Great and fast service arrived around 5 an hour before closing and was able to get a set of four tires at a good price I called around to five other shops including discount tire which gave me a price over a hundred dollars for the same type of tires out the door price. I totally recommend Evan’s Tires. Quality service Thanks and I will definitely be back.

These guys were great. I was at the end of a business trip and headed out of town back to my family when I got a blade in my tire. They squeezed me into their very busy late day schedule and got me back on the road in 30 mins. My family is very appreciative to have me back home today.

I called around everywhere trying to find the cheapest deal I could on 4 new tires. Most places were quoting me between 700 to 1000 bucks out the door. The cheapest I found other than Evans was 570.00. However, Evans tire did all 4 tires out the door for only 405.00. They beat the next lowest place by 165.00. How awesome is that. 400.00 was my budget for tires, and I almost completely gave up on trying to find all 4. Thought I was going to have to do 2 at a time. They had to order them from another location, but they came in a day later. No big deal. When I got there they were very helpful. The only drawback I would say is that they appeared to be understaffed. It took over 2 hours to get them installed, which isnt too bad, but while I was there, I noticed that they were losing some business due to the long wait times. They couldnt even take on an oil change, and it was only 9am. Other than that, everything went smoothly. And obviously, they are that busy because theyre doing something right. So, I just wanna say thanks to the staff over there at the El Cajon Evans Tire. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Never had a bad experience at Evans. All my cars have been brought here. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing.

Sales guy Dave over the phone was helpful and friendly. Had tires delivered and installed at Magnolia location in El Cajon. Set an appointment for 11am. They didn’t touch my car till 2. If you are short handed, schedule accordingly. If someone calls out sick, let the customer know at the time I check in or better give me a call. Let me know there is a delay. Maybe I can reschedule. Maybe I can go run errands and come back later. Plus the counter guy was rude And unapologetic. He also replied he didn’t want to be there either after I said I had mentioned I don’t want to be there all day. So much for customer service. My tires were hard to find in the sizes I needed. So I stuck with the purchase. If it wasn’t for that I would have asked for a refund and taken my money somewhere else.

First time using Evans. I experienced outstanding customer service and maintenance expertise. Not just with my vehicle but with every customer that walked in. A few customers had issues with parts arriving from 3rd party vendors and the Evan’s representatives behind the counter ensured everything was made correct before keys were handed back over… Will continue to come back here!

I took my car into Evans tires first thing in the morning to have my oil and coolant changed, the staff were all very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very thorough while explaining the details of what needed to be done and any additional work that my car needed. Great prices, friendly staff, and they refilled my low pressure tire even though I forgot to ask/mention it on the starting invoice. My husband and I have been going to Evans tires for around 20 years and over the last couple of years have been dealing with Chris, hes amazing! Always accommodating knows us by name! I have given Evan Tires multiple chances with their customer service and complete disregard for peoples personal time. I came to the location from the Jamacha location for their consistent poor customer service. Being hung up on, flat out rude, trying to sell me a product I absolutely didnt need, and so on. I came to this location because the Jamacha location hung up on me because she was too busy with another customer. Everything was great until I pulled out of the parking lot and my car pulls to the right. This doesnt upset me because Ive personally had to make adjustments to correct the pulling in customers cars. Yes, I am a former alignment and tire technician. Ive seen a thing or two. The one thing the company I worked for would have never done is allow a customer to leave the way Evans tires has. My car, after the alignment pulls to the right. I was told that I needed to bring it back another day to check it out. Why? I brought it in today to fix that problem. Apparently this is some kind of policy of Evans tire because the other location says the same thing. Why are the customers being required to come back a second time, so Evans tires can fix something they shouldve done right the first time? Mr. Miskowicz show show me the alignment print out, but I had already looked at my copy. This is why the first question I asked him was did your guy even align my car? According to the alignment specs, its very questionable that he touched the front end, The the rear is worse now than before. At the end of the day, my car is still pulling as it did when I left the Jamacha location. Both locations told me the same thing, that I needed to bring it back a different day to check it out. I have a question for Evan tires. I drive 125+ miles a day, work 60 to 80 hours a week, often times on a Saturday, so when would you like me to bring it back for you to fix something you shouldve done right in the first place? You guys did the alignment and put the first new set of tires on my car back in July, my car did not pull before your services. The alignment is not the only issue Ive had that you guys, Ive personally had to remove oil because you guys put too much in it. Here is why you have such an upset customer. This is not just an isolated incident, it appears to be a trend.

Great initial customer service helping me track down some tire options. However this El Cajon location provided less than average customer service. I understand the world is going through issues and some shops may be understaffed, but basic customer service is not too much to ask for, let alone just common courtesy and being nice. Unfortunately this experience proved I should have stuck with the tire shops I’ve been dealing with in the past.

The guy at the front desk, C. Moore, who “Helped” me was extremely rude and condescending. He acted like I was intruding on his day. I have a loyalty card and forgot to give it to him before they started my service, and he made me feel stupid & embarrassed. I have spent thousands of dollars for service & tires on my car in the past year alone at this location. At this point I am done giving my business and money to Evans Tires. I’ll go somewhere else that has happier employees and treats their loyal customers with respect.

Very very upset with my experience recently. This location is understaffed! Twice now I have gone in, once after a phone call and once with an actual 7:30 am appointment before work and I have been sent away twice! The first time was after speaking with someone over the phone, getting a quote reference number, and them letting me know I could come down and someone would be there to help me. They were very busy and I was told when I got there I would have to come back a different time. Okay, understandable for a one time situation. Although I did call ahead and I also have been driving on a spare with no rims! So I made an appointment. My appointment was supposed to be yesterday at 7:30 am and after arriving at 7:20, I was told there was no one there to do my tires and that there would be no one there all day! So I called again. The man at the front desk is so sweet and I feel terrible that he has to be the bearer of bad news because it’s not his fault no one will show up to work and that he’s working at a tire place with no one who does tires! Something needs to change here as I’m literally trying to spend money on tires that no one will install. And I can’t drive my car to work still! I was told to try my luck at the La Mesa center. Now I have to drive even further on a spare that’s been driven on twice now and that’s if I ever receive a call back or an appointment time. So disappointing.Ahahhaha update : Just called again today, same location as it’s closest to my house and I’d prefer not to keep driving far on spares. Asked if there was anyone there to do tires. “No sorry not today, should be back tomorrow.” Same thing I was told yesterday when I showed for my APPOINTMENT. Front desk staff, once again, apologetic and sweet. But for real hire new tire staff there shouldn’t only be one person to do tires especially one person that never shows up!!!

I have taken all of the family vehicles to Evans Tire for the past 3 years. We all drive different makes and models and the service is always stellar. The prices are among the best in the area and all services are included in the estimate. But what keeps us coming back is the prompt response to any inquiry and how quickly they are able to get tires in stock. I would definitely recommend Evans to my friends.

My tire split on the freeway on my way to an appointment with The peppy boys, they called and cancelled because they were double booked. The fiery rock competitor was the closet to me, but couldnt have my tire size until 6 pm tomorrow! Called Evans tire and they had my tire in stock! Said a million prayers as I drove my hobbling vehicle the 3 miles to Evans....so glad I did! Chris was SUPER helpful and they got two tires replaced and an alignment done super quick! Awesome experience!!! I called yesterday and spoke to Pablo who was more then helpful when it came to picking the right tires for me. Pablo gave me options and explained the benefits to each one. I arrived today and Chris checked me in and got everything taken care of for me. Everyone was polite and every customer left with a smile. I don’t typically handle car stuff that’s usually my husbands area of expertise but since we had a flat tire I had no choice. It was overall a wonderful experience thank you to everyone.

I’m very disappointed about this service, worse store ever and service, but when they sell the tires and what they promised they are the best in customer service.When i need the service with the deal they sell me, they never have time, they always say they don’t have people to do the work, but the worse of all this was yesterday, my wife got a flat tire and before she want to go work around 7:50, she stop by and ask for the repair of the tire, the manager and the other guy toll her they don’t have time and she have to wait 3 hrs, for just a flat tire, she tell them, I have to go work and is not safe to drive like that, help me at least putting the spare wheel and I leave the flat tire here, they say no as always, my wife ask for their names and they was rude and with put education, the manager turn around, he went outside and close the door leaving my wife there standing alone. Totally bad actitud towards my wife and non professional actitud, I say change the management of that place or go out of business if you make business like that, I’m getting service now at evans rancho San Diego, The only thing I can say is, this a totally different store, very nice ladies and they help me out with everything with no questions or stupid excuses, even one of them want to Carrie the tire out of my trunk and I say don’t worry I’ll do it, thanks, they have a lot people in front and toke care of me.I thinking on report evans tires in El Cajon at magnolia avenue because they don’t do what they promises when you pay for the service or warranty, or they do it whenever they want. Chris at Evans Tire #12 in El Cajon epitomizes what great customer service should look like. He empathized with my financial worries, and did his best to help me find my way.My Camry wagon has 205000 miles on it. We were replacing original parts. The rack and pinion is notorious for leaking on these cars so I had been babying it along. The original axels and a ball joint also needed to be replaced.You can imagine this was severals hours worth of work just to get the alignment I needed to stop my rear tires from deteriorating further. In one year the rear tires had gone bald on the inside.The cost of this repair was very disconcerting to me as up til now I had bought parts on the internet and used backyard mechanics for my labor.Juan, the mechanic did the work on my Camry at Evans Tire. He was patient with me when I expressed a few concerns and he was supportive of my choices. Chris had saved the old parts and did not hesitate to show them to me when I asked about them.I was given a ride back to my motel and picked up again the next day. That service saved me the hassle of engaging a cab.I am old enough to know value when I find it. My Camry feels like a new car again. I am very satisfied with my Evans Tire #12 experience. Good people are hard to find. Evans hasfound a crew of goodPeople at this El Cajon location.

Thought they did a great job, but I was wrong as to the tire alert comes in with after buying 2 tires new...that a item goes inside another very great tire and is in there now causing tire to lose air and need s 3rd one!! Worst experience EVER!!!!SUPER MAD I AM NOW....not going recommend them now

Unfortunately, I got a flat Friday night. On Saturday morning, I called Evans on Magnolia, Chris ordered the tire and made sure I was set on Monday. Went in and both men at the front counter were very professional and helpful. The person closing my claim was very helpful and assured me all tires were topped off, when he asked it was already done-right one!!Thank goodness for the lifetime tire policy!! I will continue my business there and recommend them too!

I had a very bad experience with Evans tire today the manager at 1445 N magnolia ave el cajon has zero customer service.I made my appointment two days ago I was supposed to install new tire yesterday at 12pm when got there on time the manager Karl said sorry we will not be able to it for you today because they dont have workers.I had to made another appointment for today and they said this will take 90 mints I drop my car at 11:30am and took it at 4pm. They have me to leave my job early two days which is cost me over $150 because they could not call me and say we need to reschedule your appointment.To be honest I will never recommend this location to anyone to go to.The manager is so rude he does not let customer talk and he said will you can go somewhere else of you dont like here with a very bad attitude.Rating this place from 0-10 is under 0.

When I first went into Evans there computer system was not working properly. I talked with the counter person about what type of tire I wanted and stated I wanted E rated tires on my truck, the same that I had on there already. He was unable to print the quote for me but wrote the price down on a business card. I called them a couple days later to approve the purchase since they said they could change out my tmps sensors. So, I went in today to get the tires. A couple hours later my truck was ready and they printed the receipt. They gave me C rated tires, not really what I wanted. Only a few scratches on the rims and they seemed to balance them within reason. After driving off I noticed the tmps sensors were not being read and my dash light was on. So, I went back and they scanned them into my truck and said all good. Well I went for a 30 minute drive and my tmps light is still on.. Not sure if I want to go back for a third time...

Been going to the same place for years now they are always fair and do a good job. Just not totally thrilled with the call center. I usually just drive over and talk to the front desk guy Chris to avoid the call center.

I have been to this evans several times and the experience has been good. Today I went in the customer service was terrible by 2 employees in the front office .The employees made me feel like I was inconveniencing them because they had to do their job. After today’s experience I might go to a different evans location. I may not always get the cost I want but, one thing I always expect from a business is good customer service .

We have been using Evans Tire for the maintenance of outfought vehicles for many years now. We depend on them for tires and also routine oil changes and other maintenance. Their people are always courteous and knowledgeable and they will refer us to the dealer if they don’t do a particular service.

I noticed my rear wheel covers luck clip where broke, and I took out the front wheel covers and I didnt break, so I went there to tell them. They were like they were broken and you are trying to be smart. I was like I didnt want refund or anything, just at least say sorry about that or be professional.

They where able to get me in fast and the guys at the front where VERY helpful!

I am so happy & grateful I found out that Evans Tires also works on Engines. I had bought my Tires there & was very pleased with their service. I had something major wrong with my car so I took it to Evans. They called me with updates along the way while they were working on it. Chris was wonderful. Adam was simply awesome. Knowledgeable about his craft and never spoke to me like i didnt know what I was talking about. Excellent work on the brake system. Only issue I had was that the price I paid wasnt the same as the estimate because of taxes. The difference was around $50. Thats significant to me. In the future i believe it would be prudent to include all relevant taxes in the estimate. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.Would definitely go there again, everyone was friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work guys! 😀😀

I ordered tires for my truck, they werent exactly what I wanted, The other tires werent available, but I bought the same brand, the price went up by $40 but still acceptable ..Nice smooth ride..It was pouring rain all day. I had to go somewhere else to get a cup of coffee. But Ill go back to Evans..thanks!

Adam was very helpful and helped me with options of tires and choose what fits my need plus stand in my offordable range. He also explained how the TPMS sensor works as it was an issue for me and had got that all sorted out. I would highly recommend Evan Tires service for you. Customer care is there.

Horrible customer service. Adam, completely ignored me when I came in and I waited about 10 mins to be acknowledged. I was having issues with my tires constantly losing air and asked a question about if it would be possible to get new tires IF my current ones were bad. Adam preceded to scold me by saying thats not how the warranty works and that just because I want to work that way doesnt mean it does and that just because I dont like it. I had to cut him off and asked how the warranty works. He then refused service and told me to call Carl the manager. Worst Evans Tire Ive ever been to. Do not reccomend at all. Also, I still dont know how the warranty works. Unfortunately, I have to get my tires looked at but this will be the last time I give them my business.

5 stars for honesty! We have used them for Tires, suspension and oil changes several times on several vehicles and always been satisfied. The most recent oil change they said the valve cover gasket was leaking and need to be replaced but they would need to order the part in from Honda. We had them do the oil change that day. Next morning noticed oil leak on the driveway that we had never had before, we chalked it up to leak at the gasket. Way things worked out we took it to Honda to fix the gasket. Honda advised gasket did need to be replaced but also that the oil pan was stripped and was leaking. They said whole pan would need to be replaced. We took car back to Evans and at first they took a stance with my wife that it was Hondas fault. She left vehicle with them to look at. They then called shortly there after and said they had in fact replaced the plug and that their guy installed the wrong plug, they were able to put a new plug in and correct the problem.Mistakes happen it is how a company responds when they do. Evans could have made this a huge fight instead they realized they made an error, admitted it and corrected it. Couldnt ask for much more then that. Well they could come clean the oil stain off my driveway I suppose, LOL.

Service was great but I was told that there was no tire protection policy.I paid 39.96 to protect tires that cost me $44 each.Doesn’t make economic sense!

Very happy with the service.. Because of a holiday we had a hard time finding the time to pick up the vehicle but they took care of it and given us time to pick it up. Big truck takes up valuable space, I have to thank them are norm is too get are stuff back fast so this was just a hardship for both us and them. Great costumer service.

I went in for tire rotation and oil change. We normally get our oils changes at another shop, then have to go to discounts to rotate tires.We decided try evans for new tires and oil changes they are a one drop shop and match prices! Chris very professional !!!!! Not only with me but other customers and how he answers the phone calls!!

I brought my truck in and they put some awesome mud tires on it. They were way cheaper than discount tire. They also gave me an alignment. They were very fast and professional. They have taken care of three generations of my family my father me and my son.💪🏼

I went to Evans tire to get my truck new tires with my stimulus payment. After pulling off tires they noticed a big problem oil all over brakes, pliers, rotor, called me which is dangerous if driven told me how much it would cost. First I was like know way I can do this after. That money just made it. I paid. Then I felt great 👍 driving now safety first.

I normally go to the one by Sports Arena Blvd. They have always been awesome. Decided to go to this one cause it was closer. Evans has always had good prices in general for tires and services, but there were some things lacking at this location in particular. In the past, even if I couldn’t afford to get my tires aligned right away. They would always check (since it’s free) just so that I was aware of wether it was needed and when I had saved up some more I could come back and get that done at a later time. Here since I couldn’t pay for the alignment, they didn’t even bother to check. Also the person at sports arena was always very thorough. He would give me a copy of the work order before and of course the receipt after the service. That wasn’t the case here. The service itself didn’t take too long, but I think in the future I’ll be making the trip to the Sports Arena location.

Carl and his team were awesome and were able to get me out earlier than expected. Overall, very happy with their level of service. They all hustle!
