually go inside the facility the wait time is super short. Great food and service.

Love In-N-Out! Except for the fries. Theyve never been good. But, the burgers? Spot on!

Burger was great as was Service. But the Chocolate Shake was bad. It tasted like milk with a tiny bit of chocolate syrup and was warm and not thick or had any hint of ice cream. The fact that it came out of a machine that way is even worse. I give the shake a 1 out of 10.

Finally got us our very own in and out burger with its critically acclaimed 4 item 27 way menu.Im guessing to the popularity we have 2 drive through lanes to start with attendants taking your order. Thats right, real humans (well teenagers) taking your order face to face (mask to mask) and are polite.Teenager and polite. Not usually found in the same sentence. Nice kids must be a nice place to work for. Pricy, but we gave a $15 per hr min. Wage. Or heading too.No wonder their polite.Fun place to dine.

The tasty American burger and fries you expect from In-N-Out. The parking lot is shared with a hotel and several other merchants making for difficult navigation through the long drive through lines you expect for In-N- Out at lunch time.

New location is cool. It’s faster to park and eat in right now since the drive thru line is really long and the parking lot looks full. But parking right in front is open if you cut through the drive in line.Always packed. But thats cause you cant beat a fast food in n out burger.

The drive through, although moving at a good rate, had a pretty long line (both lanes). I used the walk-in and received my order in about seven or eight minutes. The burgers were prepared exactly as requested, the fries crispy and delicious.

Its a SoCal favorite, especially during the pandemic, so you will likely encounter long lines at the drive thru. Eating inside is a better option when possible.

Location: Fletcher Pky, El Cajon. We enjoy the burgers esp the #1 & #2 in the menu....BUT, this trip has, by far has been the most disappointing!! The burger was cold, a very small and thin hamburger patty - much smaller than the bun, dry, no seasoning, completely covered by the lettuce and tomato inside the bun. This is a regular stop for lunch for us as we enjoy their menu. Unfortunately, a decision to serve smaller portions of hamburger patty in the sandwiches is not good for business. This was actually the 2nd time we got a lunch that after about a 15 minute wait along the drive thru, we received 2w2, soggy fries & burger. Also noticed a price increase, which we understand, however. sacrificing the quality of the product is not a wise move to cut cost & improve the profitability of the business. Hopefully, Management can address this and we will still give them another try.

Prob the best In-N-Out experience Ive ever had. Food was great and friendly staff. If only the contractors knew how to build wider drive-thrus for our big trucks.

Double Double Animal Style with a side of Animal style fries and I cant go wrong!The security guard did a great job in de-escalating a problem with a passive aggressive man inside the resturant.
