Ordered from Drawer Depot after extensive research online to find the best option. Loved the countless configuration options that allowed me to get incredibly specific about the build of the custom drawers I was looking to order for my pantry. Process was straightforward, and the tool tips helped answer the questions I had about the configuration options. Order was manufactured and shipped within the estimated time, and even arrived a few days early. The final product (birch ply with dovetail joints) was beautiful and well made. I would definitely buy from the Drawer Depot again.

These guys are great. They are reasonably priced, deliver on time, and provide a very high level of quality and service. They offer delivery services or you can save a little money and pick it up your self at the factory. They have a great web site, and you can order direct from that but dont be afraid to call them if you need something custom. They have made several custom drawer inserts for me, and I have been very happy. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the professional cabinet business.

Great experience with The Drawer Depot from start to finish! I needed a replacement drawer in a custom size and took a chance ordering one online. The dimensions are perfect and it looks amazing, the dovetail joints are a nice upgrade to my previous drawer. They updated me periodically throughout the build process and it arrived in about a week in excellent packaging. Thanks for the hard work and keep it up, Ill be back for sure!

The Drawer Depot web site was easily available on the first page of a Google Search. I had no trouble navigating the site menus and the web pages loaded quickly. Finding the type of drawer I needed and its available options were easy to discover and use. This site is perfectly suited for requesting custom drawers in the dimensions needed.

Perfect fit! Could not be happier with our new drawer. We had a builders grade kitchen drawer that needed to be replaced. We found The Drawer Depot online, provided measurements, and within just a few days we had a new drawer. The new drawer is made of real wood, not just plywood. It came well wrapped and free of damage.

Ordered drawer replacements for my kitchen remodel from them. i was unsure of exactly what I needed so called them first and they guided me thru their various options. After that ordering was easy. The replacement drawers were the exact measurements ordered, arrived on time and were very well packaged. I used my old hardware and the drawers are perfect. A big difference from the old pressed wood ones they replaced. Very satisfied.

This may be a good option if you can go into the store and see what you are buying, however I purchased online and the product did not work for me so I was unable to get a refund. More than anything, when you buy something online, its important that the company should offer a refund.

The drawer build is of good quality. However, I wish I knew more about drawers prior to ordering. The rails on a half curve slope drawer were installed opposite of what I had anticipated. This being a custom product, there is obviously no return. Yet in my experience, businesses like this often want to retain customers and will offer some mutually agreeable path forward to help said customers. In this area, I found disappointment. And so, I feel three stars is fair. I believe I shall utilize one of the handful of other drawer fabricators found via a Google search for the future projects.

I ordered pull outs with Blum Tandum under mount slides #563H. The order arrived with King rear mounting brackets. They are similar in appearance but not in performance. At no point was it disclosed that the=is company was not shipping Blum rear mounting brackets with the Blum slides. the King brackets are too tight a fit and do not permit the play that is supposed to be built in with the Blum design. I have reported this dishonest company to Blum. So not bother with this company. One of the managers, Mark, called me to defend this bait and switch tactic, and when I informed him that I reported him to Blum, he hung up on me.
